Comment: I got my renewal notification from my previous insurance/broker yesterday and I was so shocked to see my premium go from $379/month to $559.Contacted my broker and she stated EVERYTHING is expensive now and there’s nothing cheaper for us out here . We have been with our broker for over 30 years. She always got the “best price on the market “….never questioned it.I called my AAA the same day I got my renewal notification and they forwarded me to State Farm.I got Paolo Barbosa on the other line and OH BOY!!! What a difference on customer services!!!He really took his time, when through every question I had with a lot of patience & found me a quote I was happy with. Less than what I was paying including the new car we got. In less than 24 hrs I was set.If I cam give him 10 stars, I would!!!First time I shopped for insurance ….wondering if I could have saved money if I did my homework and not let my broker tell me there’s nothing cheaper for me on the market.

My Customer Service Rep, Paulo B Neto provided the most awesome customer service experience!! His service and the comprehensive auto policy with car rental coverage plus renters insurance (which covers stolen property in the event of a car break-in) was the perfect combo for peace of mind. The cherry on top was the fact that it cost me less than what I was paying with AAA, who dropped while in a financial hardship. That cancellation was a blessing in disguise!! I have more coverage and paying less than I have been in more than three years. And, I was able to get my insurance cards the same day. Thanks Paulo & State Farm!!

Comment: Was referred to Jared by a close friend and he did not disappoint! Our fire score was raised this year and our current homeowners insurance was raising our premium by $14,000.00 annually. Many companies refused to insure us outright. Our house is only 7 years old, built within very strict state and county WUI building codes AND our community has worked hard to receive the state certified Firewise Community designation. None of this mattered to most of the companies we talked to. Jared and his father Mike evaluated OUR situation and reviewed our current policy. Not only did they get us a very reasonable annual premium, but they also got us better policies! We switched our home, all of our autos and personal umbrella over to them and couldnt be happier! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

When I called yesterday, I was greeted by Alejandro and when I told him what I needed he put me through to Spencer who couldn’t have made the process any easier for me. Spencer spent time explaining the various aspects of the home owners policy, an umbrella policy and coverage for my vehicle. He went through some excellent recommendations on coverage and the basis for the recommendations. Comment: I’m coming from AAA after being told my premium would increase by $300 - $1996 annually or something around there. Time to start scoping around for a better quote. I talked to Paulo and he effectively helped me lower my annual premium to better than I had it before the “California state wide increase”. Whatever that’s supposed to mean. He was kind, straight to the point, and diligent in giving me all the information pertaining to my situation for a specialized quote. I’m moving over as soon as my membership is over 3/30. The premium plan is 6 months at a time instead of annually. As a person who rarely uses insurance and has had a perfect record, I appreciate not having my insurance randomly increased out of nowhere. Plus this insurance comes with roadside/renters insurance included instead of separate. Paulo’s excellent customer service and straightforward quote has convinced me to switch to State Farm. Thank you! Hope that helps anyone else in the same situation.

During the fires when we were forced to evacuate, Jared called us personally to make sure we were out and safe. Asked us if there was anything we needed and assured us his phone was on 24/7. When I was in a terrible accident years ago we called 2 days later to start the claim process. The first thing his office did was get Jared on the line and his first sentence was Are you ok, what can I do/get for you this is a prime example of Jared. He cares for all his clients the same. Comment: I had recently an issue with my statement. I received a revision however it still did not seem to be accurate. Frustrated, I contacted my agent Jared’s office again and spoke with Paulo. Polite, understanding, and extremely professional, he actually listened to my detailed concerns. He took the information I provided and promised a prompt response. He did exactly that. I shortly received a return call where he stated the error had been identified and that it had been resolved. He also offered additional information that offered additional benefits to my policy. I have been a customer for decades, and I will continue to stay with State Farm because of the support I get as I did with the Paulo.
