Excellent service. They have serviced a riding lawn mower and a leaf blower. They were the 3rd place I took the leaf blower to for service and they were the only ones who could fix it. They recently serviced the riding lawnmower. They were fast in getting it done and returning it. I wouldnt go anywhere else.
Its been about 10 months since they repaired my snow blower. Ran great all winter. Ran it today real quick because winter will be here soon. Still runs great. It is an old worn out MTD. its cleared many tons of snow over the years up north near Tippy Dam. Worn belts, worn skids, melted belt cover and dirty carb. They fixed it all!
Great service well worth the drive and time to go there rather than battle creek. Got everything we needed/wanted. Ryan has gone above and beyond to deliver great service. I would highly recommend to everyone.
WOW! Excellent, Knowledgeable, Helpful, Friendly staff!! We received great service here with our lawn mower questions. We purchased a used Lawn Mower from someone, who originally bought it from Kalamazoo Lawn & Garden. We needed parts for the Lawn Mower, not only did the staff show us how the parts went on, but we were also able to purchase the correct parts for our mower. No extra hassle, no up sale for things we didnt want, just amazing customer service! Definitely recommend these folx. 😁✌
Great place to do business, very helpful and patient with me doing my research of what type of leafblower I was going to buy and ended up with the Echo PB8010 which is an absolute monster and saves me a lot of time on my leaves. Their mechanic was very helpful in showing me how the product worked their sales staff arent pushy but more or less very helpful. Reccomend them and their products to anyone in the market.

Having issues getting the part they need to fix my year old Cub Cadet zero turn. It has been 6 weeks and they just added another two. I asked if they could take one off a floor model and was straight up told that since I didnt buy my mower from them, they are not willing to work with me. Terrible customer service approach.
5/2021 Tuned up my Cub Cadet LXT1042 and it has never run better. I would recommend to anyone. Cost was reasonable but service was amazing.
This is a good place to get your mower repaired or to get parts if you are inclined to do it yourself. Great service. Or buy a new one.
Good service got a lawn mower
If I could give these guys 6 stars I would. I own a wedding venue in Fulton Michigan, The Meadows at Leslie Family Farm, and needed to get some work done on my Cub Cadet lawn tractor. I dont have a truck so I was forced to do the work myself. Ryan and Joe both spent time with me ordering the parts I needed and also talked my through some trouble shooting that allowed me to narrow down what was wrong. Super great service and they now have a customer for life. I appreciate the help boys. Looking forward to picking up my parts and getting that lawn mowed.
Great experience! I was properly greeted when I walked in the door and was asked if I needed any assistance. The salesmen was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Once we were able to pinpoint what mower would work best for my needs, he took the extra time to price out several options for me. They were also able to work with my sechedule for a delivery date. At the time of delivery, the mower operation and maintenance were thoroughly explained and all questions were answered.Top notch customer service from these guys! Would not hesitate to make another purchase from here!
Ive been going to Dave and Ryan for 15 years theyve helped me on all spectrums from service to sales, ive dealt with most dealers in kzoo county and kalamazoo lawn and garden is by far the best experience.
Great selection and awesome service. They shop local Kalamazoo businesses and really put old fashioned customer service where it belongs. All new equipment comes with a full tank of gas, testing and they go over in detail what they sell.
My tractor stopped working last season...I had no idea that after being in their hands for a few days, it would come back to me in better than showroom condition. To say Ill be back each year for maintenance is quite an understatement.I cannot wait to mow!
I bought a 2011 cub cadet tractor from here. I have not even had it a year and I have replaced the PTO switch, it has a oil leak, I have to add oil everyday and now it wont start. What a great deal. Not. Be careful what you buy from them. They dont care

They helped me find a parts breakdown for my 1970? Sears Generator. They also sold me a carbureator rebuild kit for the Tecumseh engine.Just $13.00 and no waiting, or shipping charges.Great place to get what you need.They sell all kinds of lawn care and gardening equipment, both new and used.
Great company, any time there was any issues it was handled better then expected. Even when It wasnt their fault(equipment defect). The service guys know what the are doing and sales actually know the equipment to and will sell you want you need not somthing with a bigger price tag. Thanks guys will be back again.

Not a bad place if you are OK paying $74/ hour labor rate to change your oil and sharpen some blades. Holy #@!. My auto mechanic doesnt even charge this much. I dont think a Lawyer even charged this much.. Never again. Also, the service is not that great. For $74 ./ hour I would also think they can just blow off the dust and dirt and maybe clean up the mower deck. Is that asking you too much? I have had better service at McDonalds. Not sure how these guys are still in business.
I consider Kalamazoo Lawn and Garden the benchmark business for outdoor power equipment. I have never been disappointed with service or sales. I am a customer for life. My advice to anyone reading this, dont bother with any other place.

First of all I think .38 special needs to use the .38 on themselves to end their pain and lies.In case they read this they should know this is from a long time customer and not the owneror employees.KL&GE is one of the coolest places to buy from. I have always been treated like #1 and havenever found anything I have purchased cheaper at any other place. I have bought weedeaters,leaf mulchers, lawnmower decks, parts, and recently a Simplicity O-turn lawnmower. I shoppedin several towns for the O-turn and when I went to KL&GE they blew everyone out of thepark with the price and the customer service. From a thrifty somewhat anal shopper you can’tdo any better than KL&GE when it comes to lawn care equipment.
I wanted to buy local and choosing between the top end brands (the numbers and price are all pretty close) was hard until I met Dave. He took the time to answer my questions. Something that was not given to me at other local sellers.

2022-05-17If you own a Simplicity mower this is the spot. I used their pick up maintenance service to get my used, but new to me Broadmoor serviced. They were very kind and helpful. It was convenient to not have to haul my mower to a shop. Next time I’ll try to get the early bird pricing. Owning a fancy mower can get expensive if you’re not a DIY’er and have a challenging yard.

2021-07-17This has been my go to place for a while now up until lately. Had a blower serviced about 2 months ago that was under warranty and they did a tune up with our asking if they can change parts. Picked up the blower and started using it the next week. Well, problem still existed. Took it in last week and yet again they did a tune up and I specifically told them not to! They then tried charged me without explanation as to why! They only told me my gas was bad both times! Did I mention the gas is used in 3 other machines and is less than a month old. Did I also mention I use red gas in ALL of my equipment! Piss poor management and piss poor service department! Will be taking my money to a better shop!
