I did a link looking for reasonable rates, the first to call was an agent name Kendall she spoke with a caring approach with specific questions. I just felt very comfortable and secure with the results she provided for me. Even though I have multiple friends that are agents with State Farm I chose this firm due to affordable rates and the office staff that KAIT has is very good. With State Farm I’m not only saving $10/month, I also have way higher coverage limits - talk about value! I loved that I could easily get a quote online over the weekend and then got quick follow up Monday morning from Tony. It was a couple days before I could get back to Tony, but he was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable, and when I had a couple of questions he wasn’t sure of, he only had to put me on a very brief hold before coming back with the information I needed. I’m looking forward to being a State Farm customer and am now confident I’m getting the coverage I need for the best possible value. Thank you!Updating this a year later to say that I’m still so happy with my decision to switch over to State Farm. Myrna has assisted us with not just one but now TWO claims in the past several months has been so diligent and responsive every step of the way; she stays in touch and always keeps her word, whether that is calling me back or following up with the State Farm claims dept or touching base with the repair place. I feel so well taken care of and her diligence has taken so much stress off my plate. Thomas was professional, friendly and helpful in the course of setting up the policy. No pushiness, no upselling, no big deal when their auto was more expensive. Ultimately, the policy was a better value than our prior insurer: more coverage, lower premium. She spent time with me to go over my existing policy, quoted me on a new one and carefully explained my gaps in coverage. I got a discount by pairing my auto and included earthquake insurance.
