Having been long-term clients in good standing, we decided it was time to shop for another carrier.We stumbled upon Katie Brazil’s State Farm Insurance Office. After speaking at length with Michelle, we were sold. We not only received better rates, but more importantly outstanding service. We had never received service of this caliber with our former agent/company.Unfortunately, we recently had to file an auto claim. Both Michelle and DeDe showed care and compassion, as well as excellent service and follow-up. Alu in their Claims Department was equally helpful. Comment: Has been our agent for about a year. Helped us get our account straightened out after changing states resulted in some oddities. The office was very responsive when we decided to get earthquake insurance. Katie had suggested it when we transferred our policy to her but we werent in a position to take it on right then. They call me to check in far more than my past agent who I only had annual check-ins with. Overall good experience but I do ignore their calls when Im at work.

Comment: Id like to thank Mrs Brazil on her customer service and knowledge. I went in not knowing much about umbrella, life insurance and terms and basically most things insurance related.
