No appointments were made (we walked in).My dad, who just moved in with me a few months ago and isnt fluent in English, wasnt fond of long reading contracts, and Im not great in translating to Chinese either. But Bruce explained to us thoroughly and made sure of our needs were met in the policy at a competitively lower market rate. For that reason, we added his number to our contact list.Then about 2 weeks ago, we had a highway accident at the after-work traffic jam. We didnt know what to do and first thing was contacted Bruce. He picked up on first ring (especially past 5 pm).
