Comment: I would not use again or recommend especially for first time home buyers, the house we bought was termite infested, never recommended us to do inspections either. The deck in the backyard she said, just slap some paint on it, good as new, lol I wish, we had to tear it out, it was termite infested. 2 years later still dealing with termite damage. But you live and you learn, we are definitely more knowledgeable now on home buying, just had to learn the hard way.
