Always forget things when they run food out to you… because you always have to pull away from the drive thru to wait for everything which I guess I understand. Forgot something on my order so I called and said I would come back for it and they told me it would be ready. Sat in the parking lot for 10 minutes before finally asking one of the employees about it and they hadn’t even been put in the fryer yet. Disappointed
So me and my family went to KFC tonight through the drive-through and a lady was taken our order, then a man interrupted very rudely and was giving us a hard time. I understand not many workers are working, so it can become stressful. But that does not give you the right to dish it out to the friendly customers. Completely disgusted with the expierence. We were the only ones in line and it still took 25mins to get our food out.
It has standard KFC fare, but is always exceptionally busy and occasionally screws up orders. Only occasionally though, youre must likely fine. Today for example, ordered a side of KFC fries and they substituted A&W fries without asking if it was ok or for a substitution if it wasnt. Not even a heads up.
The KFC on 17 Mile in cedar springs has got to be one of the worst Ive been to there has been numerous times they just dont have chicken at all. Ive also ordered online a few times thinking it was going to be a little quicker not at all still end up spending 20 minutes in line to get my food they should really have at least one of the doors open so you can go in and grab it
We stop here regularly on our way home from GR. There is usually a wait due to short staff. (Hiring posters and signs all around the building.) Occasionally, they get a special order wrong, but the food is good, hot, and you can tell everyone is doing their best. Thanks for all your hard work, everyone!
Horrible service and always wait in a giant line just to get up to order and them say they are out of chicken . How is this manager not looking out the window and seeing the line . Make a call manager and put more down before they are gone . How about look at what an average has been over the last month nightly and make sure you have enough ready . This place needs a new manager
Gave my carry out order, got to my car and checked.. wrong order. Went back in and finally got my order made correctly. Whilst waiting the phone rang and rang as older lady running shift replies shes not answering. There was a full crew, so why did this happen? Lack of management skills is my guess or she just didnt care.
This is literally the worst kfc on the planet. I dont go often but the 2-4 times a year I do go I always make the mistake of going to this location and tonight was the last time. Without fail they get my order either wrong or hand me the wrong order entirely and tonight it was wrong even after going back a second time. Not to mention everyone there is insanely rude. Save your time and money and head somewhere else. Its overpriced anyway.
Very disappointed, and the second time being let down here and only been here twice. This time i ordered a 2 mash potato and chicken bowls. They gave me 2 mac and cheese bowls, so we went back through the line. When i explained that they had made a mistake the woman at the window gave me an attitude and ordered me up 2 mash potato bowls. So figuring that they got it right we headed home. On the way home we noticed they put no gravy in the bowls and put a pound of corn in one and as for the other, it taste like they had dumped sugar in it.Completely uncalled for and no reason to treat customers that way. I had no atitude with the stff there but was treated as though i should have never told them about their mistake. I will no eat there again
I can honestly say I have no issue with their food. Nothing outstanding but nothing bad either. My real issue is how they regularly screw up your order. Nothing like going home to find your missing something or they gave you the wrong item. The pessimist says they are leaving items out to make extra money. The realist says no they are just incompetent.
It was a very busy day for them when we came in. Everything in our order was incorrect except for the fries & delicious cheese curds & drinks. However, the staff quickly & politely fixed everything. We dont come here often. I think some staff was a little new (told me certain condiments were not available when they clearly are, rang things in wrong, etc.). It happens. Anyone of us who has worked food service gets it. Hang in there.
This particular KFC was connected to a A&W whose grill was down and I couldnt get a burger. I chose a 3pc dark original. I was trying to give KFC the benefit of the doubt but yet again they disappointed as usual. Parts of the chicken still had raw flour or it was to hard for me to chew. I just picked all the skin off and ate it. The facility was clean and the servers were very nice. Im going to give 3 stars because of the servers.
Good food although for the life of me why do they give out biscuits if they are not going to give you butter and honey when you ask. We have been there 5 times coming back from GR and only once have they given me the toppings for my biscuit and we have asked every time.
EVERY TIME we have gone here they have either messed up our order or are extremely rude. Once we got to the window, Lady asked us what our drink was so we told her and she gave us a completely different drink after she just heard clearly what we said. AWFUL service always. Customer service sucks.
Dont waste your time with this location, it would be better run by toddlers! My order is always wrong and today was no exception. They shorted our order a chicken breast I was told it would be brought out to me...after 6 minutes of waiting while the remainder of our food is getting cold I decided to drive back through the drive though. 9 minutes after I received my original order I am given my missing item while the rest of my food is now cold and given some cookies to apparently make me feel better about my cold food! I called the manager after and while speaking to her I can here an employee yelling in the background that she went outside and she couldnt find me. The manger let her continue to yell and defended the employee as well. They lack the ability to do their job and class obviously. I will make the drive to Alpine for now on.
Weve been in there probably a dozen times. The food usually is hot and good. The service is usually good. As with any restaurant try to come at a non peak time. It can get real crowded (for me it is then less pleasant).(Update 11-16-17) The dining area has been remodeled. It looks sharp.Update: 5-30-19Recently visited via the drive thru. I specifically requested cole slaw but I did not receive it. Was neither provided napkins nor asked if I wanted butter/honey for biscuits or white or dark meat.Recommend checking your order before leaving the premises and be proactive because apparently they fail to listen or ask proper questions whenever it is busy.Rating downgraded.
Need to bring back the grilled chicken a great gluten-free item in a fast-food world.My visit was wonderful I love having KFC and A&W together in the same drive thru.I got the wrong drink but the manager was amazing and fix the problem right away.I went out of my way to snap at this restaurant Im glad I did and I will do it again.
The wait was a little longer than I would have liked, however they were very very busy. They had a lot of rude customers and you could tell they were doing their best. The food was fresh and very good. Nice job managers and crew for the pleasant attitudes with the snarky comments you were having to deal with.
Ive given this place the benefit of the doubt the past few times Ive been here but tonight just got on my last nerve. I dont feel like typing the entire even but a rude older woman took my order and tried to discourage one of the items because it would take a few minutes. Once recieved, my food was cold and missing said item so I guess they really didnt want to make it. I refuse to pay $20-$30 for wrong orders, cold food, and poor customer service. Very disappointed in this establishment.
Firstly, I asked the cashier several times for dipping sauce which was repeated when the order was confirmed. What was not in the bag when I arrived home? Yup, you guessed it, no dipping sauce. The chicken tenders were hard and apparently old also. Yay! I will now go into the restaurant to make my purchases, to ensure quality food and service.
Paid over 9 bucks for a few pieces of chicken, a biscuit, and drink this past Sunday evening, drive thru. Did not receive mashed potatoes, gravy, or coleslaw... no butter, no honey. Disappointing dinner, I was hungry and had been driving home from a ways. Second star is because what I did get was good, but thats to be expected at a kfc.
We were in a bit of a hurry, and it took forever for them to make our food. After we hustled out the door and started driving again we realized they failed to include any utensils, honey sauce, or butter stuff, AND THEY FORGOT ALL 3 COOKIES IN OJR 5 DOLLAR FILLUPS. Pretty disappointed by their service.
Its food. The service and quality are like a roulette table, take a spin an see if you win! Unfortunately weve lost several times.We NO LONGER use this place because its worth the drive to go tothe Greenville KFC or Popeyes on Alpine. An additional comment, you have to practically demand condiments. Ill save them the hassle from now on for sure!
Ordered $70.00 worth of food tonight, didnt get offered side options, didnt think anything of it wanted mashed potatoes, gravy, slaw. I got mashed potatoes and mac and cheese, the Mac and cheese was awful. Called oh you can come get new sides. After the 10 mile drive in and back and they want us to do another 20 miles for the right sides. No thank you. How about you get my order right. The lady on the phone was rude and unhelpful. Guess no more KFC.
I have been to this establishment several times in the last 8 weeks , each and every one of those times one of my extra sides that I was charged for was forgotten, each time they substituted the chicken I asked for with something else instead of asking if I could wait do more to be ready , drive thru employees have been pushy and rude every time I have gone through drive threw I have noticed if I go on my lunch with us around 11 or 12 I have much better service , if I go to get dinner after 6 I have nothing but issues and missing food with doesnt get noticed till I get home with is 20 minutes away I typically spend 50$ every time I go for dinner and ALWAYS end up missing something !!!! Employees here really need to step there customer service up!!
I am really tired of every time I go to this KFC they get me order wrong!!! I always buy either a 2 piece with a breast and a thigh. I pay extra for the breast and when I get home I have a breast and a wing!!! I HATE wings thats why I pay extra for the breast and thigh!! This has happened the last 3 out of 5 times I have gone there. I am going to start holding up the drive thru while I check to make sure that my order is right!!!!!
I left not an hour ago now and now that my heads been in the toilet for 15 minutes all I can think of is the big piece of plastic I had in my coleslaw. After informing an employee of that plastic I saw her tell the manager who simply shrugged. I think the plastic I choked on during my meal has now caused a severe distress of both my stomach and bowels. So thank you Kfc cedar springs we will not return.
Every time I go to this place the service people are rude. They never have chicken breasts and this isnt my first time trying them out. Save your money and go somewhere else that actually has the food they advertise. This was the 3rd time I went there and all 3 times they didnt have the food I wanted. Also no napkins.
I was very disapointed in the cleanlyness of the cedar springs kfc&a&w i asked for an A7 with little corn dog bites..an the lady wouldnt sell them to me with my meal...but the guy in front of me got chilli cheese fries with his meal...the corn dogs were a dollar cheaper....very unhappy..
I order food and guy at the window says you got a 2 minute wait on onion ring go ahead and pull up so I pull up and wait 2 minute turns in to 10 minutes they park a car behind me they get their food i ask the lady where is mine she says hang on takes my receipt and says Ill be back another car parks and gets his food I then get my food after 25 minutes and the rude witch says we had to make your order over cause we didnt know you pulled up fyi Brandon told me to you stupid wench!

2022-05-03I ordered the 5 piece chicken strip box meal. My question was does it come with fries? The lamb said yes you get two sides. Reason for asking. Picture with price show drink, strips, fries $& 2 sides. Didn’t get fries. When asked he said you didn’t order them. OK🙄😳. When left we were given spicy chicken strips, no fries at which I couldn’t eat any of. Bad….::

2022-04-09Absolutely disgusted in the quality of service I received. I was 1st told tha they didnt even have my food that I ordered, then they said that they didnt have enough, then they refused to make it, and wanted to know if I wanted something else to replace the stuff that they were refusing to make. So they could give me cold food which they gave me anyways this is unfortunately not the 1st time that this has happened to me there. Im absolutely disgusted. The sad part is I didnt even get all of the items that I paid for and again this is not the 1st time problem there. The staff is incredibly incompetent, and lazy. This is one of the most disappointing experiences in a fast food restaurant Ive ever had. I didnt even bother to call and complain, why waste my time.

2022-03-26I don’t normally come to KFC to dine… so it was gonna take me a few to gather my thoughts on what to order. But your drive thru person that was taking orders was very short. I felt rushed and it wasn’t a good experience at all after choosing to stop in I regretted it. So I only ordered one meal instead of a bunch of other wonderful tasty items because I was rushed. I understand it’s the drive thru like I said which I’m not a frequent shopper nor familiar with. It was quite upsetting. I thought he was just plain rude and felt like I was an inconvenience to your location.

2022-03-16Rude service. Ordered online and staff waited until I picked up my order to ask if I really wanted biscuits. They never made them so I had to wait 15 minutes while they made the biscuits and left my food sitting on the counter to get cold. All the while the staff were making jokes about how they got their biscuits and had their dinner already.

2022-06-18Got the Spicy chicken big box here. Holy Moly is it impressive!!!!! $10 but you get a beautiful sandwich, a side of fries, a side of Mac n cheese, and a side of cole slaw AND it includes a drink. I think its a great value!!!

2022-06-06DO NOT USE THE ONLINE ORDER AND PICK UP. We are 2/2 of our orders being fulfilled incorrectly. The first time I ordered a 12 piece bucket and was given an 8 piece bucket. This time around we order a Mac and cheese side and was given two mashed potatoes sides with no Mac and cheese. It’s pathetic.

2022-06-17Service is good but the workers are not covered (masks or gloved). It would be better for their protection and the patrons. Even though the Government has lowered the standards and regulations for masking and hands covered, it still would protect the workers. Lives are precious and the young people have a life to live!
