Comment: Bad service. Unclear communication. They tried to have you rent the bigger, more expensive car and if not. They put like 7 days of rental minimum ?? Which was not even mentioned on their website at all. Unreliable place ! There re more better places around the area that i switched to .

Comment: I made multiple calls to Grand Motors and Jay was very friendly and helpful over the phone.I notified Jay a day before that I would coming the next day and he really went out his way to have everything ready for me. Car was in like new condition.The price of the car was unbeatable. If you see a car you like I recommend calling and speaking to Jay.
