I will NEVER do business with them again. I purchased a water tank and once installed it was NO GOOD. They been giving me the run around for them to even come look at it for 4 days now. I wouldn’t recommend this place for used appliances they not even honest that their products are no good. Don’t waste your time nor money!

I purchased a water heater from Jays over 2 months ago, the water heater runs very well. Jays installer came over 40 minutes away, he did his job within an hour and then he was gone. Thanks Jay for offering me a reasonable price I dont know what I would have done without you!!! 😃
Nice and friendly staff. They have a decent selection of used and refurbished appliances. Prices seem decent for such items at a neighborhood retail store. Some used items are dirty, which I guess is to be expected. They will also deliver for an additional fee. 1 month warranty included, but they offer a 3 month warranty for an additional fee.
I brought a refrigerator from them...the freezer worked perfectly fine but bottom refrigerator part don’t get cold at all all my water & Drinks stayed room temperature. I called back within the time frame just for them to say something about a receipt because they only keep their receipts for 10 days then throw them out. I have proof that they came & delivered the refrigerator and all & they still refused to fix the refrigerator knowing they sold me a faulty product. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I love this place Ive bought a dryer and a refrigerator from here. The prices are reasonable and the appliances are in good shape and great quality. Also they do deliver so if you are in need or a stove,refrigerator,washing machine or a dryer shop there.
Bought used washer and had it delivered. Delivery man refused to let me use his hand truck to get it in basement. It took about an hour for 2 70 year olds to get it down basement steps.Hooked up washer and it has a slow internal leak. Flooded part of basement. The owner tried to have me diagnose the problem. The washer had a 30 day warranty which is useless. Now I have to pay a service charge for a reputable company to come fix this. I own a number of rentals. Needless to say this company will not get any more business from me or my friends. Was looking for a good used appliance vendor. This is not it.

Dishonest about their merchandise. No refunds. Will not work with you to rectify situation. Will not take your calls. They will sell you broken appliances claiming that they work, using vague terms that they can use against you as soon as you realize there is a problem. I do NOT reccomend anyone waste their time with this shady company. I worked with the boss, Alex. Id give zero stars if I could. This was not an honest sale at all.

2022-06-29UPDATE: Service was great as long as you BUY! We noticed the fridge leaking after 2 months as the water pooled up and visible ran out into the kitchen. We called them and they came out once to look at it, but seem to not have found anything wrong with it. We then didnt notice it for a while, but after a couple of months we saw how it rotted into the subfloor and black mold was growing. I called again, but the warranty obviously was not active any longer. I let that go. We tooka while to get our dryer installed and first it worked great. But after 10 rounds the connection to the plug melted through and almost started a fire!! Again, they said were short staffed and cant help you. I tried to get them at least pick up the faulty dryer but they wouldnt do it.They basically have 0 interest in helping you once the appliance is out of the door. They probably just fix them up so they work right up to the end of warranty and then the pocket the $. Its not my business obviously but with all respect if I think it would be better if they cared about their customers and give a little extra service. It looks hella shady what theyre doing and left me with a pretty bad opinion about their operations.////We bought a fridge, dryer and washer from Jays and the guys were great, delivered it timely and carried the units inside as agreed. Great service!

2022-02-22I Bought A Refrigerator In May Had to have it Repaired A Week Later… The Store Had a Repair man Come Out & Put a New Compressor on it… here it is 10 months Later in its not Working I Call a Repair Man to come service it & I was Told that the Compressor put on it was the wrong one for the make an model of the Refrigerator…. They gave me the repair man’s number which doesn’t speak English…. I paid over $1700 for the unit for them not to care

2022-02-20WOULD NOT RECOMMEND 🚫🚫🚫‼️‼️Now don’t get me wrong I understand this is a used appliances place,but my god it shouldn’t go out as soon as you get it to your home. I purchased a washer and dryer from these people. Use both the same day it was delivered the dryer went completely out,and the washer was leaking a hell of a lot of water from the bottom. They bring another washer and dryer. The dryer this time seems to be ok, but the agitator on the washer is no good at all. WHAT A WASTE.. Not to mention they left the first non working dryer in my basement,never came back and picked up the junk. I’m mad because I have to spend more money on a washer , I would not recommend.at all!

2022-03-22CON ARTIST SCAMMERS!!! Do not buy here! Do not waste your money with these people! Bought a fridge for $800 from them for it to break before two months of having it. They gave me the run around for days and continuously lied to me. Now I’m stuck with a lemon that I have to fix myself. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

My husband purchased a stove and we had it for a couple weeks and it was making some noises, I was very impressed they held up to our 30 day warranty and swapped it out for another stove which they also delivered to us and picked up the original one we bought. Im very happy with the stove they brought over today! Allot of businesses especially in the used game will give you hassle if you need to use your warranty or exchange but these guys were awesome. Definitely will come back for any other appliance purchases in the future!!! Thank you again Jays appliances!!!!!
