They have great service, the staff is very helpful when you are asking questions. I ended up going online and having the knife I wanted shipped to my house, shipping was much faster than expected! I appreciated it and highly recommend coming here.
Lately Ive been trying to buy Made in USA when I can and use small biz when I can (break Amazon addiction) to support USA better. Found KnifeUSA, offers great variety of knives at fair prices. Did hit snag with order, but Josh was fast to resolve it.
Found a nice knife that not a lot of places had or carried, was a little iffy at first after reading some of the negative reviews but I had absolutely zero issues ordering from this company. Would not hesitate to order anything else from knife country in the future!
Customer Service was Courteous and fast and Educated. Bought a Kershaw Knife to try em out and the package damn near arrived next day in pristine condition. Definitely will buy from again.
I had many questions in what brand to settle with at first so I called and gladly got to talk to the owner josh, he answered many of my questions and I ended up settling on Kershaw, product came in no time and was exactly the way it was shown on the website. Customer service was excellent and will happily be making several other orders from them.

Knife Country USA is by far the best online knife store there is! They carry so many outdoor products it’s ridiculous! Everything from backpacks, camping supplies, survival gear, and of course knives. I bought a Kershaw about 6 months ago and Josh was super helpful with picking it out! I will not go anywhere else...ever!
My review was originally going to be negative when I didnt receive my order or any update about it, but after contacting Knife Country USA, I spoke with Josh and after a little digging, he figured out what happened to my order and reached out to let me know what was going on. Two days later, I got my package! Josh was very friendly and sincere the whole time and was very helpful. I think it was just one of those freak incidents where something doesnt go as planned. All worked out in the end!
My father made a $56 purchase including paying $10 for priority shipping on January 24th 2020. at the time of writing this, it is February 18th 2020 and they havent even taken the package to the post office. we havent been able to talk to a real person no matter what time we call. weve contacted our credit card company and theyre currently investigating.

I called and talked to a rep because I wasnt quite sure what I wanted. Rep was very helpful. I received my knife a few days later. Was pretty surprised at how many products they carry. Definitely will check them out when I need camping gear this summer.

My wife got me a Kershaw Zero Tolerance Knife for Christmas! It is by far the best pocket knife I have ever owned and I have a lot of them! Buyer Beware!!!!My wife ordered me a $100.00 Case knife from this company for Christmas. Knife arrived in time because I did open it Christmas Day. It was a beautiful knife. Then as I started opening and closing it noticed that the action of it wasnt closing correctly. The blade was hitting the slit that the blade rests in when its closed. It was already starting to make a mark and scratch the blade from the 3-4 times I closed it. I asked my wife where she got it so I could exchange it for a properly working knife. She told me here Knife Country. She emailed and Josh Terryah replied back with only an address...thats it no sorry no nothing, so she had to respond again asking if this was where she was suppose to send it to???..... What?! You sell us a defective product and WE have to pay to ship it back to you??? Its not like we just changed our mind....it was defective. I am a business owner myself and if ANY of my customers have ever received a defective product from me I would never punish/burden them to make it right.So when she told me that I tried to call him multiple times and left voice messages asking him to call me back. All while not complaining once on the messages or giving attitude because I figured we could work something out.Well here we are in February and I have yet to receive a call from Josh or his company. Nice!Josh just a little tid bit of info, the customer is NOT always right but if you and your company want to sell defective products to people in exchange for their hard earned money you could at least email them a return shipping label so we arent footing the bill to back YOUR product.** Or implement a QA/QC point before it leaves. **...Or at least give them the decency to a call back...Hope this helps someone else out there thinking of buying their loved one a gift with their hard earned money.....move on and keep looking!ThanksRandall

I was searching for a great knife website when i found this one. They had exactly what I was looking for. Their website site is so easy to navigate. I called up there and spoke with their staff to place an order (multiple times) and everyone I have spoke with has always been very helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend this site to everyone!

Ordered sharpening wheels over three weeks ago and never received them. When I emailed them I was given a run around about shipping and that I would get a refund. Three more emails to them without a response and still no refund looks like I will be going to the bank and reporting them for fraudulent charges.

Had a problem with post office on tracking got upset with the owner left a bad review he called and said my products were being shipped..i looked two hours later on post office website and finally got a tracking number so I feel better about it now I was aniouxs about getting my backpack and jumped the gun I should of had more patience so glad the owner took the time to call me and talk about problem so to him im sorry and will call when they open and apologize to him on the phone he has good customer service and will be buying more stuff in near future..

2022-08-03I ordered two damascus steel knives. What actually came were two knive wich had a laser etched damascus pattern on the blade. I emailed customer service and was told they are damascus and if you use your finger nail you can feel the pattern. Lol ok obviously this guy does not know what japanese steel is, the folded layers are in the steel and you should never be able to feel a pattern. I replied with that statment. The guy winds up calling me three hours after my email to tell me im wrong and accuses me of treating people poorly. Really? I called him out on his false advertising and he still was insistent he sold me quality damascus. All these knives are made in china, they look nice but are pure garage.

2021-02-19I ordered a Tops Power Eagle 12 & it arrived fast & undamaged in a USPS box. Great prices & free shipping, cant beat that! Oh yeah, IMO the Power Eagle is a modern version of the renowned Smatchet from WWII.

2020-05-26The product I was looking for (Sword display stand) was presented clearly on the website and at a competitive price. Placing an order was straightforward and a confirmation e-mail was sent the same day. A little over a week after receiving shipping notification/tracking via email, I was concerned because the package appeared to be stuck in transit. I reached out to the the company and Josh, the owner responded promptly letting me know that everything looked good and the package should arrive shortly. The USPS delay was due to challenges with COVID-19. Today the stand arrived and I am very pleased with the care of the packaging and the quality of the product.

2020-04-27Knife Country USA is one of the oldest and best knife websites. It has an amazing selection of inventory and hard to find blades. I almost always find the blade I am looking for cheaper on Knife Country USA and it arrives in about a week. They have excellent service and listen to their customers. I am a serious collector and get about 90% of my knives from Knife Country USA. Its a family-owned and operated business, which I also like. It shows in how they care about customers!

2018-06-29Good online retailer. I have ordered many products from Knife Country USA over a several year period. A few knives, camping, and other outdoor type gear. Many Christmas presents to family and friends have come from their website.Product selection is vast and price are very good. I have managed to get some pretty deals. Customer service seems good and products have always shipped in a timely manner.I would most certainly recommend Knife Country USA. In the world of big corporate online stores I am happy to have found a local company (Michigan) I can use for my hunting and camping needs.Keep up the good work!

2020-11-17I purchased a small package of toothpicks for the Victorinox brand of Swiss Army knives. They arrived in less time than I expected, which was very good. On examination, they were all the right length, but did not precisely match the original (different manufacturer, obviously) lumps and bumps, with the most notable difference being the little quarter-round nib at the top of the toothpicks. They are a hair smaller than the original, which puts them just lower than the body of the knife and that requires another tool to pull them out of the knife rather than simply a fingernail. Other than that, the quality appears the same and I expect them to last as long as originals if I can keep from losing them.
