Traded in my wedding band while on vacation because I found a ring I loved. Was having the ring customized, was told it would take 14 days…. 21 days later it showed up not customized at all. It was even shipped to this location so they could double check the customization before shipping it to me. I’ve been dealing with corporate and another store for the past 10 days trying to get my original ring back and actually customize the new ring the way they promised…so far nothing. They didn’t even reach out to apologize for the situation

The consult that helped me today was literally the nicest person I’ve talked to in so long. She made me feel so special and important. I came in to find a chain for the necklace my brother bought for me, who passed away, and I found exactly what I was looking for. She cleaned my old chain so I could keep it to hang his ashes and my necklace. It was important for me to find something because I’m getting married in August and it’s the only way I can keep my brother close to me. If you ever need jewelry, go to the Kay’s outlet in Birch Run.

Great customer service! I didnt catch the females name behind the counter but both her and Jeremy provided excellent customer service! They were able to exchange my old ring that had been defective without question or hesitation without even knowing that we were planning on spending more than the original ring was worth. Thank you Kays of Birch run! Your customer service is above and beyond the service we were given at the Gaylord location! I will NEVER go back to the Kays in Gaylord, will be giving my business to Jeremy in Birch Run.

The store manager Jeremy is AMAZING!! We live in Toledo Ohio and make the drive to work with him and his wonderful staff!!! I promise you won’t regret shopping here! Always very nice staff. Well kept store always clean. I dont care for the one in Flint for some reason they can never find my account so I ALWAYS go to the one in Birch Run. They NEVER have a problem finding my account.

The staff is incompetent when it comes to anything outside of cleaning a ring. They also make it very difficult to finance anything as the online system is terrible. Also, you will be charged interest when financing even if they say its zero percent. Highly recommend finding another place to buy jewelry even if you do have to pay more. Corporate and local staff will surely add this company to the bankruptcy list.

We went here to get earrings and the service was great! They went above and beyond to save us some money. They are farther away then the place we normally go to but they told us the truth about what is covered under the jewelry warranty and we will now start going there all the time.
