2019-02-16I own an auto shop and it was my first time dealing with Kar bone auto parts and the part didn’t work out well after 2 weeks, I called back and now I believe who is the manager told me to bring the part back and will do a full refund for me, he understood what am talking about and took really good care of me and the customer. I am definitely calling back for some other parts because these people know how to work like professionals and the right way thank you Kar Bone
