She reviewed my previous coverage with my previous provider and clarified that I was being taken advantage of she lowered not only my payment but gave me better coverage. On top of all that her customer service was anything but exceptional. Her knowledge and step by step walk through of what you are expecting from your provider. I am very grateful for her help. If anyone needs any help ask for her she will be anything but the best Agent you may have.
