I told the woman i would call back as i needed to collect the drop off information. Called back before their closing hours and no one would answer. Called this morning and was told there would be an additional $75 fee for same day delivery. I called yesterday during their open hours and they did not answer as she mentioned that they closed early. Had they answered when i called or mentioned they would be closing early i would not be having to pay the extra $75. Very frustrating. I have to mention the staff was very friendly but unorganized.

Only complaint is we were told a few days before the wedding it would be delivered between 8-10am on the scheduled date. I then got a call at 6:45am on the schedule date saying they were at the house with the rental. Unfortunately, it was a family members house and I had to wake them up to let them in the yard. Not anything terrible, just something to keep in mind. We will use them if we ever need a toilet rental in the future.

Each month on the 3rd, I faithfully paid my bill of $91.45. For some reason, I have to keep proving them wrong. Thank God for banking statements to stop their harrassment. I think they need a new honest accountant. Im currently contesting the fact that they are saying I missed 2 payments. Trying to send me to collections. Comment: I dont ever leave reviews. But this company took it too far. We lost our home in the Camp fire in paradise on november 8th. We bought a trailer to live in and called Johnny on the spot to come once a week to vacuum out the holding tanks. They did so for 5 weeks at $60.00 a week. The first week I checked the meter which read 2/3 full. I called and the lady said it happens all the time and that there is most likely something on the sensor. Never owning a trailer I just assumed that must be the case. The next week comes and the same thing happens again accept the tank got full the day before they were to come back. We went well over a week before they came to dump it the first time. By the 5th week we had enough and my husband called them when I looked into the toilet and saw it was still FULL and they had broke the cap on the pipe!!! Our trailer is brand new. My husband called and spoke to the owner who said she would need to investigate some and get back to us. She called back and said they would call 30 minutes before they come next week so we can be here to properly flush the tank (which Ive been asking to do for 2 weeks now) and that they will bring a new cap. We had another company empty the tank today and it is EMPTY!!!! Theres no waste in it what so ever. Ive called numerous times only to be told oh no if he was there then the tank is empty which was not true. Yet they still withdrew my 60.00 every week even after I called them EVERY WEEK to ask why there is still waste in the tank. They never came back out to empty it right and who ever answered the phone even chuckled at me when I asked for someone to come back and flush the tank properly. We just lost our home and everything we had. The last thing I want to worry about is someone taking advantage of our situation.

Comment: We’ve been using these folks for a few years now during harvest season on our almond ranch. Dispatch is super friendly. Drop offs and cleaning is timely. Everything is spic and span and we’ve never seen an old, worn out looking unit. Rates seem fair as well. What more can you ask for?! Haveing to work with local business a lot, I just love the ones with impeccable service! Recommended!
