Comment: JR and Anthony made me feel very comfortable when I needed a major overhaul of a box truck with a good deal of use.They handled everything: pick up at the yard, delivery to their place, and a quick assessment of what was required to get the truck back up and running.I’m quite happy with the results. All issues were fixed in a reasonable amount of time and at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend JNH.

Comment: I took my car to Juan at JNH Truck Repair in Pasadena with multiple mechanical problems, Juan really knows what he’s doing, he went above and beyond to help me with the problems. He’s professional, honest, knowledgeable and he has a good heart. He makes it easy to understand what’s going on with your car. All the problems with my car were fixed quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable price. I am very happy with JNH Truck Repair in Pasadena and I will definitely return whenever necessary. Comment: I was having some issues with check engine light & rough idling after driving about 15 minutes on a 2004 Jeep Cherokee.Took it another repair shop where they replaced spark plugs & coils, but problem persisted.I decided to check out another repair shop & took it to JNH Trcuk repair .They narrowed down the problem to being the oxygen sensors & replaced them.I,took the jeep out for 1hr drive & problem was solved.Great troubleshooting & quick service.Highly Recommend this repair shop.

Comment: Had a transmission line leak on 1984 Chieftain Winnebago,Found JNH Truck Repair on google & decided to give them a try.Set up an Appt. to inspect the Rv for an estimate & with surprise they had very reasonable rate & so I had them do the repair .They completed the job on the spot within 2hrs. Real pros with amazing service and reasonable prices. I recommend you give these guys a try for any mechanical needs.

Comment: Juan is the most honest, reliable, mechanic I have ever encountered. Our truck fell apart on the freeway piece by piece literally. We called around and found Juan. He was God sent.Our truck is an older truck and not all parts were available. He searched and searched until he was able to rebuild our truck and honestly it runs better than it ever did. I dont usually write reviews but he was outstanding and he deserves credit.

Comment: We had a problem getting an air dryer filter changed on our Motorhome. We contacted JNH (Jr.) and they found the correct filter and did it in one (1) day without a problem on site. We were pleased with JRs excellent service. He brought to our attention a couple of items that needed repair that we did not know. Thank you for your honesty and hard work!!! Ernie & Marge

Comment: I did not want gave them any star because they ask me all info told me all the charges and said will get there with in 2 hour but after 3 hour i called no one answering the phone and called the office phone still no answer so finally had to get someone else so had to wait for other mechanic he is not trust worthy at all he could have pick up the phone and told me he is not gonna make instead he stop answering his phone.

Comment: I called in at 10:40 and was told a mechanic would arrive in 1.5 hours (around 12:00). Mechanic finally arrived at 2:45. I called multiple times and was given a different ETA every time. Very poor communication and customer service. At one point I had to call 10+ times in a row before being able to reach someone in the office.
