Comment: This was my first time renting a bouncer and the quality of customer service from Amber was remarkable! The weekend I planned to have my party unfortunately it rained. I contacted jollybouncers and spoke to Amber. She was so accommodating and kind. She canceled my bouncer with no charge and rescheduled us for the following weekend. The bouncer that was delivered was perfect! Eric the delivery man was very kind as well. He called as soon as he arrived, set it up and blew it to make sure it was in perfect condition. All we had to do was plug it up the day of. The bouncer was very clean and exactly what we were looking for. They will be the only rental service I use going forward. Comment: I’ve been using Jolly Bouncers for 10 years! From my first borns first birthday to her 10th, to my younger kids party’s, to holiday events. They’re by far the best options around for bounce houses and trust me my family looked around before I sent the JB info! I always try to gatekeep them haha I worry their affordable prices will change the more popularity they get. And I’ve seen some negative reviews about customer service and honestly for me it’s been the complete opposite! The whole team from booking to delivery/pick up have been awesome! Def will be booking again soon!

Comment: I Wont be renting from here again. Where to begin, I rented a jumper from this company. The delivery was set for Friday ( my Birthday) and I was told I would be given a delivery window. I was given a delivery window that changed 4 different times which ruined all my plans for that day. One of those plans being an escape room that I was not able to get a refund on because I had to be home just for the eta to change on me again. The pick up day, I was told I would get an eta for pick up… got the eta I made sure I stayed home… eta changed again… I continued to stay home then almost 7 pm I’m told they aren’t even coming and will get it the following day. I called the company to let them know how big of an inconvenience this has been but my concerns where just over looked. Party rentals should not feel like waiting on Edison or the cable company.

Comment: Stay away from this rental company if you don’t want headache. The owner, Mark, is horrible and rude. I was given a total amount of $270, and the day of the drop off they said the total was $314.43. Almost $45 difference!!!! I talked to Mark the day before the event to confirm everything was fine and he never told me the total amount due was different from the email confirmation. He blamed me because I am supposed to be ready to pay for the amount they request no questions asked!!! After all that and having to pay the extra amount, I had to spend the rest of the afternoon cleaning all the chairs (dirty and full of paint!!!)I will take my business elsewhere

They deliver the wrong items and claim they have no more in inventory. They deliver canopies with nails sticking out of them. I had to stop payment my check because they refuse to give me my money back or credit me on their screw up. After requesting for them to correct their error they refused. Apparently theyre dont have a way of getting in contact with a manager or supervisor to fix the issue until the day after my party. This place is horrible. Save your self time and rent from an actual company who care about their clients.

Comment: Rented this past weekend for Saturday they asked if they could drop off a day early I said that’s fine as long as they pick up but Sunday since I have dogs and the jumper is sitting on our grass and don’t want it to get damaged. So it’s Sunday I messaged them in the am for an estimate time of arrival no response. I call and they don’t answer but get a text message and they say they will give me an update an hour goes by and nothing I call again and leave a voicemail and I text the number and they just never replied they could’ve at least responded. So I’ve had a jumper since Friday and I’m hoping they’ll show up tomorrow Monday. Never using this place again

Comment: The amount of professionalism that this small business owner has is laughable. I have rented water slides from this company 4 years in a row, and also referred others to them but this year has tipped me over the edge. Every year there’s been slight issues here and there but this year it’s been nothing but trouble from the start. I reserved this slide in April and hadn’t heard anything leading up to the party date so I called to confirm Friday’s slide delivery on the Monday before. When i called and asked for confirmation, the owner, Mark, scoffed at me and said “didn’t you get a confirmation email??” Well, yes i did, in April, but i simply wanted to confirm Friday’s delivery. He then said yes, Friday delivery between 8am and 11am and that they were picking up Saturday evening as they were running an advertised special of buy one day get the second day for free, my party was beginning at 1pm. EVERY year that we had this slide, except last year, they had the bottom pool plugged so there was a bit of water that the kids could splash into. Last year they forgot the plug, so when i called I asked mark to make sure it was plugged. He responded to my request with “ma’am, do you WANT to hurt your children?” EXCUSE ME?!?! I explained to him that i was confused because every year they plugged it besides last year, he then continued with his condescending tone “ma’am I’ve been doing this for a long time and unless you want to hurt your children, you don’t want to plug the slide” ABSOLUTELY unacceptable response, accusing me of wanting to hurt my children??? This was the beginning of MARK’s rude and unprofessional tone and words.Day of the party, 11am comes and goes, I call to see where the slide is and they said they would call me RIGHT back, 20 minutes later, no call. I call again, where is the slide? No clue. They need to get ahold of the driver. I called them again at 12:30, they don’t know where the driver is. What kind of circus are they running??? Finally at 1pm, they show up. Just as all my guests are standing around staring with nothing to do.I asked the driver, what time tomorrow are you going to pick up the slide? He says “probably sunday, maybe Monday, no worries, I’ll call you!” (Super nice guy by the way, pay your drivers more, Mark.)Party Friday comes and goes, all hiccups of late delivery aside, Saturday morning I’m out at a baseball tournament for my son, with plans of having the entire team back to my house to slide after the games and i get a call from the lovely owner mark saying he needs to pick up the slide immediately. I called him back and told him that was not what was agreed upon and not what the delivery guy had arranged with me. When i told him that this level of customer service was very poor coming from a Simi Valley small business, he said “lady, you’re the one that is barking at me” Yes folks, he told me that I was BARKING at him, aka calling me a “b**ch”. I said “excuse me sir? Barking?” And he responded with “you’re the one screaming at me” Folks, I was sitting in the spectator stands at a little league game and never once raised my voice. I let him know that his slide would be ready for him to pick up as soon as i was home and he could come get it. GUESS WHAT, he never showed to pick it up. They showed up at 7:45am Sunday morning while my entire house was sleeping. This after we took the time to blow up and dry the slide after the game Saturday and sat there waiting for them to show up.Joke of a company, RUDE owner, Mark really needs to learn how to speak to people, it’s out of control. There are plenty of other slide rental companies here locally that I will now support. This guy will no longer get my money.

However, I would wait until they are staffed up again before renting from them.They dropped off the bounce house a day early and are going to be at least one day late picking it up. If the bounce house was set up on cement it would have not been an issue, but because it was set up on the grass it started to kill the grass. My wife and I had to drag it off the grass so the lawn didnt die before they could come to pick it up. Not sure exactly how much it weighs, but it was heavy.

Comment: Terrible-I rented a jumper on Sunday & the drop off time was supposed to be at 12, I called MANY times and no one answered, finally the jumper didn’t arrive until 2:30. It was being set up while my event was going on...the guy who delivered it told me that it would be picked up that same night or the next day.I told the guy that the next day was not acceptable due to the fact that I would not be home so I needed him to grab it the night of.They never showed.All day on Monday I was calling- didn’t get an answer.Here we are on Tuesday & and they are picking the jumper up at 7pmThe jumper is heavy and I was not able to move it, due to that my driveway was not accessible for 2 days.I talked to mark for some sort of compensation due to the fact that I was basically storing the jumper for them and he was out right rude- straight up told me “no”Customer service, communication & all of the above is terrible.

Comment: Sad to give negative reviews but maybe someone can be spared the experience I had. Booked two bouncers far in advance. I called and confirmed (twice) that we were all set for my party. The day before, they asked to drop the bouncers off early and we said no problem. We then missed a family dinner with out of town guests waiting around for them to show up. No show, no call. We finally got a hold of someone and they said delivery would be for the next day now between 8am-11am. Party starts at noon so I confirm they will be there. Yep. We wait all morning and the other vendors and caterer start showing up and can’t set up because of the location of the bouncers. No delivery. By now it is 11:30 and early gusts are arriving with nothing set up. I text (AGAIN) and am told they will be there in 20 minutes. Right. I told them not to come to avoid the insane stress this was causing. No bouncers and huge holes in our event. So stressful to be lied to and then hung out to dry.

Comment: Jolly bouncers is a great place to rent from, a typical jump house to a 24ft water slide or (dry).I ordered my water slide online and wanted it delivered before 12 witch I specifically put on the notes. Anyhow the day came for the water slide to arrive n it was in mybackyard 2 hours earlier it was here around 10 Alcock witch was great (no extra cost)I didn’t have to worry about the slide being here late despite all the bad reviews the driver was great to service being awesome I will definitely be renting from them again thanks jolly bouncers.

They said they would send a better liner, brought the same kind of liner, at least not as many holes. The target was so hard. Not even grown men who hit it could dunk! Comment: I should have stopped using them years ago but they have finally pushed me over the edge. Their service has always been terrible but because they are in Simi Valley, I have tried to support them. However, we just rented a Popcorn maker from them to use for a school movie night, and carefully following the instructions and calling in and having the owner walk us through the instructions the popcorn continued to burn over and over again. We brought the machine back the next day and let them know we were unhappy, and also called several times the following week hoping for a response and got nothing. Finally after reaching the owner over a week later because he would not call us back he blamed us and was wondering why the unused popcorn kernels were not sent back to them. Rather than fight over $53 with the owner I will buy more popcorn kernels for them for the pennies they will cost and drop them off (just because) to them and just let them know I will take my business elsewhere moving forward. I really tried to make it work but they never delivered on service, they dont own their mistakes and they are a dysfunctional organization that works in a disgusting, disorganized environment. It is what it is. Nothing Jolly about jolly bouncers. If only I could choose 0 stars, I would have.

They couldn’t find the contract and sent me another to sign and return which I did that dayDay of the party I sent a text to Mark asking what his ETA looked like NO RESPONSE4:15 I call and the voicemail box is fullI text again what’s your ETA any problems with the gate code? NO RESPONSEIt’s now 4:30 no mechanical bull and the party is in full swing all guests have arrivedPony’s for the kids have left BBQ food truck is now serving appetizers and bartenders are busy serving and entertaining as guests wait for the next event “the mechanical bull”As you may now have guessed they never showI call the following Monday and Mark answers the phone and sounds surprised and shocked to learn no one showedSaid he would check into it refund my deposit and get back to meI have not heard from him sinceMy CC company will reverse the charges which helps ease the blow but I warn you DO NOTHire this company for any event that you are planning Snd that’s no Bull!!

Manager and his personnel dropping off the bouncy used foul language in front of the kids and threatened to take the bouncy if we didn’t pay full price upfront despite these problems. Don’t use them they are crooks. They even make their customers pay if it’s raining or too windy.

Especially if you are a mom and like to work on a set schedule you definitely want to avoid this place at all costs!I was called on a Thursday to ask if they could deliver my jolly rental and tables on friday instead of saturday because they are really busy, so I agreed to a drop off time of between 11 and 1p on Friday. Friday morning at 9am I get a call while Im out with breakfast with my family that they will be at my house in 10-20 minutes. No where near the time I scheduled with the lady on the phone. So I rushed through breakfast to get to my house early to let them drop off. The man that dropped of the jolly asked me what time Saturday he could pick it up. I told him that the party ended at 4 so anytime between 4-5 would be perfect.Saturday rolls around and the party ends and I am waiting at my house for the guys to come grab everything. Finally 8 oclock rolls around and still no show from anyone. I decided to call the man who originally called me on Friday to drop off and ask him when he would be here. He tells me that he wouldnt be making it to our house that night and that he would be coming Sunday morning to pick it up. Sunday morning....being EASTER! I told him ABSOLUTELY NO. I told him 4 TIMES that he was not allowed to come to my home on Easter to grab the equipment and that he would have to come Monday instead... Welllll you could only guess what happened......SUNDAY MORNING AT 7AM! Guess who shows up at my door? YUPPPP the jolly jump guy. So I dont answer the door and HE CONTINUES TO RING MY DOOR BELL 5/6 TIMES! Now mind you I rented this jolly jump for my ONE YEAR OLDS birthday. Meaning I HAVE A ONE YEAR OLD THAT YOU ARE WAKING UP! I was absolutely furious. I am extremely dissatisfied by the way this company handled this situation and I will be telling EVERYONE to avoid them at all cost!. I am so upset with the owner Mark who did absolutely NOTHING to make me a happier customer.Oh and before I forget the Jolly Jumps are nothing special. Ours had wholes/tears ALL OVER THE PLACE.This company doesnt even deserve a one star.

They were so helpful and accommodating considering I was calling at the last hour! The owner guided me to the best option as I wasnt sure which combination would work best in my space. All I knew was my son wanted a water slide. So not only did we get a water slide but a bouncy and a basketball hoop....all in one! He shared with me the best option and even the special packages. Comment: I hired Jolly Bouncers for my daughters 2nd birthday and they were amazing! I ordered a large bouncy house with a slide attached, tables, linens and chairs. Everything was delivered exactly as ordered. For no extra charge they brought everything the afternoon prior to the party which was a huge stress reliever! The bouncy house was a hit and the kids had the most amazing time running back and forth from the bouncy to our pool!! My daughter talked about her birthday, everyday for the next 8 months! Now its time for my daughters 3rd birthday and Ive already booked Jolly Bouncers. They had my order from last year which made everything super easy. Thank you Jolly Bouncers!

Comment: Rented a Margarita machine and it was the hit of the party. Guys came and set it up for me, all I had to do was have the cold water and alcohol! No cleanup, too! Came early so everything was ready by the time the party started and picked it up the next day. Next time Im getting two machines so I can have one for the kids to make slushies! Will definitely use these guys again.
