Comment: I just purchased a 2024 Gixxer 750. Hooked it up to a trailer and towed it home. The next day I called my insurance company AAA thinking it would be an easy and quick process to add the motorcycle insurance to my cars policy. Oh how wrong I was! I was told that they don’t provide motorcycle insurance that they would have to go through Progressive insurance. Progressive gives me a quote of $6,000. On top of that, they wanted it in a single lump sum for the year. To say I was shocked is an understatement. I called around for an entire day from company to company getting the same type of results. If they didn’t want the lump some they wanted between $500-$600/month. I have had my drivers license since I was 16. I been riding since I was 21. I’m now 50 years old. I have never had to pay such outlandish insurance premiums for a bike. My driving record is spotless which it has to be because I am also a class B driver. I was just starting to wonder if I made a mistake buying the new bike. Until in a last desperate attempt I typed into my google browser Motorcycle insurance companies San Francisco. 100’s of companies popped up. I randomly chose one number to call. That was to Janet Lin State Farm insurance company of San Francisco. An agent by the name of Anita Scribner answered the phone. After my pleas for help. She was so kind and helpful. And was also shocked at the quotes I was getting. She told me not to worry that she could help me. After about 15 minutes on the phone I was set up with full coverage motorcycle insurance at $92/month. I wanted to cry I was so excited! Anita at Janet Lin State Farm insurance is the most professional and kind agent I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I will be making a change from AAA to Janet Lin State Farm insurance for my other vehicles also. If any other riders are experiencing the same insane quotes. Don’t get ripped off by greedy agents and companies. Give Anita at Janet Lin State Farm insurance immediately!

While she and her team are knowledgable, always looking for ways to help us save money, and provide good care, that is not the main reason. Janet Lin and team are consistent! There is not a lot of turnover in staff and weve come to know the agents but more importantly, theyve come to know us!The agents are always looking out for our best interests and remember the specifics each time we move. When issues have arisen, they are able to provide quality and helpful direction and support.One recent example: we were renting a house and called to inform us that in the future, many insurance companies would not be able to provide Home Owners Insurance in CA. While we didnt care at the time, it proved useful information. When we looked for a home a few months later to purchase, we were already aware of the issue. This allowed us to do our homework and get insurance during the escrow period, and essentially close on time (many people were not able to do this because no one had made them aware of this issue). And while State Farm was not able to offer this particular insurance, the agent they referred us to was (and his office was the only one out of 15 other choices). Without this level of care, we would have had a much larger struggle. If only we had asked for a referral before trying to get it on our own first.And of course - JANET LINS OFFICE ALWAYS HAS THE LOWEST RATES!

I spent 2 days in the hospital to correct the heart issue. Janet called me when she found out about my A-fib. She later told me that my Long-term application would not have been approved because of my A-fib. But now State Farm must honor my Long-term care contract. Comment: I have state farm for over 10 years, I actually left in the middle of that to try another insurance company, ended up coming back to State Farm Janet Lynn. There is something to be said about that. They treat people with respect and kindness and transparency.

Comment: Janets office has been awesome. (I think Ive been with them for more than 10 years now). Ive been very satisfied with their service, support, and professionalism. The agent who has been helping me a lot is Nissi. Ive asked her a lot of questions and shes always patient, thorough/complete, and friendly addressing all my questions and concerns, from the most complicated problem to the simplest curiosity. I frequently asked for a quote of this and that, and again, every time she responded with a systematic, clean and complete information. One time when I had an accident, she gave me all very helpful advice and guidance. They have a great team there.

Comment: Unexpected little details like HOME MADE SPRING ROLLS AND SAUCE is what makes this place special. Food at an insurance agency?! #mindblasting!Came in to take care of business on my lunch break and was treated to lunch. WOW.This is why you need to come check out Janet Lins office.They really take the time to get to know you and RECOMMEND what you NEED and not what you dont.Think of an auto dealer, but the opposite. Comment: I have been insured with State Farm since 1972 and we have been with Janet Lin since 2009. They have covered my Autos, Home, Life insurance and we have used State Farm Bank to open CDs. State Farm and specifically, Janet, Anita and Alex and all her staff have always been available to promptly answer or address any issue or concern; their service has been impeccable. It is safe to say that Janet has providedinvaluable support and guidance as my wife and I transition into our senior stage of our lives.
