My mother loves pink and they made the absolute perfect bouquet for Mother’s Day !! I give my mom flowers for her birthday and Mother’s Day every year and this is the prettiest bouquet I have ever given her !! Also the staff was extremely kind and wonderful! I will definitely buy from Ketzler Florist again and would recommend anyone who wants gorgeous flowers to do the same !!! Thank you Ketzler flowers you are amazing !!

What a wonderful company, that left a great first impression! I had placed an order for mother’s day flowers online and was bummed when there wasn’t any delivery available until the day after but I ordered anyway. BUT Ketzlers went above and beyond to reach out to me and see if I actually wanted them delivered on Mother’s Day. I was so happy that they were going to get to my mom on the actual holiday, Thanks Ketzlers!
I ordered a dozen yellow long stem roses for a funeral about a mile away. I looked at the reviews about being reasonably priced. What was delivered to the funeral home was a simple arrangement in a glass vase. It looked ok, but it wasnt worth $90. When I told my daughter how much they cost, she couldnt believe it. I couldnt either. Im not from the area, so I trusted the reviews. Never again.

Great prices people are just outstanding lots of choices even if they dont have terrariums out they have plenty in the back room and as of like cops coffee cups and all these things I got back there witch and I wasnt aware of but okay its a wonderful place to get your flowers and Memorial things for for the event!

2018-04-18Pleasantly surprised on the layout and niceness of this florist. Went here apposed to my normal florist because it was closest at the time . Absolutely beautiful inside! The lady that helped me was amazing and quick to help me find what I needed for a funeral. Will definitely stop in there again.

2021-05-15I have always heard great things about this florist and decided to use them for a funeral for a dear family friend. When there was something out of stock they called to at least let me know. The arrangement turned out beautiful! It was way better than expected. I will use them again in the future! Good prices too. Especially when the prices of flowers have went up significantly and in short supply. Thank you Ketzler Florist!

2021-07-03I would like to give this review a higher rating, but i cannot do to the complete lack of hospitality that lori showed me. you would think she would be more polite to a paying customer considering she’s the manager, but i am just disappointed in the way i was treated. with that in mind, the one star is for kaela and kathy who have always been amazing, and who i believe should be given more responsibility in order to keep the business strong because with lori running it i will not be returning my business as of now.

2020-12-17Ordered a flower arrangement for my friends mothers funeral in Fenton, MI. So many beautiful choices! We chose to pick the flowers up instead of having a flower delivery because I wanted to deliver them in person and Ketzler is located close to my place of work. They were even more beautiful than in the photos! Would use them again in a heartbeat!

2019-10-31I could not have asked for a better florist experience for my wedding flowers. I worked with Lori and she was wonderful! I told Lori my wedding vision and she made it come to life perfectly. My bouquets, boutonnières, corsages and greenery for the reception tables completely exceeded my expectations. Ketzler Florist is very easy to work with as they allowed us to do a payment plan that worked for us. Very affordable prices and great customer service. I would 100% recommend Ketzler Florist!
