Comment: Dealing with the Kelemen company is by far the worst experience I have ever had as a business owner. Not only did they randomly spike the rates of our utilities during a pandemic (in which the offices were UNUSED), upon move out and post inspection they continued to draw money from our business account and will not answer their phones. 2 months post move out, they have charged us 20% more than the rent under contract, and have not returned our security deposit. We have waited days for a call back from Jessica and their team, and there is no response other than some sort of secretary taking our phone number and name down when we call.Dealing with maintenance requests is a whole other story (nightmare) that I do not have the time to get into.Absolutely by no means would I recommend using them to manage your property.
