She was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions that I had regarding my new policy and how it works. I had tried multiple insurance companies asking for quotes for my new car and many of the companies did not respond to my inquiries or did not put in the effort to gain a new customer. Rachel was able to give me a quote in a couple of hours as well as beating, in cost, other quotes I had received from other companies. I recommend Rachel and State Farm for your insurance needs. Comment: I was routed to this office to handle the renters policy I purchased online. They are always super fast to answer my questions and do quotes. Motorcycle insurance is super affordable with State Farm, but it is a pain since it cant be managed and quoted online like cars can. Breens office still made it easy enough via email to be worth it though.

Comment: I was rear ended a few years ago and found out then that full coverage is a lie - another company had sold me the lowest coverage despite what I had asked for. Now, this is our company/office - Rachel takes care of four generations of my familys needs like theyre her own and does not shortchange on what I actually need, and always explains why. We have a funky blended family with a lot of nuance and detailed need - Rachel reviews with me at least annually and has adjusted my coverage with moving, appreciation in value of assets, adoption, college students, life insurance needs, etc. Everybody is covered and I sleep soundly at night with perfect peace of mind.
