Comment: I took a flight out of this FBO on May 28th. I arrived in a rental car that needed to be returned. I asked at the front desk if they could return the car for me. They said they would take care of it. A week later, I received a call from the rental car agency that the car had never been returned and the late fees were accumulating. I called the FBO and spoke to the manager, Kyle Giono, who acknowledged that they were responsible and assured me he would reach out to the rental car agency and get it handled for me. Its now almost a month later and I dont have a resolution. Worse yet, Ive had to call this FBO multiple times to bug them for any kind of update. I should not be charged for the FBOs mistake. If they were incapable of returning a rental car I would have gladly returned it myself (Ive flown out of many FBOs and arranging the return of a rental car is standard practice). Kyle Giono needs to either convince the rental car company to give me a refund, or pay them for the late fees accumulated because of the FBOs negligence.
