Pretty good over all. The employees were very nice, attentive and professional however there were many times during the event that the bathrooms ran out of TP & paper towels. Plus those that set up for the event didnt think through the set up very well. There was not enough room to move between the rows of tables and not enough alleys to pass through perpendicular to the rows of tables.
This place is nice and comfortable but could use a little more phone chargers. It could use a couple more places to order food and seating areas for people to sit down and eat the food. The bathrooms were nice and clean and well good supply of hand towels. The auditorium is very comfortable and the seats are very wonderful.
Everyone I encountered was super friendly and helpful. The place is big but easy to navigate. There a biggby in there too which is always nice.. there was a young girl keeping up on the cleanliness of the place who did a fantastic job! I recommend going here for events or pinball or biggby or whatever.
I was very unimpressed with the customer service of their facility. We had a group of 50 plus people and 75 percent of the people had problems with their tickets, their customer service and availability and willingness to help us. I would NOT recommend groups of people come to your facility and I pray things change. Ice heard nothing but bad things through the last 10 years and chose to ignore it. I know now that its all true.
Great and comfortable seating! Easy to view the whole floor from every seat and angle. Easy to find place. Staff or volunteers are somewhat helpful...but very anal about outside food or drinks! WARNING: DONT BRING NO DRINKS OR FOOD! THE STAFF WILL THROW IT AWAY INFRONT OF YOUR FACE! Nice facility and great places to put up food/shop stands. When it comes to events... very organized, no stress...n mess, and very easy!
Super neat!! The the set up, and the guy whom day at the door checking people in and helping them told us allot of interesting things about the arena, did you know it holds up to 9,000 people and they hold all sorts of events example Disney on ice, concerts, arm wresting matches Wich were happened to hey to experience,, its just super Kool.
Mens bathroom didnt have running water in the sinks. Men were going into the womens bathroom so they could wash their hands. No bathrooms available in the lobby area, which is a real inconvenience as you have to wait for the doors to be opened to the arena. Other than that it was OK.
Dirty, lots of nasty looking tattered taped paper signs. Nice glass doored Entrance was blocked off employees directing us to dirty back entrance thru single door THEN to a line of doors saying PRIVATE for Hotels guest only and insisting we ignore THOSE signs to enter!! sheeshh.NOT enough parking, NO helpful suggestions of where else to park, nobody directing traffic. all in all a dirty place, LONG Lines at their concessions, they closed early, bar never opened. Decent bathrooms and seating, BUT concrete steps were irregular making a lot of people trip a lot. The whole area had a LOT of signs meanly yelling NO Parking very unfriendly City it seems.
Totally disapointed with Rv show. Very small. For cost of parking and getting in was alot for less than a 1/2 hour of time. Guy taking tickets and parking attendents were nice. Not signed clearly where to buy tickets. Thought there was too much empty space. Could have fit alot more Rvs.
My husband & I were there for our nieces gymnastics competition. My husband uses a cane to get around & stairs are not the easiest for him anymore. Unfortunately, stairs are the only way that we saw to get to the seats to watch her compete. If you happen to go up one stairwell off of where your seats were. You either have to go back down the stairs, go over to the next stairwell & climb back up. Or if you are lucky enough to find a row of seats without anyone I then & side-step your way across the row to get to your seats.Just because a place is handicaped accessible, DOES NOT mean that they are handicaped friendly. How does someone who uses a walker, wheelchair or any other mobility device, actually get up to the seats?

2022-06-20Nice venue for concert not really a bad seat in there for a concert. Workers and employees were nice and friendly. Food and drink prices were fair for a concert. Will definitely be back. Parking was easy to.

2022-06-18Parking was easy. Only about 1100 people in attendance. Floor seating layout didnt match the online version. Several more rows of seats and longer rows. Good spacing between the rows but narrow seats. Floor area had their own bar/drink stand.

2022-04-01Been going here since it opened in 1980 ! Seen many great Rock & Country concerts here ! Excellent sound, & not a bad seat any where !! Seen many sporting events, etc... ALL good !! I wouldnt recommend monster truck events here though, & hope the arena will stop booking them... Other than that, I love this arena !

2022-06-21Went to the Travis Tritt concert this past weekend! I was concerned that there was little to no Security. First concert I have ever been to that they did not check bags or anything! Just walked in! Also I will not be attending any more shows at this Venue! I paid for front row center seats and couldnt see more then half the show because of all the people allowed to stand at the barrier between the front row and the stage! Very disappointed was told they couldnt make people sit down. Every other Venue I have been to keeps this area clear! Very disappointed!

2022-05-09There was enough seating and we could see our team compete. However they just removed the official USAG Region 5 shirts and I was NOT spending $55 on a hoodie that the design was being pressed on right there and it was NOT the official shirts.
