Never take your car here! I needed new front struts for my car and they replaced it with what they said was a brand new assembly for $750. But it was far from new, the problem was never fixed and they did the least amount of work possible and still hit me with a high bill. I then took it to a real professional and they said the struts are old and used and poorly put together so Clates ripped me off of $750, and I had to get them replaced again by someone who actually knows what they are doing. They also scratched up the front of my car pretty good and when asked about them they denied it and took zero responsibility, but I know every scratch on my car and the struts themselves were very beat up and looked like they beat them with a metal hammer until it fit. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle to a real professional these guys are scammers and dont respect anyones property.

I had an excellent experience here getting my car repaired, I really liked how the problem was fully explained to me and shown to me. I feel confident that they are good people who are honest, I will definitely return in the future if I have any more repair needs. Thanks guys my car was the chevy cruze 7-27-21

Havent taken too much work to them because they are always busy and can rarely, if ever, get one or two day repair service. That being said, Larry is honest, fair priced, and does good work which I believe is why they are always so busy. It just sort of sucks that when you need repairs it is always at least a 2-5 day wait to get it done, but I guess that is because they are a good shop and people are basically lined up to get their vehicles in.

Larry and his staff are more then willing to go out of their way to complete any project or car issues that you may occur . More then helpful. Great guy . I have friends that own shops but prefer larry.

Incredibly unprofessional. Brought my car in to get something fixed. Costs more than I thought so I told them to wait. That I would be by in a while to pick it up. I get there at 3:45 and theyre closed. No call from them. My car was stuck there all weekend since theyre closed Saturday and Sunday. I missed several work shifts and got written up as well. I go Monday to get it. Jerk tells me the keys are on the floorboard on the side of the building. My unlocked car with the keys sitting there. Most likely since they closed Friday. But did they tell me, absolutely not. Screw this place. Someone told me to avoid them but I gave them a chance anyways and they blew it. Avoid this unorganized ****hole.
