12/11: My review finally get the owners attention and my car got back with an alternative transmission solution.12/8: I dont buying the reason you replied below. Stores charge $100 more said usually fix in 2-3 days. I’ve consulted. And you also told me 3 days to fix it. If you take two month, tell customer the real time to wait instead of people fooled text you after the three days you promised. I’d go to other store for fast service. But I agree your store has limited capacity and you dont calculate on paper for the time if actually doing all the car you and your mechanics need to use.Kindly advice: Dont compare bad with WORSE and THE WORST. Customers compares with the average.12/2: I dont know whether other customer can accept that looooong time punctuation issue. I am in the line at 10/13, paid for the part right after. Finally I was told to dropped my car on 11/17 and pick up 3 days after. NOW it is 12/2 and I STILL not get contacted to pick up or my car even not started to fix yet. I am speechless that I wrote a good review on June to attract 1000 views and their store became popular. But they are not able to handle and put me the customer helped them to attract more business at last to fix it. They should tell me if need me wait 2 month. I literally cant drive two months because the stores consistent delay. BUT I WAS TOLD TOMORROW ALL THE TIME. TOMORROW == T(W)O MO(NTH) ROW11/17: Frank finally starts to take care of my car today. One good change I notice is, they add prototype form front desk procedure now. Also recently they had two experienced mechanic staffs joined.In summary, it takes no more than few times to test the knowledge and skills of a mechanic. However, it do takes longer to check the person. I’m positive for their business growth. I’ll stay with this store for longer, with Frank and his brother Hassan.11/9/2021 Review: As an old customer, now the store let me wait more than a month I wait from autumn to winter and paid $800 for my transmission part and then never get in Franks schedule to be repaired. I checked with them once a week the first two weeks after paid the part, then twice a week the following week, now once a day. Their store scale is not ready for increase customers, they cant handle many businesses. The price they quote is good, the work is good but need to consider the time cost wait for such long without a vehicle. New customers, wait for next year hopefully their management and work flow can get significant improvement.My June 2021 Review: This store has licensed Electrical specialist — Frank. He can diagnosis electric circulation issues. I bought a used car with an ABS problem. The dealer said they couldnt fix that issue and need many procedures to found out, and many auto repair stores, which I consulted on the Tireman & Livernois said so too. Franks store has big flags for used tires, which attracted me to try the first time to replace my tires. He showed me the sensors location around my tires, described their current condition, and cleaned them up for me. The second time I finally decided to choose Frank to check my sensors issue, he found the broken wire and solved that ABS issue within 30 mins! It dropped down my cost big without any need to change the sensor. The third time, the mechanist replaced my broken muffler. Frank showed me the wrong size muffler my car used to get welded.I highly recommend coming to Franks store 👍👍👍👍👍 , especially if your car has unclear electrical issues and other mechanic issues. His used tires replacement work is professional too.Although there is no waiting room, I called Frank to make my appointments, and my car got done no more than a couple of hours. I just sit in the chair and wait under the shade of the big tree.😊

I was told that my oil pan was leaking, after $300 they told me that my valve covers were leaking too and that would be another $150 but they didnt tell me that before I paid for the oil pan to be fixed. I opted to wait to have the valve covers done and I have noticed the same amount of oil leaking since before the pan was changed which makes me wonder if it was ever leaking.I was not told of another possible leak until after the job on the oil pan was completed.

Brought my car in for a rack n pinion n they busted my clock spring. Now i have no horn no airbag. Ntm they closed my hood on a tool. Worst mechanic ever.
