Jake is great! Hailey on the other hand was so unprofessional. Told me she could not access my policy and that it was in scottville. Even though I call Jake and pay every month. She was rude and laughing at me when I got upset and would not let me speak with Jake. I called the office in scottville and they told me they cannot access my policy because its with the hart office just like I tried to tell Hailey. All I want to do is pay my bill and I cant. We. Have had state farm for years and have never had this issue

2022-03-03Working with Jason to line up renters and car insurance was a breeze. I’m just moving to Hart and called from Kentucky for renter’s insurance till I get a house. From start to signing, Jason walked me through a ten minute process over the phone that led to a bundled renter’s and car insurance, with a reasonable monthly cost. DocuSign allowed me to sign the forms easily and quickly. I highly recommend working with Jake Tufts’ team at the Hart State Farm Insurance Agency.
