I been to many kays stores and even bought my fiance diamond ring at the kays in Westland.I brought her ring to this store based on location.Let me tell you I was impressed with sales associates.I took it there to have ring warranty work done and to have it sized. I liked that hey emailed me when it reached the service center and when it was ready.plus they sent pictures of it.wow I would recommend and 5+stars for professional sales ladies.

The true measure of the quality of a company is how they handle things when a mistake is made.I had some repair work done on my engagement ring several months ago and (long story short) it failed. When I brought it to the attention of the folks at Kay, they did not hesitate to correct the error. My ring looks gorgeous.If anyone out there has any jewlery repair work done, tale it to Kay. They will treat you right.

You spend money to send things out to get fixed by a trained professional you get it back like a 3rd grader worked on it why exactly did I pay for. Manager not friendly seemed to busy to care very condescending. Considering I e just spent over 7200 dollars in your store in the past 6 months and thousands with sterling over the years I am not A happy camper. Oh and we wont even mention the policy on covid considering Im fully vaccinated and the state and government sys Im ok you still make me wear a mask or I have to leave dont worry I wont be back!

Amazing ! The ladies at Kays helped my husband pick out a wonderful ring! I took it in the next day for sizing and they were all wonderful and remembered my husband right away! The ladies were pretty amazing their . I got the Kays bucks to use after January 6th . I love this store and the ladies that work their .

A wedding band my husband purchased for me already is missing a stone and they called to let us know it was ready to be picked up about 2 weeks later. I went in and was told I was not allowed to pick up my own wedding ring because my name was not listed even though I told them I had proof confirming my husband’s name! But I was told my husband could call and tell them it was okay for me to pick it up. Which for security purposes does not make much sense as I could have any male call with and use husbands name. We then called a day before to ensure they would be open and they gave us their hours. Also on their website it is listed as open however when we went to go in the next day, there are signs now posted saying they are closed for Training....they failed to mention that when we called! Not to mention the late fees they charged my husband for having $.46 balance left over even though he paid off his credit card. I’m sick of doing business with a company that is this difficult to work with and the stones in their rings falling out after less then a year.

I purchased my wife a ring at the Adrian Kays for Christmas. When I asked about getting it sized for her, the saleswoman assured me that the first sizing would be free. I paid for the ring and the saleswoman handed me a Santa Certificate for $100 and told me that it would be redeemable on my next purchase that was made after Jan. 6th. My wife loved the ring. We went back to Kays to get it sized and the woman there was huffy and rude because my wife did not have the receipt with her and the saleswoman didnt want to look it up in the computer. We left and the next day went to the store in the Briarwood Mall. When we spoke to the salesperson there, we were told that the sizing was going to cost $50 and it would take upwards of 6 weeks! When I asked her why the $50, I was told that sizing was only provided if I purchased the extended warranty. She was nice enough to offer the warranty which was $69. We declined and although annoyed, left the ring to be sized.Today my wife went to use the Santa Certificate on the Kays website. She found a beautiful necklace and was trying to check out, but the certificate would not go through. She called customer service. The rep was extremely nice and explained that to redeem the $100 certificate, the purchase had to be a minimum of $300. No where on the certificate does it say that and the saleswoman in Adrian told us that all purchase restrictions were listed on the back. We will never shop at Kays again and we must certainly will not do business at the Adrian location.

Your staff Is very knowledgeable and kind and I enjoy the beautiful black and white diamond rings that i bought there. Kays is my jewelry store and no other will do!

Its always fun to go in the Adrian store. The ladies are very knowledgeable and friendly . They know exactly what Im looking for and make my shopping experience enjoyable.
