He helped me insure my home and helped navigate me through the process considering this is the first time.He was fairly knowledgeable and very informative in terms of the insurance contract. While exploring options I had negative experience with agents(unresponsiveness or uncertainty regarding questions) but Diego went above & beyond to provide options that fit my insurance needs and I felt comfortable doing my insurance business through him.My lender unfortunately did not wait for him to be back in office to issue the policy and had another representative adjust the policy only for me to find out it was never issued, I got in touch with Diego and he corrected this right away!So if youre looking to do honest insurance business, my best advice would be to go to Diego! He will lookout for you in ways you couldnt even think would be possible & is very detailed when explaining the coverages so dont be afraid to ask him questions like I did. A major plus for me is HE ACTUALLY ANSWERS HIS CALLS!

Comment: Very unprofessional, Stephanie Lua is the most insensitive, rude and untrained individual. If I could give 0 stars I would, the lack of professionalism is beyond me. Been a customer for years but thanks to Stephanie constantly arguing with me on the phone I am proud to be insured else where . Stephanie Lua sent my paper work to the wrong address, and instead of trying to keep me as a customer and apologize for HER mistake she never called . I was waiting for a call on the next business day and NEVER received the call, instead she decides to argue with me over the phone. I will NEVER recommend or even buy insurance with State Farm again because of Stephanie Lua. I went in to the office days after writing the review of my experience with her and she tells me she doesn’t appreciate me writing this. But you know what I don’t appreciate? My mail being sent to an address that I never gave them, Stephanie speaking with anyone about my policy who isn’t me, her rearranging my policy without my knowledge. Instead of taking care of me as insured State Farm customer, she decides to argue with me back and forth. I am not the type of person who just goes around leaving reviews at all, but I am beyond upset at the treatment I received from her. I am relieved to no longer be a customer here but I hope she receives the proper training and discipline to better deal with the public.

I spent So much on Uber And wasNeverReimbursed for a mistake that his office caused.Jeff himself was very nonchalant and did nothing to assist me.I switched over to progressive and have better rate and in saving so much.

Comment: We’ve been with Statefarm for 10+ years and got transferred from agent in another state to Jeff’s after moving to the Bay Area. Jeff is very helpful and quick to respond with regards to my inquiries, policies and claims. Comment: Buying insurance is not always a pleasant experience, but that was not the case with Jeff. Not only is he very friendly, but he is very knowledgeable. Obviously, the great price is a plus. I purchased renters insurance after he explained to me the many advantages and the very affordable prices. Great experience overall.

Comment: Jeff has been my insurance salesman for 5 years now. We started our bidness relationship at another provider, and when he left, I followed him to State Farm. He is always available to answer any questions I have about rates and coverage, and his knowledge of money saving packages and options is unparalleled by any other agent I have worked with so far. The office is in a plaza with restaurants and groceries, so after settling my car and life insurance needs for the year, i proceeded to settle my stomach for the immediate and near future. Always worth the drive from San Francisco to handle my insurance needs here~

Comment: Switching insurance is such a hassle, not with jeff..he compared coverages found me the best match for me. Turns out Ive been overpaying by $350(6mo) jeff handled my old company and cancelled it, while he finished up my policies i went net door to ohanas and had some lunch lol:)

Comment: I have reached that age where it is time for me to part ways from my parents auto insurance and get my own policy. Cheena was absolutely amazing in making sure that I understood the process of getting both auto insurance and life insurance. She is knowledgeable in her work and very easy to work with. Im thankful that she was the one who helped me with the process as I begin my adulting journey.
