Staff was rude and I felt rushed the entire time, the flowers didn’t look that great from what they where charging either. Better off going anywhere else.
Very beautiful flower/ plant products!!My husband sent me a gorgeous arrangement on Valentines Day. Delivery was timely. Flowers were well wrapped. There will be some blossoms that open later this week. I’ve gone to this florist for almost 20 years. They have always had the best!! I highly recommend them if you are looking for beautiful flowers or plants
I ordered roses for my wife and had them delivered. I asked that the flowers be delivered in the morning because her work day ended early afternoon. The girl said they would be delivered in the morning. Unfortunately, the flowers weren’t delivered until the afternoon, just before she left work. I even called that morning to make sure they would be delivered in the morning. Also, the roses that were delivered were all open. I used to have great experiences with this store. Unfortunately, within the last year or so, the shop has definitely not provided the service I’m used to. It’s very unlikely I’ll go back.
Just received flowers - if my co-workers could see the arrangement they would be disappointed - the flowers, some damaged and some look like theyre on their way out, a little aged. A wonderful gesture, not well executed...
I ordered an arrangement for a dear friend who lives in Michigan. I was a bit nervous because I ordered online from Maryland. However, my friend was absolutely thrilled with the flowers. We used Keller & Stein for our wedding on 10/23/21 and they were great. They worked with out budget to create bouquets that were similar to the inspiration photos I sent and looked amazing!
I live in San Diego but wanted to have flowers delivered locally to my daughter-in-law in Canton, MI. The representative, Chris, was very hands-on & asked all the pertinent questions. She designed a gorgeous bouquet specific to my needs. She sent me a photo before any money was exchanged. I’m so glad I called Keller & Stein because it was so much more personal and minus all the extra fees that some of the florists tack on! I originally called one of the typical florists for delivery, and what started off as $59.99 turned into $99 plus!!! I’m very impressed with this florist and will use them for all my flower needs from now on. Thank you, Chris, for your prompt response, spectacular customer service and professionalism. The flowers are amazing. Can’t wait for the recipient to get them!
I live in Illinois, and my friend’s brother recently passed away in Michigan. I couldn’t go to the wake because it was family only, so I wanted to send flowers to show my support. I spoke with Whitney and Madison to design bouquets for the deceased’s families, and I was blown away by the level of friendliness, eloquence, and excellent customer service from these two lovely ladies. They were able to work within my budget limit, color requests, and even make small adjustments after the bouquets were put together. I highly recommend Keller & Stein for anyone who wants to send flowers to loved ones 💛💐💐

I went to Keller and Stein Florist for my wedding shower and wedding flowers. This florist went above and beyond!! They flowers turned out AMAZING. The staff was wonderful with every aspect of the planning process and set up the day of the wedding. I would highly recommend this florist to anyone looking for high quality floral arrangements and customer service.
Ordered a specific arrangement on Sunday for pick up on Tuesday, 11/24/2020. Arrangement was nothing like the one I chose. It had nothing in it related to Thanksgiving. Flowers were not the same either. Florist told me it was designers choice. I complained to a manager & they were able to add some wheat grass & pumpkins like the arrangement I selected. Its pretty, but not what I ordered & paid for. I will go to Vanessas in the future.
Turned my terrarium in on Monday was told no problem putting new plants and soil in it, estimated a price of 65 dollars. Was also told I would be contacted Tuesday morning, no call, Wednesday no call, I call them in the afternoon Wednesday and they tell me gentlemen isnt in until Thursday I finally get a call saying they cant do it. Thanks for taking 4 days to tell me you cant do it leading me along the entire way that you could, Ill take my terrarium to a real florist.
I will try to put into words how fantastic the flowers were at my daughters wedding at the Inn at St Johns on Friday November 16, 2018. Laura at Keller and Stein is so creative and knew exactly the look my daughter was wanting. The meetings with her always full of exact detail, listening and showing us her ideas. The bridal bouquet was so beautiful and whimsical with a lot of unique greenery. I could go on and on but basically I would refer, encourage anyone needing flowers to go to Keller and Stein.
The people here are very friendly but this is not the place for someone looking for affordable or even reasonably priced flowers. We bought roughly three dozen carnations here and it was over $60. We even called back to make sure we were charged correctly--and we were. I wish we had gone to Kroger and just bought a couple bouquets there because it would have been much more affordable. I was also quoted $200 for a bouquet for my civil marriage ceremony. My main advice to anyone getting married: dont even mention that the flowers are for a wedding because you are automatically charged a special wedding price. I went to another florist in Canton, did not mention that it was for my civil marriage ceremony, and got all the flowers i needed (multiple bouquets and boutineers) for $100. Keller and Stein quoted me at over $400 for the same exact flowers.
I would not visit this shop again. I visited a few weeks ago and the two people there were hostile and I altogether felt rushed and unheard. The prices are expensive, and the designs are mediocre.
Just had flowers delivered to my daughter as an early Bday surprise!!!!!!! Joanna did a GREAT job. I called at 11am and the flowers were delivered by 2. They did a FANTASTIC job!!!!!!
Keller & Stein saved the day! After I ordered flowers online from 1800flowers, they sent me a message the next day that the order hadnt gone through and I missed the same day deadline. I called Keller & Stein and they were incredibly helpful and said yes to a same day delivery right away, even though it was almost 5pm!! I found out from the lady that the online services will also keep 20% of the profit. That seems ridiculous when all they are doing is forwarding the order to a local florist anyway.Keller & Stein made a beautiful arrangement for my mother in laws birthday and I will make sure to use them every time from now on.Thank you very much for putting a smile on my mother in laws face on her birthday!
This florist is the best! Every time I need something special,their friendly and helpful staff makes sure my arrangements are perfect. The flowers are always fresh and the colors are professionally coordinated. If youre looking for a great flower shop, they are the best.
I ordered an insane amount of roses-about 5 dozen for my anniversary 2 weeks ago, and I could not be happier with the turnout. The packaging was beautiful, it came with plenty of the flower food to keep them alive longer. 2 weeks later and they still alive! Ill try posting pictures if I can figure it out. Last weekend I came into the store with my dad so we could order flowers for his sisters and my aunts funeral. It was later on a Saturday afternoon and their was one employee multi tasking with other customers and phone calls....these flowers were special and important to both of us in more ways than one so that is why we did not order online....Well Nicki was completely amazing in allowing me to select a custom arrangement and very patient with my 86 year old father as well. At the funeral home when we saw the flowers, especially the custom spray, we were more than pleased at Nickis attention to detail and generousity . I know my Auntie was smiling down from Heaven loving all the flowers! OUTSTANDING FLORIST and floral artist Nicki, and I will return again every time I am in need of selection, talent and quality. Horrible customer service!!! The associate did not want to help me and instead directed me to the freezer and said this is all I got unless you want something out there in the case. I kept telling her the general idea of something simple and she was totally unwilling to help out.This was NOT the type of service I would have expected to receive from what I THOUGHT was a reputable florist. The selection inside the case was also HORRIBLE. There were only a handful of flowers of which looked dry and were all small. I will not be referring anyone to this location!!

Was very disappointed in the customer care. I felt like I was totally disturbing the person taking our order, so much so, I went to another vendor to handle the churchs needs. Dont even want to rate this one, always had great customer care and arrangements, even though the last arrangement wasnt up to pare. Hope _ _ _ _ _ has a better day, praying for her (I do remember the name, but Im not one to publicly blast on someone).

My mom passed away in June 2020, and a Friend of mine ordered Flowers for me in condolences...when I received the delivery, the flowers in the vase water was dirty and the flowers were brown and wilted. Terrible! This flower shop should be ashamed!Ms. Very Disappointed

I am from out of town and Keller and Stein did a great job delivering my sons flowers to the hospital. They were really pretty. The staff were very helpful over the phone.
I came in the store to pick up a wrapped bouquet for my mom and they let me pick out the flowers I wanted from their cooler! Such a cool hands-on expirence that you dont get other places.

I had a horrible experience on my wedding day :( My fiance picked up my flowers the day of the wedding, so I didnt get to see them ahead of time. I was given the wrong bridal bouquet, and my arbor was decorated in flowers that I specifically requested not to be used :( My bridal bouquet was $200 and was supposed to be a cascading bouquet, instead I got some round arrangement with weird loops of greenery, it looked horrible! The stress and aggravation this caused really put me in a bad mood on one of the happiest days of my life. Do not trust them with your wedding!

I can understand closing 5-10 minutes prior to closing times posted. But when I get there 35 minutes prior to close I will never go back. Extremely irritating.
The employees were friendly and helpful over the phone! I had an issue come up and they were quick to remedy the problem. Very professional and kind staff.

2022-06-06Delivery was timely. Orchid not as advertised in the website picture. Pictures 2 stems. Only got 1 stem. The price was $35 on their site-I received the orchid with a price tag from FLOWER FARM of $19.99!!! My total with shipping was $49.29. Thats a $29.30 difference. I would have NEVER paid that much for shipping for a $19.99 orchid SERIOUSLY*Was contacted by Keller & Stein Florist and they refunded my purchase. I will definitely consider ordering from them again. Great customer service!

2021-11-13My husband special ordered long stem dark purple roses for me. He said the woman he spoke to on the phone assured him they could get dark purple roses so he went through with the order. When he was contacted that his order was ready for pick up instead of the dark purple roses that he had ordered and was assured that they would be able to get for him - they had lavender roses instead. Although they are still pretty - all of these roses are wide open - these roses were expensive and they were not what my husband ordered as he was promised by the florist and also they are not what I wanted. After I opened the bouquet to put them in a vase there was no packet of flower food to help maintain freshness for these roses either which I consider very sloppy on this florist part. This florist can take my husbands money but they can’t remember to put a packet of flower food in with this the roses. ****I added a picture of the wide open “lavender” roses.

2020-10-09Arrangement wasn’t bad, pretty even, but not as pictured. Added a lot of green filler leaves, skimpy on the color and flowers. I picked the Mango Sunrise arrangement for its color and modern look. The one created looks a bit old fashioned. I had asked for them to send me a pic of the arrangement before delivery, but I was never sent the photo. Had they followed through on my request, they would have had the opportunity to fix it before it was delivered. Rep at the store told me she would have the owner call me, and I have not received a call...this is day two. Also, I was told the delivery driver left them at the door without ringing the bell. Someone at the house just happened to see someone walking from the house and went to the door. I was really hoping someone would at least follow up to discuss a resolution to my dissatisfaction, but oh well.

2017-07-19I never order flowers and have seen some pretty tragic expectations vs. reality photos of flowers arrangements from discount florists so I was a little hesitant and wanted to make sure I picked the right florist. It was important to me that I got something that was nice and looked like the picture because I sent these to someone very special to me for a big day in her life. I decided to go with Keller & Stein because as a former Canton resident I knew they had a good reputation and the online reviews backed it up. They FAR exceeded my expectations. I ordered the Kami arrangement, which is a beautiful mix of purple Orchids, calla lilies, and stock. I saw that it was an option to upgrade to Deluxe for and extra 10$ or Premium for an extra 20$ and I wondered--is it worth it? I decided to go with the Deluxe because it was a welcome home gift for someone I love dearly. IT WAS WELL WORTH IT! There were so many flowers and they were arranged beautifully. Delivery was within hours of when I placed the order. I am beyond impressed and it truly brought a smile to the recipient. Worth every penny. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for making a floral arrangement deserving of the one-of-a-kind recipient. I would highly recommend this shop and will be using you for my future floral needs.

The arrangements are always stunning, their customer service is always above and beyond and their designers are friendly and extremely talented! If I could rate more than 5 stars I would!

2021-08-03I found out about a funeral service last minute and needed a large funeral spray in a very short time frame. The sales clerk was very efficient and they were able to arrange and deliver my order in time for the funeral. I was very pleased with the service and would definitely use them again!
