I have been using Kimbrough for years. They cleaned the gutters at both my home and my daughters home. Always great work, very neat, and the guys are friendly. We use them for both our gutter cleaning and our window cleaning services. This year I finally decided to try having them power-wash the back of my house and we had green moss on there. It pretty much looked like new after. We love these guys.

Originally called this company in October to get our gutters cleaned. Was promised one -two weeks and was quoted a price of $139.00 After two weeks without service I called back to find out they had cancelled our window cleaning (that we did not order)?? Put back on the list for gutters but now quoted $159.00. After discussion they agreed I called in time for the $139 price. Promised service that week. Another week passed and nothing so I called back and was told that our roof was steep and would require more $$. I said fine let me know how much and when. Another week and nothing. Called back today with my concerns and complaints about lack of both communication/service. Was put back on the list with promise for service. After ten minutes she called back and said the new quote was $280 because our roof was too steep. Our roof is no steeper than most in the Farmington/Novi/Northville etc and with their offices located in the Farmington Hills area I was flabbergasted and told them such. We have never paid more than $125.00 in the 23 years we have lived here. Luckily I was able to call another company who will come out in two days with a price quoted with what we are use to paying.

Craig and team were great throughout the entire process. We received a timely quote and the crew was out to perform the work within two days from there. Excellent work on both the gutter cleaning and whole house power washing.
