The waitress we had was rude and neglectful. I had to go up to the bar evertime I had a drink. The thing that got me the most was the liquor was watered down. I switched to shots for a little more potency. One shot was a lemon drop which is straight vodka. If any of you have ever had one, you know it burns the whole way down. Not at kickers! It tasted like water with a little vodka in it. If your looking to get drinks DO NOT GO HERE! Huge waste of money!!!
I have come into this restaurant many times as I work on weekends in the baseball facilities directly behind the restaurant. When I go in to there the waiters are very rude and do not take me seriously because I am 10 years old. The only time that the waiters paid attention to me was when my father came into the restaurant with me because I was tired of being mistreated. I have to order by myself because myfather has to work in place of me while I am getting our food.Yes, I am 10. And yes I have a job. Sometimes kids can be very mature, but to the waitresses at Kickers, kids are just nothing. I am very disappointed with my service.
On Friday nights, they have family karaoke. The steady stream of Miley Cyrus, Taylor Swift, and an occasional Christmas tune (sung by pre-teens having a great time) enabled my wife and I to consume draft beer and chocolate martinis more expediently than normal. Not a bad strategy.
Pretty good place to go after softball or soccer for drinks and food. Good prices and specials. Only complaint is that the hours vary seasonally and its not easy to find out

Ive been here a handful of times with different servers each time, and Ive always been disappointed. With groups of five or more people, the food and drinks arrived either very late or not at all. Its in a convenient location next to some great facilities, but the service is not worth it.
Too expensive for the quality. It was good but not that price good. But the bbq sauce was amazing.

Even though the place was almost empty at our visit, it took 50 minutes to get grilled cheese and fries. All food was room temperature when it finally got to the table.

2022-04-26The wait staff was stretched thin, but hustled hard to take care of our large party of a dozen+ guests. food was good, ranch dressing was a bit watery but tasted alright. had half of the restaurant seating closed off and we were crowded and shared a long table (we occupied two long tables) with another small family at one point until they left. hope they didnt feel smothered. I would have added another star if manager had seated us in the closed section. Ive encountered this before at bars and restaurants where they have a whole section closed because they say they dont have the wait staff assigned to it. The last time this happened I asked the host if he could check with one of the waiters to see if theyd be willing to walk the extra 10 ft to take care of us and it all worked out.

2022-06-20During softball games, I often get hungry and head up to Kicker’s but last night was my very last time. I attempted to order 4 different things, which they were out of. When finally settling on a burger, I took one bite and said to my boyfriend “this is the most disgusting thing I’ve ever tasted.” He decided to finish the rest to make it feel like we didn’t waste the money… and you guessed it. He’s been up all night with food poising. To the point of going to the hospital because he is so sick. This restaurant needs to get it together because after reading some of the other reviews, I’m sure this isn’t the first time it’s happened.

2022-09-10Disappointing at best! Food was okay, but nothing to write home about. Service was a bit pushy and they didnt even attempt to put the Spartans on one of their many tvs. Must be a Wolverine location!

2021-06-02There were a lot of misses. Drinks were never made the same, even when getting the exact same drink. One of us ordered a strawberry margarita, a blended drink. Yet they also put ice cubes in it after? And only that one out of 3? Burgers were ok but there was NO seasoning on the meat. I was so confused. Who doesnt season a burger patty? Everyone around us got pizza so i suppose that was our mistake getting anything but pizza. The building and set up is nice. But i wouldnt come here again if i had choices of elsewhere.

2021-04-28The worst experience and food Ive ever had was at this establishment. There was 1 server working alone but only 2 tables, us and another. Took forever to place our order, once our food came it was less than fair. My fish was like a hockey puck, fries undercooked. My sons bacon was raw on his burger. My mom and sister had fajitas that were charbroiled and stuck to the skillet. We were never offered drink refills. My 2 year old spit the food out and said yucky mommy, that says alot! I expressed my concern about the food that at this point was uneaten and the server had attempted to call a manager to discount the food but she reported that they didnt answer. As we walked out there was a strong order of marijuana and as I looked toward the smell there was the cook and 2 other gentleman getting high outside the kitchen door. I am disgusted, I would never recommend this place to anyone! After working all day, attending sons evening game, wasting 2 hours I left hungry and very, very fraustrated. I will never again spend my money here!

2020-10-29Ate there after work. Chips and salsa were great. Classic burger was juicy and tasty. Budweiser on draft was cold and crisp. A perfect cap to a busy day.

2017-12-10Great Pizza! Good service. Pretty quiet for a Saturday night, but that made it all the better for our little group of 10. No problem that we had 4 or 5 separate checks. A hidden gem, check it out!
