Victoria at the front desk made me feel heard and shared my frustration with what I was going through. She made sure to call me back when I hadn’t gotten through and made sure to give me consistent updates. When I arrived Kelly and Gary gave me such a warm welcome, making sure that my car was checked out and I got to say all of piece. The whole team let me know that I’ll be taken care of and checked in with me throughout me having to clean out my car. From taking pictures to helping with dump runs, these are an amazing group of people. Would come back to just say hello and make sure they are doing well.

Comment: This is by far the best collision repair shop I have ever interacted with. I recently had my 2020 Rav4 Hybrid repaired here after getting side swiped while stopped at a stop sign entering onto HWY29 in American Canyon. To add to the joy of this experience, this was the last week of my lease. I run my own restoration and custom automotive paint shop, but due to my schedule, I would not have been able to do the repair myself in a timely manner. Over the past several years, I have heard from several clients that Klimischs is a great business, so I decided to go there. Unfortunately, in this industry, there are repair shops that perform substandard repairs and unless you understand bodywork, it is easy to be taken advantage of. From the moment I entered Klimischs I was amazed by the customer service. I geek out on anything automotive paint related, so I immediately looked at the shop area and it was extremely clean and organized. The paint booth is a high end booth and the equipment they use is all on the higher end of what is used in the industry. These things may seem trivial but I think of it this way, if a shop is dirty, unorganized, and filled with junk equipment it is a sign they dont take their profession seriously so why would they take your repair seriously? Throughout the repair process, I was continually updated via text and phone calls about where things were at. Each estimate update was accompanied by a detailed breakdown of parts and labor items. Working in the industry, I can attest to there being no shenanigans involved in their pricing and parts procurement. Most importantly, the final repair results were amazing. My car is a pearl tri-coat, which can be a nightmare to color match and blend, but the repair was seemless and indistinguishable from OEM. The attention to detail was very impressive, from finding exact emblem replacements, matching sensor connectors, etc, to get the car back to a new OEM condition. These things can easily be overlooked by customers and is one area where shops can pull a fast one on you since you cant see this part of the repair, but they took that extra time to make sure the repair was done properly even for things you cant see. I would feel totally comfortable recommending this business to family and friends and wish there was more I could do to express my gratitude. Being involved in a collision sucks enough as it is but having a shop like this available can make the process a little more bearable and they set a standard I will try to emulate in my own business. Comment: Given by the YELP reviews I shouldve avoided this place but Geico referred them after i had a Collison, needless to say, I will never return. I was given a vehicle ready date 4 times and each time there was a a problem as to why I couldnt get my car. Every time I would call the person who was looking after the vehicle, they would have the receptionist pass on a message because apparently he was too busy to answer my call which I knew wasnt true. Had me on hold for 20 minutes to find the person and I had to call back. The first day i drop the vehicle off, the techs were arguing and cussing each other out so loud the customers in the waiting area could hear. Had me waiting 20-30 minutes for a porter to drop me off at my house because they were looking for him. This place is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL . DO NOT GO HERE !

From the moment i walked in to drop my car off Lily at the front desk gave such a warm welcome that made me feel like i was at the right place and they would definitely be taking care of my baby. Will was the man i was in constant contact with in regards to the repairs of my car and he too was so welcoming and knowledgeable and patient. My insurance company is so crapy and lavked the patience and ability to explain how this whole process of going through a shop that was outside of the recommended one but Will was very nice and made sure to text and email and even pick up the phone everytime i called. The office is clean and it doesnt take more than 10 minutes for someone to help or even acknowledge you once you step i to the office. If you want QUALITY service which us hard to find now a days please you wonte regret coming here. After i picked up my car will even told me to come back for them to shine the other headlight that was opposite of where i was hit in my accident.

Comment: It took them 3 weeks and 3 tries to repair my vehicle! Between them and Future Ford of Fairfield, when they said it was ready, the Check Engine Light was on. It wasn’t in when they got it and their own inspections showed that to be true. So they sent it to Future Ford if Fairfield. When it came back @ready for pickup” the Check Engine Light was still on! So they sent it back to Future Ford of Fairfield. This time they said they had routes the new harness the wrong way so they had to rerun it. When it came back this time the Check Engine Light was finally out and the van was actually ready for pick up. However, at some point during the time that the van was in their possession, someone used the headliner above the drivers door to get in and out of the van, leaving greasy fingerprints on the light beige headliner. I called them to inform them that I was bringing it back for them to clean up the ness and have yet to hear back from then. I have decided to clean the interior myself because I don’t want them anywhere near my van or any other vehicle tgat I own, EVER!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!

Comment: My 17 year olds 2001 Honda Civic was rear ended mid August, and due to the fact that we only had liability only, we worked directly with the insured policy holders insurance. After a 3-week run around with the other partys insurance, we were finally directed to Klimisch. The assessment and servicing happened the same week with a two day turnaround. Upon initial completion, I noticed the bumper did not adequately fit: right side of bumper protruded out and the left side of bumper was wedged causing it to no longer have a definitive line space. Jay Bair advocated with the insurance to have an OEM bumper approved, which wasnt easy as the contact numbers provided for the assigned claims adjustor was not valid. Jay made good on the lifetime guarantee of Klimischs work and got an OEM bumper painted and installed. He was also very communicative and transparent regarding the process, updating me by text and providing the memo correspondences with the insurance agency.

I was very disappointed in the handling of my situation. This was a simple job that ended up taking almost two weeks. Then when I get my car back there is an unexplainable scratch on my bumper that Klimisch is not willing to take responsibility for Ummm. The manager Devauhgn seems to be a really nice person, but he also seems overwhelmed. I was not a happy camper. Hope u get better...

They kept us informed when their very experienced technicians had a way to reduce labor cost compared to “book hours” for the work. They didnt have to tell us but they did. That’s called ethics.Then they washed and cleaned the truck before delivery! Wow! Totally deserves 5 stars.

Comment: My auto insurance referred me to Klimisch’s following a traffic accident that damaged my back bumper. Besides their being local, in my city where I live, I appreciated how the folks there gave me a comprehensive estimate of the cost of repairs and the amount of time necessary to repair it. Klimisch’s work went beyond my expectations, finishing the work in less than a day per their original estimate, which enabled me to adjust my schedule so I didn’t need to take time off my work to get the repairs done. Although I didn’t use it, the offer of a rental car service was also available if I needed transportation while they worked on my car. They gave a detailed printout about what costs were not covered by my deductible and insured all questions about what my insurance paid for were answered before I left their office in my car. (They did BEAUTIFUL work, BTW.) My thanks to Jay, Mandy and Devaughn for making what could have been a tedious process much easier than I thought it would be. Kudos to all.

Comment: K does a great job. Got body job done after minor damage from Stop sign runner. Easy location to get in & out of. Easy n Quik to admit auto for treatment. Talked with mechanic B4 doing work. Nice guy, Car ready when promised & no sign of previous damage. Good job. Even saved the twinkly heart stickers my granddaughter put on, ( so Grandma can find her car in a parking lot. ) They are back on now! Every one there helpful & efficient. Definitely recommend this business.

Comment: If you want superior quality body work, this is the place to go. I took my 2015 BMW 528i to them for repair to my rear bumper. I was help by Bruce Hubert. Bruce gave me an estimate, told me exactly how long it would take, sent everything to the insurance company and scheduled the work. They took me to the car rental place. I got text messages every day giving me the progress. They ordered an aftermarket bumper, but upon receipt of was not satisfied with it. Bruce text me and told me of the situation and let me know that they would be ordering a new one from BMW and it would take an additional day. I got my car back fully detailed inside and out. So I would recommend Klimischs to everyone I know.

Comment: In this age of virtual almost everything, it was so refreshing to experience what felt like hospitality!It’s never fun or enjoyable to have to take your vehicle to a body shop. Klimisch’s Inc. took care of everything for me!! They interfaced seamlessly with my insurance companies estimators, securing the rental car for me, and even drove me to the rental car place after dropping my car off to them. I was kept informed as to the progress of my repair.When I went to pick up my car it was beautiful! I have to admit it looked even better than Before my accident! I picked up my car and left my rental at Klimisch’s. It was so nice not to have to deal with the rental return!!!Fabulous experience!! I highly recommend Klimisch’s Inc.!! Comment: Beware this Once was a reputable shop that got AAA preferred body shop award, but with their current body staff look how much care was put into my car. The following cold morning I noticed condensation, why found cracks and chips where it should be all black in both headlights. In addition both fog lights have cracks as well. Also the front bumper drivers side was sagging. They not only declined to repair what they obviously destroyed also declined service to my other car that was awaiting parts arrival. AAA states their isn’t a problem to have it repaired.

My car needed hood repair on an insurance claim and I chose Klimisch because my husband said he got excellent service there in the past. Before I brought it in, of course a guy does a walk around, an inspection, turns everything on and off, etc so everything worked fine. After having replaced the hood and keeping my car for 3 days, I was happy. Until suddenly on a long, scenic, road trip, the water from the windshield wipers didnt want to spurt out. I was like, Good thing they guarantee their work for up to a year. Boy, was I wrong. Rachel told me that they wont repair it because my car is too old. Get this, I just bought my car, pre-certified.

Comment: Yes, friendly staff however, mediocre level of quality! Took my 2016 GMC Sierra for a front bumper/grill refinish, AAA insurance claim black in color. Quality of workmanship and detail IS NOT there. Visible traces of sandpaper lines, over the finished product. Missed to cover several rock chips. There was certainly orange peel left in the bumper and grill area and the clear coat was not even and neither was the finish. Took it back for a second time and improvement was visible, but still not up to par. Black color is NOT their forte!

Comment: A year ago Klimisch made unbelievably perfect repairs on my Lexus which was rear ended and pushed into a truck so that the front was also badly damaged. In addition the work was done quickly and the I was kept well advised by telephone about schedule and progress. Klimisch provides the kind of professional and respectful service that has now disappeared from a lot of our society,Today, when I went back to the parking lot after a visit to my physical therapist I found that the back bumper wrap around had been pulled away from the body of the car. I brought it to Klimisch for a quick estimate before deciding whether or not I should invoke insurance. It was immediately looked at and concluded that repair could be made on the spot. It took about 20 min which should have invoked a charge of about $30 at the going labor rate. I was surprisingly informed that the service was complimentary and to remember Klimisch the next time I need repairs.This is the kind of old fashioned by today standards that we are all missing dreadfully.Thank you Klimisch

Comment: Needed 2 bolts tack welded on a control arm. Easy stuff....20 bucks max job in and out. Called and a woman answering told me Id need to plunk down $90 bucks just to have them assess it. Called American Canyon Collision Center and theyd look at it for nothin. Pay attention: How you treat your customer at first meeting, determines if you keep that customer at all. To the rest of you out there....Anytime they start trying to highball you before even meeting you, thats an indicator they will be screwing you in and out the door. Beware these guys.....seem greedy from the git go.
