Besides them being fast their food is just not good. The pepe has zero flavor and the same with their cheese.
Very slow Delivery called at 10:30 order was confirmed at 10:34 out for delivery at 10:50 still not here by 11:15. This is the second time this has happened and my lunch is at 11 I figured I called in enough time seeing how the place is less than half a mile away
They always have my order made right and ready for pickup.
Still the fastest subs in the game. The price however has gone up.
Jimmy Johns sells itself on being fast which is very true concerning my experience. I had walked up to the counter, gave my order, paid and all of a sudden my sandwich appeared right in front of me! It even surprised the cashier. Fastest service I have ever been witness to at any Jimmy Johns. Food was good, place was clean, overall a great experience.

Typical food taste for Jimmy Johns and priced the same... it was not, however, Freaky fast.. it was surprisingly slow. Maybe because all the others are so fast.. it wasnt a 5 minute wait.. but from order to receiving food, it was a few minutes... and there was no one else they were making sandwiches for.. (not carry out, no other customers).

This was the first time i ever got Jimmy Johns delivery. I hear commercials all the time about freaky fast delivery. Though the delivery guy did apologize, to take 48mins to go 1/2 mile, thats not fast delivery at all. Not impressed.*** Re-Reviewing after a year ***Since my last review Ive had zero issues with delivery here. They are back to being freaky fast and the quality in the making of the subs has gotten much better.

After 3 calls and exactly 1 hour and 10 minutes the driver wasn’t here. I had to cancel, there are so many options in the area i just wanted ti pay for convenience and speed. I got none. Safe to say i will never order from them again. Distance was 6 min with traffic
If I could give zero stars, then I would. I visited the store and ordered two subs via the drive-thru. I always check them before I leave the parking lot because I’ve been burned by this location so many times. I opened my sub and there was a hair on it as well as mayo which I asked them to not put on it. I took it back and they re-made it. I got back to my car and they put mayo on it again. I checked the other sandwich I ordered and it also had mayo on it (which I had asked them to hold off as well). I brought the sandwiches inside and asked them to remake them. Worker told me that the initial one didn’t have any mayo on it. I asked her to explain what the white condiment was and she said “I don’t know, but it’s not mayo”. I asked for my money back and was laughed at as I walked out. I emailed corporate and they mailed me a $20 gift card and told me that the owner would be reaching out. I never heard from any one from the franchise and Emma (from corporate) said that the situation was handled in the store. Not sure how they can deem it “handled” when the customer wasn’t given what they were promised. Safe to say I will not be back to this location and I’ll be sure to spread that to any one and everyone I know... unless of course they enjoy hair on their sandwiches and incorrect orders.
I am so grateful for the staff at this Jimmy John’s. I am allergic to latex. This is the only Jimmy John’s in the area that has non latex gloves as an option. The staff are willing to change gloves and are preemptive when I arrive.They are so kind and mature. I am happy to see great young people who care for others.
My visit started at Jersey Mikes. It was a horrible experience but thats for another review. At Jimmy Johns, the staff was very polite and accommodating. And the sandwiches were even more delicious!
Just had delivery from Jimmy Johns for the first time and it was freaky slow. It took over 30 mins and I was around the corner at work. I could have picked up my sandwich, eaten it all there and drove back to work before they showed up. The good news is the sandwiches were good

Went there for the second time. When my daughter and I walked in, the young woman at the cash register asked if she could help her. We were the only ones in line. I stated that we needed a minute to look at the menu. A man walked in behind us, and promptly ordered his food. The cash register genius stated to him: I like people like you who know what they want when they come in.My daughter and I looked at each other in disbelief. We were talking about this incident as we arrived at the sandwich pickup location, which apparently displeased that employee, who after wrapping our sandwiches slammed them onto the counter. When I talked to Xavier, the reported manager, he didnt seemed concerned about it in the least.I guess we were expected to study a Jimmy Johns menu and decide on our choices before we entered the store. Guess Jimmy Johns employees arent only rude to police officers. Bad attitudes seem prevalent at Jimmy Johns, so the only explanation for that is that management allows its employees to behave badly.
Tried the Chicken Cesar Wrap.Limited time. Was ok. Too me was a little dry & a little over priced. Just one wrap was $9 something.
I love Jimmy Johns. The store is always spotless, someone is always cleaning or stocking supplies. Fast service and super fresh sandwiches. Delivery is also fast.
Edited: Fair warning. The employees will make your drink for you. So, specify what you would like when you order. I wasnt informed while placing my order and abruptly found out afterward. Edit: also, check your lid! I am now wearing half of my drink. 😑
Great place they do a great job make the food fast they need a raise.who ever worked on 8/27 at 5pm need a raise!
Not bad for sandwich shop. The roll is a little different from what is standard on the east coast (almost like it was dipped in egg or something then baked). Still would stop by again.
Ordered our food 2 hrs ago got a partial order almost an hour later. I know weather wasn’t the greatest but we live less than a mile away. My husband called right away about not receiving our order. They just know dropped it off.
In the past I unfortunately had bad experiences with my orders not coming for at least an hour but I decided to give them another try and lately the service has been great! Pat was awesome and super quick! Thank you again Pat!
Very nice place if u like to have human hair on your sub that is the place to go , 3 orders so far with hair! please do something about it its blond 5-6 inch hair long.
This location is TERRIBLE I have yet to order from there and it be Freaky Fast I can order a pizza and get it faster than this jimmy Johns. Every time I order from here its 25+ mins..... I will not be going here again just called and got hung up on after telling them its ridiculous.

This is the least welcoming place Ive ever been to. I keep thinking it might be the people on a specific shift, but Ive been there multiple times and no matter who is working, they make you feel like a nuisance for coming in. Terrible customer service. Terrible vibe.
Love JJ and havent had issues with the food. But I live exactly 1 mile away and they wont deliver to me. They wont deliver south of Plymouth rd...thats only 1/2 mile from their store? So where DO they deliver??
Affordable, accessible, fast, convenient, and consistent. Best sandwich you can get? Absolutely not. But JJ accomplishes what it set out to do.

Contrary to the slogan this place is always freaky slow. 40-80 minute wait times for delivery. Never fails to take forever.

Worst delivery service! Will not deliver to customers 1 mile away and I just dont understand how. Also told me that the only driver was out on a delivery and it would be longer than expected. You mean to tell me you only have one delivery driver on a Friday night?! What a joke!

Person behind the counter was rude. I spoke three times and never received a hello, thank you, or anything. She didnt even want to look at me, and there was only two of us in there. SO sad....for her!

2022-07-14Sunday July 10, 2022First impression when I walked in, it smells good. It was clean. The lack here was customer service. When I walked in, the two men never acknowledge me. Only when I asked a question, someone answered. I did not place an order. The experience was vague and so are “the owner” responses. Time to stop supporting businesses who do not value us. To appreciate your customers, is to genuinely show them.

2022-03-11I like that fact that the food is fresh and the customers seem to be satisfied but when your asking a question the manager turned RED does that mean he is racist ? Or should we just smile and nod ? I had to ask for a bag , sauce , & and explaining things seem to be a problem eat with care like the fact the babies can play freely though lil guy deserve the best

2021-10-28I have been to over 5 different Jimmy Johns in the state of Michigan, the one on Middle belt Rd in Livonia lives up to its name. The staff is on their purpose and friendly, I do not know how they manage the crazy orders without hindering their quality, it just gets better every time I go there. To say this is an exceptional cold cut sandwich is an understatement, the Jersey Mikes next door need to shut down. This Jimmy Johns perfectly sliced veggies are fresher than home, the incredible bread(I can eat it by itself) , not to mention the correct amount of ratio and placements of the spreads is mind blowing, and to stay consistent every encounter I get to have with them. It is really a pleasure!

2022-04-29Not very good. It was dead empty, I wasnt asked if I wanted any topping on my sandwich. Wasnt asked if I wanted a drink or any sides (chips, cookies etc). Very disappointed.

2020-08-09Absolutely one of my favorite spots. Great energy from the staff and the food is always fresh. THEY CLOSE AT 8PM (due to covid they close at 8pm not 9pm please update)
