I have been with State farm since I was 16 years old and Im in my late 50s now. Its a wonderful company. Every branch I have dealt with in my life, everybody has always been wonderful. Im sure I will remain with State farm until the day I die or just cant drive anymore. This time it is here in California with Jason Reyes office. I highly recommend them.

Comment: Jason Reyes office his team of Liz and Leah did a wonderful job handling my wife’s collision. Not only were they extremely friendly, understanding and explained the whole process they made sure the claims department understood the details of the claim and fought for her when they misunderstood some of the crucial details of the case. Not only that but they made sure the assessment on the car and the resulting payout was correct. They even called the auction/wrecking yard to make sure our vehicle was secured and we could retrieve some personal items left in the vehicle after the collision. Even though the vehicle was determined to be a total loss State Farm and Jason Reyes office made sure they made us whole. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience from State Farm or Jason Reyes office.

Comment: Jason and Erica are so genuine. They seem to love their job. when I speak to them on the phone though never met them in person, they sound very happy and I can imagine the smile on their faces. Erica responds fast every time I Reach out. Jason is very accountable. He helped me resolve a technical issue where I was charged extra by mistake. Not only that but also he refunded the full amount and bonus credit. Thank you.

Comment: The entire staff is extremely helpful. They dont hard sell or pressure you into anything you are not interested in. They are attentive to the specific needs and my expectations. They look at many options to fit the budget I desire. They do not over insure for the purpose of financial gain.Courteous and professional, with a sense of humor too. Can it really be that good? Yes it can. I am in good hands with Jason Reyes. Hes like a good neighbor.
