Comment: My wife and I are intending to buy a property in Palm Springs as an investment, we live in Canada. After I was told by 3 other companies that they could only insure us for 1 million in liability, Kevin went above and beyond to get us way more coverage than that as a reasonable price. Talked on the phone with me several times, emailed me directly, a great personal touch. Any foreign investor thinking about buying property in California, hes the best person out there to help you, hands down the best.

Comment: We had the opportunity to buy our first home, which happened to be a newly built house in a subdivision. We had multiple vendors attempting to work with us, but were so overwhelmed with the various numbers and complicated jargon. We wanted to make sure we were making the best decision for ourselves and our new home. Kevin Nusss team, especially Lynette was so knowledgable, kind, and understanding about our concerns and presented information to us that made us so confident in our decision as first time home buyers. Comment: As first time homebuyers, Kevin Nuss’ team has been a huge help for us. Especially, Lynette. She helped us get a quote for home insurance right away. She worked with our lender to be able to provide paperworks needed during the process. She responded quickly and followed up with us frequently. Even after we closed our home, she made sure that we received all the possible discounts and worked hard to give us the best deal for car insurance and home insurance while having the best coverage. Comment: Called for insurance on my trailer and talked with Mrs Hunter. I gave her all of my information she need. Within minutes she returned my call with a quick quote. I really appreciate the professionalism of your agents when we talked. Later that week i was at DMV getting my tags. I forgot to renew my insurance with AAA. I called Mrs Hunter again and she was able to get me a quote for my truck. Within minutes she emailed my new insurance policy. I was able to get my tags that day.
