I walked in with my mind set on a dress but Heather had something completely different in mind for me and let me just say wow ! Heather made me feel absolutely amazing in every single dress she picked out for me. Out of 5 dresses by the third one I made up my mind but she still instead on trying on the last 2 but I was still set on the third one. I said yes to the dress but also yes to Heather giving the best experience a girl can dream of. Dress shopping is overwhelming but she took control and helped so much!
I had an amazing experience at Jenna in White. Heather helped me pick out my wedding dress and she was fantastic. You could tell that she has been doing this for years. She was very respectful of my budget and never went over my price range. You dont need to spend a ton to get a beautiful dress there anyways! I ended up saying yes to the first dress that she had me try on and Im so glad that I found it at Jenna in White!
This was truly a beautiful experience! Heather was nothing short of amazing! She was very knowledgeable about each dress and she made the bride(my bff) feel beautiful in each piece she tried on. It really felt personalized. She looked at every detail of the beside and found dress that accentuated body and skin tone. She love her dress so much and for the price you can’t beat it! Thank you Heather for allowing the other bridesmaids to view her trying on dresses from Online and allowing me to take a million pictures lol. She was so patient and made us bridesmaids and the mother of bride feel so comfortable. We truly enjoy this experience. She said yes to the dress!!!
You guys… let me tell you that this was BY FAR one of the best experiences of my life hands down. You find the dress you’re going to walk down the isle in once a and if you start at Jenna in White you’ll visit a bridal shoppe ONCE ❤️ It is a one on one experience, you are the only bride to be in their shoppe and their focus is ENTIRELY on you; as it should be, obviously. The dresses are one of a kind just like the experience. Dresses are 100% affordable as well! 10/10 WILL RECOMMEND!! ALSO, Heather was AMAZING she analyzed my reactions to each dress and took into consideration my critiques on each dress I tried on and she hit the nail right on the head and I have her to thank for finding my perfect dress 🙏🏻
I have adored My experience with Jenna In White! I found my dress at my first appointment and I have never needed or felt the need to schedule another appointment elsewhere😃. When I first got on the phone with Heather my dress stylist she reassured me that I will most likely find my dress at my first visit. And I did! It was a wonderful experience and I was able to bring my mom and sister to enjoy it with me! I was told that I could bring a third person and what was nice is that the whole time I felt like Heather my stylist was my third person! From the moment I got on the phone with her, to the moment I met her, I felt like she was family! Thank you Jenna in White family♥️
My best friend went to find her wedding dress last weekend and as her Maid of Honor, I was SO happy with the whole experience start to finish! Heather was the consultant and she was so knowledgeable, high energy, and you could tell she truly had a passion for what she does. She made the process so easy for my best friend and we were all crying watching her walk out in her dream dress. Overall, fantastic experience! I would recommend Jenna in White to all brides! Jenna in white has some of the most amazing dresses. I found my dress there today and cannot stop smiling! Couple that with an amazing atmosphere and top notch customer service that Heather provided. I would recommend 10/10 to anyone looking for their dream dress. Heather at the Berkley location was brilliant beyond words. This was my first time dress shopping and she made the experience better than I could’ve imagined. I felt like she truly listened and paid attention to every last detail. I had sent her inspiration photos prior to my appointment so no time was wasted the second we walked through the door—she allowed us to make the absolute most of our time. She is amazing at her job & definitely puts her heart into her work. Their entire selection was STUNNING but she read my face & mind and put me in my absolute DREAM gown. I cancelled my appointment at the other shop I was scheduled at later that day because I was so sure of the dress and Heather’s expertise. All the ladies at the shop were so kind, helpful, and genuine and truly made it the greatest, most memorable, smoothest experience. I would recommend Jenna in White to anyone!!
Jenna In White was my very first bridal shopping experience and also ended up being my last! I did not expect to find my dress so quickly. Heather and Renee were a dream to work with! Heather was so well informed and Renee made me feel so extremely comfortable getting in and out of dresses. Im really grateful to have had them both during my shopping experience. I had an amazing time at Jenna in White! My stylist was Heather and she was the perfect fit for finding my dress. It was my first appointment ever and she did a great job explaining the process and why she picked out every dress for me. She had a set of rules of “liking or loving” a dress which helped narrow everything down quicker than I expected. In the end we found a style and she ended up finding my dress from the sales rack based on my picks! It was the most amazing experience!To add to this, my friend who is also getting married next summer, was at my appointment, scheduled her own afterwards and found a dress of her own a week later!
By far the most incredible wedding dress shopping experience! I love how personal the entire process was from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. The place is small and intimate which aids into having all the attention and focus on you. My stylist Heather was most kind, energetic and experienced in ALL that she did! I came in having sort of an idea of what I wanted and her attentiveness to my style, ring and personal likings lead to her finding me my dream dress. One better than I could have ever imagined! She certainly knows and loves what she does. Would recommend this place to any and every bride!! You won’t be disappointed!

My experience at Jenna In White was nothing short of amazing! I have dreamed of getting my wedding dress from Jenna In White for years, and being able to find my dream dress on my first appointment was an unreal feeling. They were extremely responsive as soon as I requested an appointment online and wanted to get me in as soon as I was available. Renee was great to work with because she not only made me feel comfortable with what I was trying on, but she also complimented me the entire time to ensure I felt beautiful. She understood my likes and dislikes and could tell right away when it was not the dress. Both Amy and Heather were also so supportive during the entire experience and made me feel like we were all long time friends. My experience at Jenna In White was one that I will never forget!
This place did not disappoint. Jenna in White was such a huge help in finding my dream dress. The minute I walked in they were so kind, and as excited as I was. After 6 dress stores, I am happy Jenna in White was my last stop! Heather was great!!!! She was so personable and dang good at her job because the first dress she put me in, I didnt want to take off and I said yes to it! I love that she adjusted the lights so I could see the dresses in different lighting. I could tell this store really only carried QUALITY and beautiful gowns, but still had a wide variety! We chatted the whole time like we were friends. She made me feel very comfortable. She included the ladies I brought with me. She asked me all the right questions too when I tried on each dress! I cannot express how lovely it was to say yes to the dress from Jenna in White. Heather made dress shopping personal and fun. She asked me important questions that other shops had not asked me; where I got a glimpse of what dress I want to be walking down the aisle in on my special day. Heather, Jenna and team made my family and I feel welcomed in the studio. Said YES to my dress today at Jenna in White! This is not my first wedding and I am no longer a 20-something, so I had major anxiety about dress shopping. I was worried nothing would be flattering! Jackie was my stylist and was so patient - she found so many beautiful dresses for me to try on that were very flattering and very reasonably priced. Everyone was kind and helpful, and I’d recommend Jackie and this shop to all my friends!
Staff is amazing. Renee helped me find my I do dress and was fantastic to work with. Their selection is gorgeous. They made narrowing down and selecting my dress so easy and I couldnt be happier with my experience!

Where do I even begin? I went to Jenna in White based off of two recommendations and let me just be the first to say that I am glad that I did. I called to make my appointment over the phone and spoke with Heather, who I could tell was the most sweetest kind-hearted person who really was in love with every aspect of her job. She did not disappoint when I met her in-person, where she was my bridal consultant for the duration of my appointment. She was so helpful in every way, knew exactly what she was talking about with each of the dresses and she knew the inventory like the back of her hand. She knew exactly what dresses to pick out for me to try on based on one phone conversation and WOW was she spot on. I said YES to my dress at Jenna in White all thanks to Heather, who was the most personable human being and had us all in tears at the end of the appointment just by talking about how much this job meant to her. I highly recommend and I cannot WAIT to say I DO in this dress!
I am so glad I went to Jenna In White! Even before my actual appointment, it was the store I was looking to visit the most and they did not disappoint! I cant remember my consultants name, but my goodness, she was amazing. She listened to me as we tried on different dresses. I could tell she was paying attention to my character because at the very end, she grabbed a dress that was not anywhere close to what I had envisioned for myself. I was already close to picking the dress that was in line with what I wanted, but she took a chance and boy, did it give everything and more!! Cant wait to try on my dress again and finally walk down the aisle!! Im so excited for everyone to see it!
Jenna in White provided everything I needed and more when it came to purchasing my wedding dress! Heather was friendly, fun, and so easy to work with. Loved watching my sister find her dream dress at Jenna in White!!! Her consultant Heather was SO fun and knew exactly what my sister was looking for and would look amazing in. The bridal shop is very quaint with only enough room for 2 brides at a time but it made the occasion all the more special. Highly recommend this shop to any bride-to-be!
As MOB, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my daughter to choose her wedding dress than at Jenna in White. Being able to share the moment when she found the one was wonderful itself but Heather at Jenna in White made it even more special. I had such an amazing experience here. When making my appointment, I spoke with Heather. She was so friendly and assured me that I would find my dress there. She told me 8/10 brides find their dress their on first visit. I believed her. I had appointments set up elsewhere for the following two days. Needless to say after visiting here, I cancelled my other appointments. Heather didnt make me feel rushed at all. She told me to bring in inspiration pics and literally every dress she chose for me, I loved. She only showed me dresses that were in my budget! The dress I walked out with, I got at suvh an unbelievable price! She helped me imagine which dress I would like my future husband to see me walk down the aisle in. She made my mom and my girls feel comfortable, it was just a really nice environment. Amy was also very helpful and kind! Go visit Jenna in White first!

I picked up my dress from Jenna In White yesterday evening and fell in love all over again. When searching for my dream dress, this was the first and last wedding dress shop that I went to and I could not be more pleased. I said yes to my dress in August, and my dress came in a timely fashion. Heather, Jenna, and all of the girls that work here are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and dedicated in what they do. My pickup experience last night was just as amazing as my “yes” appointment. Heather worked with me both times and gave me wonderful advice and alteration suggestions (which were minimal because my dress fit like a glove!) I would recommend Jenna In White to any bride looking for their dream dress!
My experience at Jenna in White was nothing short of magical. A few days before my appointment, I had called to confirm and see if I could change my time. Heather, was helping me and let me know that I did not have an appointment but say no more we will get you in! In the mix of all my wedding planning, I had mixing up my schedule but Heather made sure I still got it. My experience in the shop with Heather as my stylist was amazing. While trying on dresses she amps you up and is your personal hype girl! Heather made me feel beautiful and confident, AND she helped me find T H E dress. I would recommended this shop over and over again, I am so blessed to of had Heather as my stylist. I cant wait for my dress to come in and fall in love all over. Needless to say, I said yes to the dress and cancelled all of my appointments afterwards (just as she predicted :))
I want to first say I was so nervous about dress shopping because I thought I wouldn’t find anything due to being overwhelmed with options however the staff here is amazing! I scheduled my appointment with Heather over the phone who told me over the phone the dress she can see me in based on our conversation would be The Flynn. She was so nice over the phone and helpful. I arrived to my appointment where Amy greeted and welcome my bridal party and I. Amy was the best! She pulled dresses based on what I liked and didn’t like. She also had me try in The Flynn that Heather suggested and I said Yes To The Dress. It was a wonderful day and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you Jenna in White for making this a great experience.
Lucky me I only needed one stop for my dream wedding dress. My whole experience was amazing. Heather was so supportive and body positive looking through all the dresses. She knew what was perfect for me before I did. The first dress she pulled and the last one we tried on was everything I was looking for and more! I can’t wait to walk toward my fiancé on our big day wearing this dress.I will be recommending everyone to come here from now on for their special day.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! This was my first time looking for wedding dresses and I was a bit nervous because I didn’t know what kind of style I wanted, but Amy came right in and told me to try on a couple styles and I ended up going with the first one she picked out for me. I loved the one on one time they had with the future bride, which really helps with making you feel confident in the dress you pick. Not to mention everyone there was hyping me up, that was the moment I knew this was the right store for me!
I went with my best friend yesterday to look for her perfect wedding dress. This was her first place to check out so we werent really expecting to buy at the time. Heather was the associate that helped us and knew my best friends wants to a T. She took into consideration that the wedding is less than 6 months away and that wed need to buy off the rack or rush order. Jenna in White made the experience of wedding dress shopping AMAZING!!! Heather is wonderful at her job, she has a talent for fashion and a gift of making others feel special. As the mother of the bride, it was comforting to have Heather assist my daughter in this moment in time. *Incredible*Jenna in White was my third dress appointment-- and third times a charm! After two appointments, I knew that I wanted sparkle and a low back. This was the third or fourth dress I tried on and I just knew that it was the one (I had the back of the dress custom made for a very reasonable price). Heather was spot on with my vision. She was so focused on my every word to really get a feel for what I truly wanted. She even had my mom call my best friend to have her on FaceTime while I said, Yes to the Dress! I will forever cherish that video.When you walk in, the sparkle and lace will take your breath away on both sides of the room. The little mini stage that you will stand on is lit up underneath, and Heather even turned the lights down so I could see the sparkle my dress would show on the dance floor.Heather and Jenna were so kind and responsive through every step of the way. From making the appointment over the phone to picking up the dress and following their suggestions of where to get it altered. I went to two other stores before I went to Jenna in White. I thought I had found a dress at a previous store, but nothing compared to the dresses I found at Jenna in White. Each dress was so beautifully made! I worked with Heather and she was absolutely amazing. I told her my vision, and she knew exactly what to pull out. She was able to get me out of my comfort zone and have my try on different things. I thought I found one I liked, but then two dresses later, there it was! It checked off all my boxes and I couldnt be more excited. Thank you Heather so much for being so great during the process and helping me find the perfect dress for my big day!
My experience at Jenna in White was absolutely amazing! They have a great selection of gowns in all styles/colors. I worked with Heather and she made great suggestions based on what I described I wanted. The first dress she put me in ended up being my dress! I visited a few shops before JIW and this experience was by far the best. Dresses are fairly priced for the quality and detail. Cannot recommend JIW enough for any bride.
Heather is AMAZING!!!!! She truly created a beautiful experience and is amazing at what she does. I had gone to a different bridal shop the day before and the experience at Jenna in White was 10x better and I felt she really listened to what I wanted for my wedding day. I left so happy and it was truly a great day.
I am the Matron of Honor and my sister Alyssa is the bride. Yesterday, we went in for my sisters first dress appointment. She had a few pictures of what she liked but wasnt too sure. Heather picked up on my sisters style EXACTLY. She was amazing. Heather pulled tons of different dresses involving different things my sister liked in dresses. It resulted with the last dress my sister tried on being THE dress. Heather pulled it without showing my sister what it looked like because by that time she knew exactly what my sister was looking for. My sister cried as she put it on. Jenna, Heather (who helped my sister) and Jackie were the staff there that night and all were amazing and so friendly! A majority of our time there we were the only ones there so we were able to talk with them quite a bit which was nice and just made the overall experience better. Highly recommend this bridal salon and the dresses are all amazing!
After months of wedding dress shopping, it took one trip to Jenna in White to find my dress! Truly an amazing experience to work with Heather. She knew exactly what I was looking for and after pulling just one dress for me, I knew this is where I should have came from the beginning! Would highly recommend!!
Heather was wonderful. From the moment we walked in she was wonderfully kind and professional and thorough, so I knew exactly what to expect and how she could optimize the experience for me. She was extremely skilled at figuring out the exact dress I needed, asking thoughtful questions with each one I tried on. I came with no expectations and left feeling beautiful and understood. Okay so. I went to four places before this. Every dress I put on was pretty but meh - it didn’t speak to me. I didn’t think it looked bridal on me and just didn’t feel beautiful or confidential or, well, bridal. I always liked a-line dresses but the other places put them on me and I hated them. So I thought I was stuck with fit and flares, which looked great but I just didn’t feel like a bride. I came here. I said all of that to Heather and she was basically like “girl, I got you” and put me in the MOST amazing a-line dress I’ve ever seen in my life! And then I bought it! Lol. But really, she was amazing and the whole experience was amazing. I’m so happy I went to this place and cannot wait to get married in this dress!! I HIGHLY recommend everyone go here, and if you want a GREAT hype girl - ask for Heather.
Absolute best shop around! From start to finish Amy and Heather were an absolute blast and we’re wonderful at helping me find my dream dress!! Heather was born to help brides on such a special day, I went into the day feeling so nervous that I wasn’t going to feel special and I left the shop feeling the most confident I’ve ever felt! Make this your first stop and my guess it will be the only place you go. From the minute we walked in to the minute we left it was all about the bride. Heather is outstanding and is extremely knowledgeable! She listens to the bride and what her wants are and does everything to accommodate. Run!!! Dont walk. I went to a few other bridal shops before visiting Jenna In White. This experience was by far the best. They took the time to find out what I liked before I came into the shop. Once I arrived, they had picked out a bunch of dresses they thought I would like based on what I had told them. Literally every single person working at Jenna In White had amazing suggestions for me. Heather was able to assist me today and made my experience fantastic! This was the 3rd shop I had went to today and the 2nd shop had me book an appointment next week and I wasnt able to try anything on. Heather went out of her way to accommodate me and was able to find me the dress of my dreams for my wedding in October. I was overwhelmed by how nice they were to me and feel so much better about my wedding in 4 months. They are even putting sleeves on a dress that has none for me. Let me be very clear. If there was a rating higher than 5 stars, it would ABSOLUTELY be a an 11 out of 10 as they say.This was the BEST experience I have EVER had in my life. And thats no exaggeration.I had the honor of working with Heather to find a dress in a bit of a time crunch. Yet, it was the most relaxed, enjoyable, purely happy and supportive appointment ever.When I arrived she already had a few dresses pulled for me, and was open of course to anything that caught my eye.I have never had someone do such an IMPECCABLE JOB addressing my needs and wants as far as my exact figure, the features I really wanted in a dress, how I wanted to look and feel on my special day.She was SO kind and supportive. I was NEVER pushed into a dress, in fact she encouraged that if I knew it wasnt the one, to listen to my gut. I never felt pressured. She TRULY had my feelings and needs as her own priority - not just a sale. She was so incredibly friendly, I felt so comfortable with her. Sometimes I thought she knew me better than I knew myself with the dresses she picked! A few I never would have that to try on and yet when I put them on they were incredible.By the end of just one appointment, I had found the dress OF MY DREAMS. She worked very hard, yet so gently to make SURE it was truly the one and that I was as happy as could be. She even called in a local seamstress they use to come and see my dress to make sure any alterations I needed could be done, and be done quickly, before we talked about buying the dress. She wants to make SURE it would work perfectly. She gave me, my mom, and my aunt the most incredible experience. I couldnt even IMAGINE a better experience. Once she helped me into My Dress she helped me to walk through how certain alterations will look, by using clips and tricks. And I literally cried tears of happiness. Im pretty sure we went through a whole box of Kleenex.This store also has an incredibly selection of BEAUTIFUL gowns. But trusting Heather was the best decision weve ever made. I think she knew more before I even walked in the door than any other bridal salon worker ever knew. She truly wanted me to feel like a princess. She is nothing short of a miracle worker who makes you smile and lifts you up through the entire experience.

I had the pleasure of saying yes to the dress in December 2021. The salon itself is beautiful, clean and overall well kept. The gowns are superb and beautiful with many many different options for any brides unique style but the one thing that stood out to me the most was a beautiful spirited woman who goes by the name of Heather. Heather was such a joy and knew exactly how to keep me feeling confident, smiling and comfortable. She knew what I wanted before I knew what I wanted lol. When I showed up for my appointment Heather and I went through all the photos and what I liked and didn’t like about the ones I picked out.Heather then quickly showed her knowledge of their inventory by selecting 5-6 dresses and explaining why she was choosing them. I called Jenna in White based on Shannon from the radios recommendation and my friend got her dress there. She asked me my wedding date which is june 5 but this was back in January and she said she doesn’t think they’d have a dress by then. Then asked me my size for an off the rack dress I said size 12. She’s like yea we definitely won’t be able to help u why don’t u contact Bombshell Bridal in St Clair shores. So I googled them and it turns out it’s a plus size bridal shop. Honestly totally 100% turned off by Jenna in white. She totally judged me and made me feel insecure over the phone. Comments like that can really effect someone. She wouldn’t even give me the chance to come in and look. I used to recommend them just based off my friend going there and the fun experience we had then now I’m 100% turned off and would NEVER recommend them to anyone. And I know it wasn’t the owner speaking it was her employee but she definitely needs to work on training and educating her staff on the impact of their judgments and their actions. The employees are a reflection of the business.

Ok, where can I start... this place was amazing and the host AMY, that helped my daughter find, The Dress, was very good at knowing what my daughter was looking for, based on her style and the few selections she showed from her pinterest board. My daughter tried on about 5 dresses, but ended up getting the very first one Amy selected for her. All of the ladies were so sweet there, but big shout to Amy:) unforgettable moment i got to experience with my first born.

I spontaneously decided that today was the day I begin the hunt for a wedding dress. I received a phone call from heather after filling out an appointment request online and was not let down when she was able to get me in SAME DAY!I told myself I was “just going to look” as I had 0 idea what I was looking for…I showed Heather all the dresses I was interested in on the JIW instagram page and was beyond satisfied with each dress she pulled off the rack. She was definitely educated, knew every dress like the back of her hand. She made me feel so comfortable, confident, and important. Jenna in White was the very very first place I went to dress shop. I originally had gone to try on a specific dress at the shop and walked out with something I had never envisioned myself in. Heather was a god send and made me feel so beautiful and confident in my dress I picked! Heather listened to the little picky details I didn’t love and ones I loved and picked out my dream dress I never knew I wanted! I said yes on the first appointment and don’t regret it one bit, I’m dying to put my dress on again!

I had an absolutely amazing experience! This was my first and only dress appointment and I could not be happier with how it turned out! I was pretty nervous about not finding THE dress, or even finding something I liked on me; but Heather was an incredible stylist and made me feel so comfortable and beautiful in everything I tried on. This place is absolutely amazing! I accompanied my sister to her first ever appointment to try on wedding dresses, and she found her dream dress here! One and done - she had to cancel other appointments she had for later in the day! Heather and Jenna are VERY good at their jobs; Heather did such a great job listening to what my sister wanted, making her feel beautiful, while also providing her expertise. My sister came in wanting one thing, but Heather had a feeling about another dress and my sister completely fell in love! Heather and Jenna make you feel like you are shopping with your best friends/sisters with their upbeat attitude, passion and care. They are so genuine, welcoming, knowledgable and skilled that you would really be missing out if you did not come here! The experience was through and through amazing - from turning off the lights to show how the dress would sparkle on the dance floor, to asking my sister what her wedding colors were to give her a bouquet that would mimic the one on her wedding day to complete the look. We were absolutely blown away by the consultant Heather and other staff members. She listened to what my sister liked and didn’t like about each dress until we landed on the PERFECT one!! Heather was fantastic! I tried on dresses I had thought were my ideal style but I fell in love with a satin couture dress that Heather recommended that I would’ve never thought to try on!! I had a overall great experience purchasing my wedding dress from Jenna in white. Jenna was so sweet and kind as well as helpful when it came to purchasing my dress. I love the fact I gave her only a small description over the phone on the type of dresses I was looking for and at my appointment date she literally had every style I loved already picked out for me to try on. She was very honest when she gave her opinions on certain dresses I tried on which I loved so much about her. She wasn’t just trying to sell me a dress she made sure the dress was a perfect fit for me and that I loved it as well. Not only are her dresses beautiful but they are very affordable.

With the wedding of my dreams being only 2 months away, Heather helped me find the dress of my dreams! I literally found my dream dress from my Pinterest inspirations. I thought it wasn’t possible. I left the store and only a few hours later I went back because I knew that was my wedding dress and I was making a mistake leaving. Jenna is simply amazing! After having gone to a few other bridal shops, I felt so defeated...but everything changed once I walked into Jenna in White. I called last minute to see if she could get me an appointment and she came in early to squeeze me in the very next day! You can tell that Jenna loves what she does; her energy is contagious! She is more than accommodating, she makes you feel so comfortable, like you’re visiting an old friend. I love that Jenna wants you to feel confident and beautiful no matter what. When she picked out dresses for me, she knew exactly my style and what I was looking for after taking a look at a few very differing styles. (I’m so eclectic and don’t love just one kind of style.) For (both) times I was in her shop today, my mom, sister, and I were the only ones there. All Covid guidelines were followed which helped me feel safe, while still being able to have the same experience that a bride should have (yup, I cried!) Heather was really great too. Though she wasn’t styling me, she gave a lot of helpful tips that ultimately made me decide on my dress. I honestly can’t think of more great things to say about Jenna, her staff, and her shop. Jenna in White was the very FIRST boutique I went to during my dress hunt. I merely scheduled an appointment to get an inkling of what I liked and/or didnt like on me. After trying on my third gown, I said YES TO THE DRESS! You instantly fall in love with the unique gown selection, the dress are affordable (I was shocked at prices), and even better-- the service is phenomenal! I recommend working with Heather! Shes a one of a kind stylist. Omg!! So first off let’s start by saying the phone conversation with Jenna alone makes you feel as though you are in good heads. I got to my appointment and immediate help. I thought I knew what I wanted but my stylist Heather said “with your figure let’s do this” I am in awe! The experience was beautiful they were sooo helpful and lovely you can tell Jenna and heather enjoy what they are doing. I found my dress and I feel so beautiful! I had the best experience today at Jenna In White! The shop was super clean, everyone was wearing mask & we all were asked to wash our hands as soon as we entered the building. Aside from the group finishing up before us, we were the only ones inside for the majority of the time. I had such an amazing experience at Jenna in White! After a disappointing experience at a different bridal shop, I started cancelling all of my other appts and planned to buy my wedding dress online. My mom convinced me to keep my appointment at Jenna in White because of my name, and I am so incredibly happy that I did!! Courtney, my consultant, was wonderful and made my mom and I feel comfortable and excited to be there. I tried on a number of dresses that were all beautiful, and ended up finding the perfect dress! The shop itself is intimate, but it is extremely clean and they have a perfect setup with a raised dressing area and lighting so I could really see the dress and imagine what I’ll look like on my wedding day. They were very respectful of my budget and I never felt pressured to buy a dress that I didn’t love. I highly recommend Jenna in White!!
Heather was incredible! She took time prior to my appointment to get to know me, told me what I could expect as well as provide some advice going into the wedding dress search. The day of my appointment Heather carefully pulled dresses based on my feedback/ideas and they were everything I had hoped for and more. For an indecisive gal, she was able to help me find THE dress and made my experience so special. I highly recommend Jenna In White for any brides out there looking for their perfect dress. 2022-07-02I went dress shopping here today and was honestly dreading the experience. I lost my mother 8 years ago and I recently put on a few pounds from a medication and do not like how i look at the moment. When I called to schedule an appointment, Heather was SO FRIENDLY and reassured me that it will be fine. She asked me what I wanted and told me she already had a few dresses in mind. When I got there, she found the dresses and made me feel really comfortable. I ended up finding my dress at this appointment, and she said that this was the dress she was thinking of on the phone. Heather is AMAZING at her job. You need to come to Jenna in White and I guarantee you will find your dress!!!!!!

2021-12-27This was such an amazing experience shopping for my bridal gown! Heather was my stylist and she was so educated and amazing at her job. I came in with an idea of a dress that I thought I wanted but she found something completely opposite and that was the dress I fell in love with! Heather looked at every detail about me from my hair and makeup, to my ring style, down to my outfit that I wore in to help figure out exactly what style dress would be best for me. I can’t thank Jenna in white enough for finding the most beautiful Jenna in white exclusive dress for my wedding day! I recommend this place to all brides!

2022-01-19I couldn’t have asked for a better dress shopping experience! I originally had my appointment in Berkeley but switched it to the Holland location where luckily I was still able to have Heather as my stylist! She was absolutely amazing. I felt like she really understood what I was looking for and my style. Everything felt so personalized; she even had a fake bouquet to use at the shop with similar flowers that I mentioned on the phone. This was truly an EXPERIENCE and I love knowing I picked a Jenna in White exclusive dress! HIGHLY recommend and highly recommend you request Heather because she’s the best!!

2022-07-01Stop what you’re doing, cancel all your other appointments, and come to Jenna in White. My only regret is not coming here first. These girls go above and beyond to take care of you and find you the perfect dress. I was working with a limited budget, and they were completely respectful of that, and even found me something way below initial budget.My appointment was scheduled for later this month, but I happened to be in town, and called to ask about a last minute appointment. Jenna squeezed me in, and upon walking in she said she had the dress for me (spoiler alert: that was THE ONE!)Amy was helping me try on the dresses and she was an absolute sweetheart. She took the time to get to know me and my relationship, and was totally non-judgemental, honest, and incredibly kind.I tried on 3 dresses, but there was one where I started crying when it was still on the hanger. The girls got me a veil, bouquet, and even dimmed the lights to show how it would look at the venue. I knew instantly it was the one.Thank you Amy and Jenna for a phenomenal experience. I will recommend Jenna in White to all of my bride friends!

2022-02-07To all the brides out there looking for a place to find their dress, GO TO JENNA IN WHITE! I can’t recommend this place enough. We had the pleasure of working with Heather (the manager) and she was THE BEST. I loved that I found my dress, but I didn’t want the appointment to end because she made it SO MUCH FUN. She listened to what I wanted and made me feel confident and beautiful. The first dress she picked for me was the one I chose as THE dress. She knows her stuff and is a wedding expert through-and-through. This small and mighty bridal shop is absolutely amazing and I can’t wait to go back for my fitting!

2022-02-18I went into Jenna In White in September of last year. Heather was super helpful in answering my questions that I had over the phone and was super excited when it came to hearing about my wedding. she made the experience great! I never felt pressured to buy and they really care about finding the right dress for you. I found my dress on my first appointment. I picked up my dress about a month ago and Jenna was so helpful and caring and gave guidance when it came to alterations and a timeline of when to do alterations. I love my dress and I absolutely loved my experience with choosing and picking up my dress! I would highly Recommend coming here!

2022-05-14I had an AMAZING experience at Jenna in White! Although it is a smaller bridal shop, they have a large selection and many different styles. They really personalize the selection they choose for you and make you feel super comfortable. Heather was great to work with! She really listened to me and helped me find my perfect dress. Jenna in White was the first and only place I went dress shopping and found my dress on the first try! Such a great experience and made me so much more excited for my big day!

She made us feel relaxed and excited to start trying on wedding dresses. She really listened to what my daughter was envisioning on her special day.
