It started with a Life Insurance policy my parents purchased to now as an adult all my auto and fire policies.Martha and staff are a great help with guidance and ease on all questions and even after an accident(literally). Comment: Ive had my business auto insurance with Johns office for over 2 years and they covered and endorsed my policy with ease.I didnt know I needed a business policy until Martha asked one simple question after having only my apartment insured with them who insures your auto?. This one question opened up a necessity I did not know I needed. My business vehicle was not properly insured and well the rest is history.Thank you Martha and staff.

One of the Insurance agents (Rosa) was kind enough to offer assistance and took no umbrage when i requested to speak with her colleague Martha Hurtado. The quotes Martha provided allowed for optimum affordability options based on my vehicle usage, commuting to and from work, and unplanned commute diversions. In the end, Martha was able to accomodate my last minute payment date changes. Referrals to her and Rosa and this State Farm ageny are a no brainer Exceptional service. Thanks

Comment: Big thanks to John, Marth and Rosa for going out of their way to help me with a last minute need that came up. Friday night we had a last-minute change on a RV rental, unfortunately by the time I had the rental squared away the office was closed. The rental party needed the extension of coverage (RV Certificate) for proof of coverage by Saturday afternoon. So, the office was closed and the 24hr customer care team was not able to issue me the certificate. I was able to send an email straight to from the office web address and in less than an hour he had responded with this email;Good morning Art,Just received your message. Ill contact Martha and/or Rosa to complete your request, which ever one of them can access their computer.Thank you for your patience.JohnTalk about amazing customer service! This team went out of way to help on us their day off...Thank you, John and Team ...
