I am very disappointed, after the fact. I purchased a sterling silver birthstone elephant pendant “on sale.” The total came to $136.00.A week later, I could have purchased it for $79.00.I feel that I got ripped off by the outlet mall store!It was my first and now my last purchase.
Great service. I found a necklace, although it wasnt quite what I was looking for. But it was nice to splurge on myself for once.
The ladies were very nice, I didn’t feel like they were trying to up sell to me. They helped me find the perfect gift without any pressure. I will be going back for my next jewelry purchase.

I was picking out an engagement ring for my girlfriend of 4 years, and also a wedding band and a ring for myself. The sales person, Faith, was amazing, she helped me a lot and also was absolutely incredible by giving my as much as a discounts as she could with coupons, and their sales they had going on. If you are looking for anytype of jewelry, go to the Kay jewellers in the Tanger Outlet mall on 84th street off of US 131 and ask for Faith.
Im terrible with names but the two people working shortly before closing on a Monday were very nice and didnt pressure me into anything and were understanding of me not liking jewelry in the first place. :) Will likely be back soon. Thank you!
Well it all started with the store associate by the name of Eve, for she was very rude on more than one occasion as we bought something and then had to come back and return it. I still recommend the store but I also recommend finding someone other than Eve, as she was very unhelpful and rude
Brought in brand new watch that had bad battery. The lady took almost an hour and broke the glass and smashed the metal in back. Now I have to wait a month for repairs that need should of happened

2022-09-02If you go here, ask for Jon! Jon was so helpful to myself and my husband. He was not pushy at all, and he was giving us several options to best fit our financial ability while still getting a nice ring. We can’t say enough nice things about him. Thank you Jon!!

2021-12-31They have alot of nice stuff but if you dont pay atención theguy will lié to you just like a used car sales man gave me a super high price and then supposed great discount so I paid then found exact same ítem in other places for half of what he had me pay . So I took it back. Make sure you know what you are looking for and check around for prices. When first brought ítem didnt think twice because its a well known store never thought I was getting riped off

2019-08-15My fiancé and I went into this location last night to look for an engagement ring and the two associates working were amazing. They were so efficient in their process of helping me choose style, color, metal, gemstone etc... and encouraged me to be completely honest about what I liked and didn’t like about each ring, to help find the perfect one for me. They also worked with my budget and eased any anxiety I had that comes with such a big purchase. Overall great experience, and we will be returning to purchase our wedding bands and any future jewelry at this location!

2019-01-19My fiancee and I both got our rings from Kays. The initial buy was absolutely amazing, but dealing with re-sizing and rhodium plating has been a nightmare. Valentine Rodriguez is the rep we have been dealing with. We took both rings and bands in on November 23rd. We have made 5 trips to pick up our rings. Each time something was not done correctly. Either one was not plated, not sized correctly or not even back to the store. We have wasted a lot of time and money driving back and forth. We asked to have our rings transferred to the Alpine location to hopefully get better service and not repeatedly be lied to. Kays still has one ring that I hope to get back and have it finally correct. I would not recommend going to this location to buy jewelry. Instead of this being a happy fun tine planning our wedding we are stressed out with Kays service.

2019-04-27I walked in & a younger gal who ignored me completely for 5 minutes jumped to serve a couple ahead of me. Then Cindy offered to help me, she shortened a watch band for my grandson, spent 30 minutes on it & didnt charge me. In addition to that she offered some great suggestions on what kids liked for jewelry. Cindy was the best customer service rep at Kays Ive ever had.

2018-03-27First time making a purchase at that location. Everyone is nice. Especially Carly. She helped me stay within my budget for a watch that Ive been wanting to get my boyfriend. She did a great job. She was able to locate my coupon and discount for a better price than I would of thought. Definetly got my monies worth.

2018-04-29I looked at several stores for an engagement ring for my fiancee. All the stores had nice jewelry and nice diamonds, but Kay had the best designed ring. It is beautiful! Also we met their amazing manager Valentine and he helped us and me make it a truly memorable experience with all the time he spent with us! Thank you

2016-12-14I would strongly recommend going to a different jewelry store until they change their attitude and approach towards customers. I walked into this store just to start getting ideas for a Christmas gift, and they didnt respect that. The whole time they were just pushing for a sale and wanted me to spend money that day. I did end up buying a necklace that is nice but the overall experience was terrible. When I left the store I almost felt as if I was robbed. I have purchased jewelry from Kay in the past and have been happy with the experience but it was at different location.

2019-04-05Valentine and his staff provide phenomenonal customer service! I live in a different state and (on a whim) decided to stop by the Kays Outlet mall in Grand Rapids on my way home. There was one ring in particular I was hoping they would have, and much to my surprise they did! They went above and beyond to make sure I was able to take my gorgeous Leo diamond home with me that day. If youre looking for a jeweler that pays attention to detail, and genuinely cares about your needs, this is the place!
