When I finally got my truck back a guy backed into it a week later. I called all the shops in town and gave Knockout collision a shot. What a night and day experience!! Whitney made everything so easy and she was extremely professional. They fixed my truck in a short amount of time and everything was done as they promised. The endless phone calls, dealing with insurance adjusters, parts company delays, etc…The staff at Knockout made the process a lot less stressful for me. (Special shout out to Whitney & Taylor!) ❤️Everyone was very empathetic, understanding & patient (I called…A LOT) 😅 They did an amazing job staying in contact with my insurance & keeping up as updated as new developments unfolded.On the day of pick-up for my vehicle, as we finished the walk through and starting up the payment process, I realized I had left a supplemental check from the insurance company at home. Keep in mind that it’s 4:15, they close at 5, I live in Paradise & I have 3 little ones. As I start to internally panic, the owner, Kareem, tells me he will follow me up to my place to hand him the check so I don’t have to come back 🥹 He really went above and beyond. I was so grateful and appreciative!10/10 would recommend.

The associates were caring and informative paying close attention to all the details. We received pictures of all damages and were included in every step. They had my car for over a month and were horrible to me the whole time they had my car. They fought with my insurance, and they price WAY above what anyone else does. The owner Kareem was not helpful. I emailed him multiple times trying to get help since josh wouldn’t return any of my messages or my insurance. I had to pay over a thousand dollars out of pocket because my insurance was already covering so much over their estimate. I would never go there again or recommend ANYone I know go there. Also I got my car back and there was still glass from the broken window…

Amazing customer service (gals at the front desk are so amazing) and great work done on my car. Very efficient and timely. Knockout did work without getting it approved by the insurance.I got hit by someone, their insurance didn’t approve it and knockout went ahead and did the work. $2500 bill out of my pocket on top of what the insurance paid And held my car hostage for a week. So now I’ll be taking insurance, driver and knockout to small claims. All could’ve been avoided, but that would’ve required being an honest business. Collision pros is the wait to go, my friend just had their car done and they take care of you, bring you the rental car, bring your car to you at work, no money out of pocket. If I could only go back in time.

Comment: Great experience with Kareem and the entire team at Knockout. Unfortunately I fell victim to a box that bounced out of a truck on the freeway. I couldn’t dodge it and it took out the right front corner of our new RAV4. We had it towed. Josh, Erin and Lachelle took great care of us. The RAV4 was repaired with all original Toyota parts in a very timely manner. Yes we had to pay a little extra for the OEM parts because our insurance policy only allowed for aftermarket / imitation parts but that wasn’t Kareem or the shop’s fault. Once the repairs were done whether looking at it or driving it you can’t tell anything ever happened. It’s as good as new. Will definitely go back if we ever need them. (Hopefully we won’t lol) Quality and service are unbeatable. Thanks again for the great work Knockout!

Comment: I filed a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair about these guys.Back in November 21, another driver hit the back of my bumper while my car was in a parking lot, they were cool though and left their contact information. I was able to trade insurance information with them, and took my car into get worked on by people at Knockout.I thought they were a legit auto body shop based on the fact that they do not have an overall low rating on YELP. I should have read more recent reviews of their business practices.When I dropped the car off, I had to agree to sign for repairs that the insurance company didnt cover. I thought, OK, Im not at fault. The other persons insurance company should pay for everything. Right?Wrong.I ended up paying $653.73 to get my car back from Knockout.The reason I ended up having to pay this amount is because Knockout chooses to charge more for materials and labor than other businesses in the area which exceed costs set by California Department of Insurance. For example: Body Labor usually costs about $90 per hour, at Knockout $105 per hour; Mechanical Labor is set at around $120 per hour, at Knockout $140 per hour. They also choose to use more expensive parts when parts while cheaper parts that will work just as well as these are available. For example, they chose to use an OEM bumper ($273) while a capa bumper ($201) would have sufficed.Also there is the fact that they charged $125 for a carwash prior to beginning their work. I read this as costing $20. It wasnt until talking with Geicos adjuster that I understood that it was $125!Anyway, I was responsible for all of these extra fees.To be honest, Im half tempted to post Geicos statement and Knockouts statement on here so people can see the comparison and how much Knockout price gouges.I would strongly advise that people steer clear of Knockout Collision Repair. They are completely manipulative and geared towards greed!

The two I worked with the most Lichelle (don’t have her card with me right now, guessing on the spelling) and Erin (same thing) were amazing and the nicest to deal with when I’m handling the stress from the collision I was in and had me back in my car within a month. Which I have learned is hard to get. Overall great service, customer care and environment, candies and drinks in the waiting area. They were amazing!

Comment: These guys are crooks we sent are 19 year old son to them hoping their estimate would be cheaper than a big place like Whitmier. Well it was double what whitmier charges and to top it off they charged 690 dollars to remove a bumper that did not need to be removed. And was not authorized to be removed.Thats 600 dollars was fine print that stated if you dont get your car repaired at their shop with exorbitant prices that you must pay for the free estimate. If you read these reviews you will see them doing this multiple times. With them responding they need to be paid for their time. Being paid for your time is one thing being strong armed into paying way too much for a repair that is cheaper from any other place in town..... thats thievery and they should be held accountable for this. So sad to see local businessman take advantage of local kids. Its an estimate not a binding contract to get work done here or else. Ridiculous. Dont GO HERE FOR REPAIRS WORST PLACE IN TOWN.You dont see my name in your books collision because as I said it was my young son you took advantage of before you respond with justification for your business practices. You didnt explain anything the office was hostile. They were handed 2 documents to sign one with a price and one without no explanation just signature here please. 😉 nice try though you didnt explain anything and again are just ripping people off for maybe 30 minutes of work 690 dollars its laughable. Comment: Beware!!!!!! When you take your car to Knockout Collision, they have you sign two forms. One says that you are responsible for paying $600 if after their estimate, you dont have the repairs done at their shop. The other form states that if the bill in excess of what the insurance company will pay, you are responsible for paying the excess before they will release your car. Once we realized our mistake in using Knockout and tried to get our car back, they had already taken the door apart which had nothing to do with the 3 scrapes on the side of my car that just need to be repainted! We also did not receive or sign the estimate. When the car was done, the insurance company sent us a payment for less than 1/2 the bill. I called the insurance company and discovered that they have never received an estimate or bill from Knockout. The biller at Knockout swore she sent it and was very rude. Knockout had been using the wrong claim number in their correspondence with the insurance company. As a result of all this, the insurance company was late in sending the payment and Knockout threatened to keep our car and charge us storage fees of $100 per day. Never, never, use Knockout Collision, their business practices are deceptive and their service is incompetents.

Never bothered to call me, just sent the paperwork to the insurance agent. When I called, office manager was rude and inconsiderate. The process was not explained to me and I was not told my car would be held hostage for money. I am a single Grandma raising granddaughters and this has effected my health. Come after me in court, but they are holding my proeprty, so I cant even get a 2nd opinion. DO NOT take your car to Knock Out.

Comment: We had heard good things about this shop so decided to give them a try after our niehbor accidentally backed into our sons truck. Pretty minor really, just a fender replacement. Three weeks later we picked it up. Seemed a little long for this job (no body work just spraying the new fender) but everyone is short staffed so really it was not a problem. What was an issue was the truck being delivered to me without any obvious quality control. The top gap on the fender between the hood and pillar was over a 1/4 inch high and was quite obvious immediately. Had I not been paying attention or had my wife picked up the truck we would have had to bring it back. They took the truck and fixed the gap same day. But that should not have made it past any sort of final inspection. I also had another odd incident with the shop that I wont go into but lets just say there is some lack of common sense here. Hope to not need any repairs anytime soon but if so Ill be trying out Concourse Elite.

The front desk Service Advisor named Carrie and Erin the Office Manager helped us from the beginning and explained the entire process to us to determine the damage to our vehicle. They handled all of the paperwork, contacted the fault drivers insurance company in a timely manner, and the body shop sent them photos of our car, and estimated the result of repairs. Whenever we called, they were so patient with all of our questions, and the owner even came to our assistance when they were closed over a holiday week. We would recommend them to anyone to not only give an estimate of repairs but also to provide valuable customer service in an emergency. They are a wonderful body shop to take your vehicle to in Chico.

I got a quick estimate from Shawna Richards, which was approved by the trucking company and work began. I got the car back today and I must say they went above and beyond any expectation I may have had. Its possible my 2011 Lexus looks newer than it did in 2011.Many thanks for the great work and friendly service.
