Koetje Builders built our custom dream home and we couldnt be more satisfied. The construction crew and contractors are all top notch, the custom cabinetry and woodwork is the best weve ever seen... and we are very picky. What makes Koetje Builders stand above the rest is their commitment to excellent customer service. Our phone calls were always answered, questions and issues were handled immediately, and follow-through was 100%. Weve been in our home for over a year and Koetje Builders continues to exceed our expectations. If you are looking for a quality build, attention to detail, and exceptional service, Koetje Builders is the builder for you.

I am so, so happy I have a Koetje built condo! I have been wheelchair bound for 17 years. All of their cabinets are custom built, so my kitchen counters, island, & master bath was built around my needs & I LOVE them! There have been little things that have come up, I reach out to them & they respond within hours & have always addressed everything! I absolutely love working with them!

Quality homes. If you are looking for a top-quality home that does not cut corners, then look no further. Some contractors cut corners that cost you later on. Not here.When I move my next home will be a Koetje House, too. I like a house that lasts.
