A car came across the grass center divider on the 101 freeway and I ran into him head on. I broke my left femur and suffered injuries to my neck, back and face. Luckily I had great doctors at the hospital and I made a full recovery. My friend had mentioned that Mr. Hayes had helped her out when she was in an accident so I decided to give him a call. Again, I am so grateful I did. John and the team at McKiernan took care of everything. They made sure I received top dollar for my car, which was a total loss, and I was able to use that money to buy a new car once I fully recovered. They made sure I never had to deal with any doctor or hospital bills. They were able to get the other drivers insurance company to settle for the full amount of the policy within 6 months, and the only reason it took that long is Mr. Hayes wanted to make sure I had fully recovered before settling.If you are in a car accident, your first call needs to be to this office. I initially tried to negotiate with the other partys insurance adjuster myself but found him to be uncooperative, antagonistic, and generally unresponsive. I was getting nowhere and at this point I’d resigned myself to the fact that if I was able to recoup any compensation for my damages, it would be nominal. That’s where the McKiernan team stepped in and I do mean team.
