Very pleasant experience. I havent been in the store in years and I used it for my first ever Amazon return. Just for the fun of it I took a look around the kitchen electronics department and was pleasantly surprised at the selection. The only negative thing I found was the lack of pricing on items. We found everything we came for, running shoes, and then some. Good prices on shorts, mens Levis and kids shoes. Our cashier was super friendly, and there was a good amount of them so them so the wait was minimal. Everyone was practicing safe distance. We will go back

When I got there I was supposed to have $25 gift card or Kohls cash whatever you call it it came up on my phone yesterday so I went today and they said it was no good I thought that was BS
I have not been in any stores since Covid started back in February. I have done all online shopping for groceries, Christmas any other needs.I will have to admit I was a little disappointed that I had to go into the store to return something from Christmas. But I had until April 1.Once I had my antibodies checked from my Covid vaccine to make sure they were present, that is when I went into the Adrian store, and I was very impressed with the social distancing marks on the floor, the sanitation at the cash register’s, by wiping down everything before next customer was allowed to come and the masks were worn properly by all staff. I felt very comfortable going in to the Kohl’s in Adrian. Thank you all associates.I also appreciate the outside pick up as my daughter is immunocompromised and when we order things they have always brought it to our car. I hope this service continues in the future.
Nice, if expensive, place. Nothing I wanted could I afford, and nothing I could afford did I want.This is a wonderful place for its Amazon returns though. Ive never had an issue. However, if you do have an issue and the clerk tells you to cancel and redo your return via the Amazon Shopping app, DONT DO IT.
Kohls has a nice selection of clothing for men. Casual, Dress Casual to full suits. Any occasion you need to be dressed for they have it and good quality as well
Ok. This is kind of off topic but this is the best place for Amazon returns. Return online at Amazon.com and drop off item, no packaging or anything needed. Took 2 minutes and got a $5 coupon for kohls

Kohls is the only high quality clothing store left in Adrian, MI for plus sizes. Theres a couple other small stores, but not much selection. I depend on Kohls for clothing. I also appreciate that they have an order pickup and deliver to your car option. It has been a wonderful thing during the pandemic. I buy from all departments and have ordered alot from them this year.However, after recently visiting their store I was shocked at the poor selection of clothing in all areas. I was trying to buy for myself, and gifts for my mom and dad who are different sizes. Making things worse, theyve followed the trend of other stores. It make plus size people feel like 2nd class citizens, when stores put their department in a horrible spot. Its now in a dingy small part of the store. It used to have a nicely lit, spacious area.For these reasons Im giving them 1 star. There was nothing I even slightly liked in plus sizes, and a much smaller selection. Mostly frumpy and dumpy. That is rare for me after looking for clothing at Kohls. The mens department has always been sad but worse now. Maybe our local Kohls store suffered from the Pandemic, I dont know. If I want anything nice though, Ill have to go to the Toledo or Ann Arbor Kohls stores.
I am not a true fan of Kohls. While the store is stocked with attractive items, I find that their clothing fits poorly, their prices are high unless the item is on sale. This particular trip I was shopping for scatter rugs for my kitchen and dining area because the ones I had purchased there previously had lasted so well - over 6 years with many washings. I was very pleased that they had what appeared to be the exact same rugs and in the color I needed. I gathered up the sizes I needed and proceeded to checkout. Where I stood in line for a good half hour. These rugs are not the same quality as the original ones. Instead of being made of 100% nylon, these are polyester.as a result they crush and look matted everyday requiring vacuuming daily to lift their pile. Although the backing looked identical to the original rugs which stayed in place on the floor without an additional grip, these slide all over and are constantly crooked. I probably should have returned them but couldnt find a color that would work in the sizes I needed elsewhere.

I havent shopped here personally in years. I always thought it was nice when I did. I recently went to return/exchange a few gifts for my daughter that were to small. The lady at the service counter didnt even give me all the money back on to the card. I guess there is some kind of a fee but even after the fee I should have been able to at least by a pair of socks or something. When I got to car & looked at the receipt & it didnt even look like she scanned a few items. Be careful of this place.
Great selection with great prices and extremely knowledgeable staff. We bought our whole family 3 new outfits a piece for vacation (5 of us) to the beach and the bill was only $250. I was quite surprised by how cheaply we bought everyone some good quality clothes. We even got $50 Kohls cash back to go back this week and get anything we might of forgotten. Or feel like we just want LOL.... Just watch your email/snail mail for some good discounts
The food and drinks were wonderful, as always. I love the atmosphere. One of my favorite restaurants in my hometown.

I only go here for workout clothing, socks, underwear, and some kitchen goods, but I think the selection is great for those items. The store is clean, well organized, and the staff is quite helpful. Kohls is a master of value perception: always showing you their sale price next to the inflated MSRP that you would typically never pay. That common trick aside, the prices usually range from really good to quite fair.
Cashier named Becca was rude and refused to get a manager when requested. Great pricing and clean store overall.

Kohls is not one of my favorite stores. I go there when I need to its always nice and clean, the bathrooms are always nice and clean. Its nice that they give you free money for your birthday every year which I appreciate. I do like that they have a clearance jewelry area which I frequent when I go in. I might go to Kohls two or three times a year, however my mother-in-law well its her favorite store.

The store is nice and the employees always willing to help but like I told them today ,I dont go there to often cause like there purse area I am in a wheelchair and I cant see everything not enough room. I always get stuck. Same with the shoe area. The shelves are to close together. And I am sure that I am not they only person in a wheelchair that likes to shop at Kohls but why bother .make it bigger please it wont take that much more room

My husband needed a cold weather jacket. We found one his size & just right for cold coming here in 2 days in less than 15 minutes.My return took a little longer, but was accomplished quickly & easily.
Very clean and orderly Kohls. I prefer this location over my local ones. The store is kept up well and the associates are friendly and knowledgeable. They really know there store through-and-through and take pride in their work.
Khols is a great clothing store where I find the Latest Fashions and my Work Out Clothes, Undergarments and Shoes. Also, Ive purchased Luggage, Bedding and Small Appliances. Great prices, too (they often have Coupon Discounts and Khols Cash Rewards). Highly recommend!

Isles are way too thin, can barely walk through the store without tripping over stuff. The clearance racks are great, but beware the full priced items!

I sure wish they had more petite clothing and more plus size clothing. But that is a problem chain wide. It is a nice clean, well lit store if you are the right size there is lots to choose from

I know many people love playing the Kohls game but Im not really one of them. Its too much work to figure out the real price of things between coupons, sales and Kohls cash. People just dont get it, they are making money by drastically marking up items, by the time you get done with the game youve paid enough for them to make a good profit and tell you youve saved nonexistent money. Want to save money? Stay out of the stores, shopping is not a legitimate hobby.
They need more plus size selection and more toys. I like the option to pickup from the site. They are great with returns too.
Obviously kohls offers a lot for retail with really nice sales and good prices. But God forbid should you open any sort of account with them. I have had nothing but problems with their rewards points and set up a charge account two years ago and still dont have a card to show for it. I just dont get how it could be that complicated

The online ordering is slow wait two weeks for my order to arrive and miss being able to use the Easter dress for Easter. Store staff was nice and apologetic when I returned the dress.
During the holiday, Kohls had all registers open, and even though the check out lanes were wrapped nearly halfway around the store, literally, checking out went very quickly!

I like this store because everything is always discounted. You would never pay full price for anything. You can also go online in most cases and find additional coupons. The dressing rooms are also open to use anytime, you do not need to grab an employee to unlock it for you, and have the monitor you like some would be theif.

The prices were extremely high, $40 for an item I paid $19. For the exact same item for down the street.
Kohls really kind of stunk for us today. We had a 30% off coupon and they wouldnt let us use it in any Nike, Adidas, under armor clothes!! They said they all opted out of any of Kohls coupons.. We was not to happy with Kohls because they always let us use them on all them products before!!!

Every staff member I came across in the store today gave me weird looks and was incredibly rude to me. It made me extremely uncomfortable to the point where I dont want to come back.

Can usually find what Im looking for. Can shop on line & shipped to store for free. If they are out of your size you can check at the kiosk to see if its available at their warehouse. Great reward program.

2021-12-06The store was a bit busy but not horrible. The staff were helpful and patient as well as the other shoppers. I could only give it 3 stars because the handicap accessible doors need looking into. The exit door hasnt any handicap capabilities and the doors are too heavy to push especially if your in a wheelchair. To go through the entrance door to leave isnt a smart solution. TRAFFIC JAM Having a handicapped child in a wheelchair makes me very keen on what is wrong with those handicapped entrances and exits.

2022-04-03The store is nice and clean but the one place in Adrian I thought I had a chance at finding dress cloths like everywhere else I was surrounded by yoga pants. Which in jobs like mine thats a no go, do you guys let your employees wear them?

2022-01-14I cant believe the way this store has gone downhill in the last few years and it started before the pandemic. The decor is abysmal and the clothing is shabby. I used to spend way too much here, but not any more.

2021-09-28Havent been in the store in over a year, and what they carry has really shifted to the teenage consumer. I had to really search for plus size womens clothing. Not much choice.Store was clean and neat and staff were VERY friendly. Im just not the demographic they are looking for anymore.
