Didnt see a team member on the floor for any assistance. Appeared only employees on register. I realize due to the virus every place has help wanted signs. First time at this location for me. Another patron said its always like this here.
The cashier Debbie was excellent. Her service regarding speedy checkout, helping me with my kohls account and giving me a coupon (mine was in the car/home somewhere) excellent. The shopping experience as a whole very good not too crowded and easy to find items.
Been there many times almost never buy anythingToo expensive 50% off gets you to what the item sells for everywhere else

This kohls in Rochester hills has always been an absolutely fantastic goals at which the shop. The staff has always been wonderful and attentive if you have any questions or needs. I have never had a situation where someone would not be helpful in finding specific items either through the kiosk or using their personal handheld devices. The store manager is always on the floor and available to help out with not only assistant customers but staff as well, so you feel very secure in coming and spending money with a company that has their Management on the floor working alongside of the associate. Always great stock well fitting and good prices. I have shopped here for about 17 years and will continue to shop here until I move.
Their buyers need to change their purchasing, 75% all jeans. Just not much in the line of stylish Spring clothes.
Doesnt seem like they have the clothes they used to, maybe its a supply chain thing, things not making it from overseas, or maybe its the fallout from on line shopping. Its hard to shop for clothes anymore.
Always busy at this location. It was messy because the were doing some construction inside the store.
Clean, well organized, pick up parking spots don’t take up all the close parking like the Rochester and Auburn store. Efficient hard working staff. Higher store item volume than the other store too, but less traffic.
Moderate selection of clothes. Most shelves were pretty picked over. Not sure if theyre having supply chain issues. Im a smaller guy, athletic build and it was difficult to find anything in my size. Especially pants. Couldnt find any 30 waist. The woman at the register would not take no for an answer when it came to opening up a Khols card. I understand they have to ask but I said no 6 or 7 times but she kept going on and on so I just stopped talking. Id prefer not to be pestered into getting a credit card whenever I go shopping. No means no.
Not always a fan of the changing sales promotions. Their sales marketing on items seems to revolve more around their inventory control than customer service. I only want one pair of pants but their deal is buy one get one half off? So they want me to spend $75 and get two pairs of pants... rather than just get the pair I need for $37.50??? It works but I dont like the game. Makes me feel used rather than appreciated.
This place is big and has lot of options. It has many branded products. Clothes, electronics, bath, kitchenware etc.... If you have kohls charge card you can get upto 30% off on clearance at least 4times a year... I would recommend it.Their return policy is also very good. They also take amazon returns and guess what you get 5$ kohls cash/some % discount on purchase at Kohls.
Had an amazing experience at Kohls, I had purchased a ring in the jewelry department and Brianna was very helpful and kind. People like her is what Kohls needs. Im very happy with my purchase and Im glad she was able to help.

Tons of items to choose from and decent sales most of the time. Great selection of clothes and housewares. Decent selection of shoes. Some nice generic gift items near holidays.Be sure to get into their loyalty program and always use the discount and Kohls Cash.Staff are usually friendly and helpful. Sometimes shelves are a bit messy, but thats as much about the shoppers as it is about the staff.
It does have a weird setup on areas. Depending on Timing, they have decent help in the stores. Pricing in the store is okay. They need to train people better on amazon returns.
Nice and clean with friendly employees. Always shop around for the best deals. Some of Kohls sale pricing can be confusing. The smartphone app can be helpful.

This is like the 4th time Ive bought things from them and theyve left the magnetic strip on. And even when I bring in the reciept, its a huge deal to ask them to take it off. Absolutely obnoxious and ridiculous.
Unable to try clothes on. You have to either order online or buy at the store without knowing your size. I had part of my receipt that came with my online order receipt and it had the order number on it. The clerk however asked me for my Kohls card and acted like it might be a problem. Ive never had to carry a Kohls card when I have brought in a return. I am not happy with Kohls as of late. There may be really nice clothes but I cant try them on and I sure dont want to go through this every time I order online. They need smiling faces here and they dont have enough of them.
Pretty good selection compared to other local Kohls stores. Staff has always been good to us. Always something on sale and the Kohls charge gets an even better did out t but pay it off quick or the discount is gone.

Amazon returns were at the back of the store instead of at the front where Kohls returns were , and the checkout where I entered the s time or was closed, only the checkout on the other side of the store was open so I left my purchases in the mens dept and left. The staff was quite pleasant....
Sales! Sales! Sales! ☺☺☺I wish they had the candle section near the checkout like the other Kohls stores. I always grab candles and meltys on my way out! 😞 Today that wasnt an option because I would have had to walk all the way to the back to get them.Also, I love Kohls but they make it hard for me to shop IN STORE because I have Multiple Sclerosis and they DO NOT HAVE AMIGOS (fart carts lol)I had to leave long before I was finished shopping because I simply couldnt walk any longer! VERY FRUSTRATING!!THE STORE & STAFF ARE AWESOME!! 👍💐☺I will be back!
There was sales staff on floor in menswear, what a welcoming surprise. He answered many of our questions about where to find certain products we were looking for within the store. Not having to hunt someone down made us enjoy our shopping experience and reduced our frustration of trying to find products ourselves. Thus we spent more. Making it a win for the store. Store was clean and organized. Prices were a bit on the high side even with their 50% off sales.
In Womens clothing about a third of the merchandise racks have been removed. Selection wasnt great. It was kind of depressing.
I dont shop at Kohls; I went to do an Amazon return. The website says to go to customer service, so I did. Waited in line for 3 other customers (luckily I had taken my walker in with me so I could sit while waiting). When I approached the counter and the lady saw the Amazon package in my hand, she apologized and said they had moved the Amazon drop off.... all the way to the back of the store. Like I said, I was glad I had taken my walker.... and when I got to the back of the store, I once again had to wait in line. The whole process was easy.... once I finally made it there..... and the employees were very pleasant to deal with.
Good deals on black Friday, very organized store, very nice cashier and helpers are everywhere

Great selection, great prices! Store is always clean and easy to get in and out. Been shopping there for years and continue to go back year after year. They have amazing sales, the kohls cash they give all year is the best, and fantastic products. You can get ANY type of clothing there, weither it be for a child or a nice suit. I actually just bought two extremely nice suits there at a killer price. Definitely watch for their sales as they are all the time. Again, great products at GREAT prices.
Store was clean well laid out although different than the other Kohls I have been to. The clothing and shoes I was looking for were sometimes hard to find mostly due to the quantity of items. The shoes were a little difficult to find the size I needed because they were mixed up but that is pretty normal for this type of setup. We do shop here often. We also returned some items and although it was quick we did have to wait until the online order line was serviced first. It just seems strange to me to help an online customer who is proven to have very little loyalty over a customer that shops at the store physically. It gives the feeling that they dont want people to shop there. We also witnessed a person bring something back and inquire on the refund with or without a receipt and when the no receipt price was more they returned it for more that they actually purchased it for. Seems to not be a good policy and very sad someone would do what is equivalent to stealing.
The store was very clean when I came to shop at 9am. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The custodian, John, got me a cart when he saw how many items I had in my hand. He even helped me put them in the cart. He went above and beyond to be helpful. The cashier at the jewelry department who rang up my items was friendly and most helpful. I believe her name was Christian. Both employees were Santa Angels to me. I would highly recommend shopping at this KOHLS store because of them.
Each and every time I come here theres always an issue at the registers. They seem to like the bill credit cards multiple times on one transaction. Something that cost me $15 hes in the end cost me more than 50. When confronted and evidence and proof is given they dont want to deal with it. Very poor customer service across the board I expect a lot more as a business owner myself. The fact that I have to chase My Money Down is not appropriate
Clothing assortment selection is always predictable, for me thats ok because my style doesnt really change. Staff is sparse but friendly, I find its usually pretty mellow to shop in this location. Prices are up and down on certain items and I occasionally come across some good deals.

Who doesnt love all the great deals at Kohls? Their advertising strategy keeps you going back and back! The prices are very competitive and you can stack saving coupons and promotions, and save even more! The only reason I didnt give them a 5 dou to the lack of adequate staffing at check-out. Much to long of a wait. I blame it on poor management and the lack of speed and get-up-and-go additude at the registers. Otherwise, a great place to shop. Customer service returns and exchanges is the stress-free zone. They have liberal return and exchange policies that keep me and my husband shopping at at Kohls often. 😊🤗😖
I had to make a return at the Service Desk before shopping for shoes, and on Wednesday, 2/20, that was not the first time I have gone in to the West door and found no carts available for use. I dont know why the vast multitude of carts are always down at the East door. The store manager needs to make sure the carts are divided 50/50 between the 2 doors before the store opens in the morning.
Very convenient Amazon returns
So I wanted to get all new clothes for work and spent an hour or two shopping and actually trying things on for once. I went to the customer service desk with my items and the cashier told me that unless I have something to return I couldn’t check out there. I politely asked if she didn’t have a register there or something . She said that she does but she also has a line and I have to go stand in a line for a register. This was after already waiting in long line at service desk. I just left my items and went to a competitor. i tried to call and speak with manager on my way out but just got put on hold for 10min and gave up. Ive worked retail for years and was very disappointed.
I like all the products of Khols, the staffs are very friendly and very helpful, simply love the store. Parking lot is huge and all time parking is available anytime. I noticed, the electronics products are not offering expected Sale offer like before.

Absolute nonsense behavior by the Kohls associate. My kid was playing inside the store near the entrance and I was watching him at a distance standing at the returns counter. Suddenly a lady associate from inside her register started YELLING at me, asking me to TAKE CARE of my kid. I really dont know what wrong my kid had done. It was a total insult in front of many people inside the store. Clearly felt offended and discriminative! I did not react anything. After a couple of minutes, I politely called for the store manager, and explained what happened. He promised that he will look into it and promised he will do something. He never came back to me and even after my purchase when I asked for what had been done, he simply said that ANOTHER manager had a word with the associate and that is it. When I asked about what do you do for the customer who faced such a situation at your store, all he said was Sir, I can apologize for what happened.. Why should I face such a situation at the store, for NO FAULT of mine and my kids ????? Even the manager I reported to, was not ready to do JUSTICE to the customer for what happened.
Truly despise shopping at Kohls. Went to pick up an order and as usual, a HUGE wait at customer service with only 2 people working there. Then the employees would spend another 5 minutes after each guest cleaning up and putting things away. Perhaps another person to do that when there are over 10 people waiting?!
Limited shoes variety but prize wise good deals. Many options for men clothing and accessories. You will always get additional discount if posses Kohls credit card.PS: once an item returned all the discount and coupon amount would be deducted back which means you end up loosing money you never paid.
Kohls is the kind of department store my mom took me to get clothes in the 1970s. If you can remember Hudsons then you got a pretty good idea what Kohls is like. Lots of top name designer clothes and some home/ kitchenwares. Went there to return some pants my mom had purchased for me as a gift. She still counts them as one of her go to stores. They were only willing to give me a store credit because it was gift receipt. To me that seemed like poor customer service. Looked around and even though the selection was fair, the prices were high. My wife always says you pay for quality but I could have easily gotten two pairs of similar docker pants on Amazon for the cost of one from Kohls. So if you like the 1970s style shopping experience of ritzy high priced department stores with lots of salespeople where you can try on clothes before you buy then Kohls is your store.
Tried to use their 25% off after a return to amazon... the coupon is worthless. There might be 5 items that you can actually use it on...honestly, I have no idea why they even have this... save a tree and print less.
I guess 3star is more than enough. You will see same brand same color every summer. Nothing new It’s three years I am using this shop as there no better option I can see same T-shirt last 3 years with price increasing.Very few times the cashier is smiling and help you get best deal.

I have never shopped here but I brought my amazon returns and I recommend you print out each return slip with the items and have them organized which will make your trip very quick I brought in about 15 items but was quicker than people with 1 item.
Not surprised the stock is down so far. WiFi non functional, could not load my shopping list. No sale.Dirty floors. Chewing gum on the floor, now I have green gum stuck to my shoe. Not impressed.Cashier tried to overcharge customer.
Clean and organized store. Staff is friendly and helpful although not easy to find on the sales floor, but this is common for a lot of retail stores these days.
In comparison to the other Kohls in the surrounding area, this Kohls is a MESS! It’s not just a mess at holidays, it’s always a mess! Nothing is ever on the right hanger and clothes are misplaced and thrown in, wrinkled, etc. Plain unorganized and it makes the store feel old and dirty. I love Kohls, but I cannot stand this store! The Shelby Township store is much nicer, but at the Shelby store, they’re extremely rude.

I generally like kohls but today I couldnt find any WOW CLOTHING. BUT the jewelry counter sales person was so helpful finding a cross necklace I loved. She was also very good at getting me every sale and discounts available. I got a $300. Necklace for $34.00.WOOHOO !!

This store is so huge and is in a nice location. It has a department for everyone. It is hard to find things at times. The checkout lines are long too. Wish there were more cashiers too. I

Well stocked store. Helpful employees. Typical khols.Thats the only nice things I have to say, now for the more personal... Im currently recovering from an open fracture/dislocated ankle and broken leg. Made this visit in a wheel chair. More than half of the aisles we attempted to navigate with the wheel chair were too narrow to fit through, and others were blocked with carts full of inventory. Im surprised the width of some of these aisleways is even legal. Im curious what the local fire marshal might have to say...
Never enough employees working especially at registers. But definitely shop here more if I knew that I wouldnt have to wait in line so long to check out. Its almost impossible to find people on the floor if you need help with something.
This Kohls store was very organized. Also there were employees in all the departments I shopped in today and they were happy to help me find what I needed. This is the first Kohls Ive been extremely impressed.
This stire is one of the best department store in town. The quality if the clothes they sell is beyond imagination, prices are always good, highly trainex staff, very friendly and professional too. Always clean .

This store is clean, and I like that Kohls does have modest clothing available. However, the quality of the clothes is horrible. I bought a cardigan a month a go, wore it literally three times, washed it according to the instructions. It has a hole in the shoulder. When you return something, there is always a line. Then, when you return they always take off an amount for Kohls Cash so you end up getting back like 40 cents which it costs more in gas to drive to the store to return the item. This is not the first time with quality issues with Kohls. I bought 5 pairs of jeans, and every single pair had a hole in them within a year. Kohls did exchange all of them, but this process is extremely frustrating. Also, Kohls plays games with their prices. For example, I had a 20% coupon code and a $7 promotion card. However, the shoes that I was interested in were cheaper on Amazon even after all of the discounts. Therefore, the Kohls experience is very frustrating.
I like Kohls because I like inexpensive clothes. The issue is wait times to check out are always way too long. Also, they have some serious...characters employed as cashiers. I dread the casual conversation Im bound to have with whomever is checking me out.
Amazon return is at the back of the store in a temporary table. Poor experience waiting in line for so long.Did a second return - they’ve got the one person staffing the table doing double duty so they didn’t even have anyone at the table when I arrived.
Every time I go there never carry my shoe size I want to meet him in a new balance and never got it I know they make them
I didnt like my experience at this Kohls. The lady at the customer service was very slow and unhelpfulher job is to help the customer she had my mom look up her own stuff when all she had to do was put my moms card number into the machine to find out the information.
I just love the little blonde lady at the jewelry counter, always so helpful, luv the great prices, I enjoy shopping here regularly and I am always completely satisfied.
When I found out there was Kohls the other side of Rochester , I searched it out. Kohls was a shop I visited regular in Elgin near Chicago and bought some nice items , that my family + friends approved of back in England. I hope to buy more nice things from this one . It is a shop I recommend.

Nice clean place but you always stand in line for a long time. They also stopped handing out the scratch things to get money off. The one in white lake is much nicer.
The return center would not let me exchange an item for a different color with a receipt even. I even contacted Kohl’s online and they said I could exchange just to go in store but the store was not helpful at all and just said they couldn’t with no real good reason.
As I was checking out the manager! Interrupts the cashier to go into the drawer and count money and take cash in the middle of my transaction I said couldnt that wait till we were done? And she looked at me and glared and never answered very rude!
I love Kohls but I need winter leather gloves and they have NO gloves. We bought gads of other fall and winter things but they forgot the gloves. Guess Ill have to go back! LOL

Got some great gifts at terrific prices with the coupons available. The cashier was awesome. She told me about an online coupon and how to access it with my smartphone. That was above and beyond!
While doing an even exchange my package was missing its barcode so they needed to grab a new package of the same product from the shelf. The cashier (without checking with me at all) calls my 7 year old daughter by name (she must of heard me say it) hands her the old package and tells her take this package to the back of the store and find another package just like it and bring it back to me and looks at me and says il finish ringing you up while she goes and gets the package. Then says go on now go get the new package to my kid. UH NO! Dont you dare try to send my 7 year old daughter to the back of this huge store by herself. Are you running a kidnapping sting. It was very unsettling.

I dont know why, but I am constantly and happily surprised by the quality of the clothing at Kohls. Somehow I got it into my head that they resembled Target, but other than the lighting and a bit of lay out, Kohls is vastly superior.The huge variety of clothing in both the mens and womens department is very impressive and the quality/price ranges from middle average up to the price to, though still affordable Ralph Lauren. Id have to say, that in the Rochester Hills area, they offer the greatest amount of quality clothing at a reasonable price.Nordstrom would probably come closest, but their prices are generally 50 -100% higher and they just dont have as much variety.
Your kohls cash policy is awful. I originally spent $252 including taxes and I only got $40 in kohls cash. I returned something for $45 . And they took $10 of Kohls cash back. So my experience was not good
Place was very clean and it was very busy today they have a lot of cash registers working at the right end of the store the line went by fast
The cashiers get a commission if they can get you to open a Kohls charge card. I refused and the cashier (Young Indian Guy) screwed with the register so it rejected my bank credit card. After the second time it was rejected I told him I am not running my bank credit card again because it will shut the bank credit card off. He pleaded with me to run my bank credit card a third time. I paid cash. I then went to the gas station and was only allowed $35 dollars on my bank credit card. I had to go to the bank the next day and get my bank credit card reset. STAY AWAY FOR THIS KOHLS. The cashiers try to shove the Kohl credit card down your throat. If you refuse be ware!
To Kohl’s and they have very good products they’re only worth going there though if you have a coupon because you can get a lot of money off. A couple times we went and saved over $300.
My purpose was an Amazon return and unlike the two Kohls stores in the Troy, Madison Heights area this one makes it very difficult to be able to return. No signage of where its at and mixed in with other return areas in customer service nowhere near as fast as Madison Heights or Troy which has a stand-alone clearly labeled Amazon return area
Exchanged a coat for a bigger size without any problems and they have very good deals going on.
Shelves are pretty disorderly but it was generally alright.
There is one little sweet old lady that works jewelry dept.so sweet and kind her name is Pat and she keeps me coming back to Kohls plus they have good quality clothes and shoes as well as bedding

Was shopping strictly clearance and the items seemed kinda high priced verses other kohls
My favorite Kohls. They keep up with the stock and merchandise is always neat. Lines are usually short, too.

Kohls has BEST coupons n sales n bonus sales lol less than $300 I walked out with ten shirts, 3 bikini, 4pants and 2shorts :)

I like kohls thats why whenever I need something I think about kohls store first but now I decided I wont go this store again . The employees are very rude . They dont respect customers and also whenever I asked for help I didnt receive help from employees.

They (every Khols Ive been to) advertise a tons of sales throughout the store, but half of them dont ring up and you have to double check your whole bill.

2022-06-27Went to pick up an order. Didnt realize I had to go to the back of the store. The clerk behind the pick up/return counter told me where to get my item. I told her that I was exhausted from my early morning job. She said not to worry, she would go get my items. And she did. With that kind of employee you should be proud. I wish I would have gotten her name.

2022-06-27Love to go to a brick and mortar store. However, its not ok to hear the dressing room attendant complain about how many clothes people are trying on. Be careful or those people wont try on clothes anymore, rendering you and your job obsolete. But then again you could package and ship, and then restock all those returns, repackage and reship, for your next job!

There is nothing worse than having 5 or more employees asking can i help you? and you say no thanks I just walked in and less than 5 minutes of entering the store they continue hovering around you asking what are you looking for? I can help you find it, etc.. oh my word!!! If Im looking around at whatever, dont have employees interrupt, be in my way, having conversations talking smack about your day or other employees when a customer wants to be left alone to shop!! Also, stop telling/training new cashiers to hound customers about getting people to use or get your store credit card!! Saying No Thanks once should be end of conversation. Your losing customers by bothering them and then ticking them off at checkout Kohl’s!!

2022-04-29Bad experience with cashier, had a clearance item and it rang up wrong and said the clearance sticker was not correct and didnt want to honor it. I asked for a manager and they let me have it for the clearance price it was marked which was the right thing to do, no complaint with her but the cashier needs additional training in customer service on how to treat a customer right. Dont accuse me of sticking a clearance sticker on something, actually she said someone else must of stuck the sticker on the item, really? I dont have time for games and someone thinking a clearance sticker was put on there by someone. This cashier needs to be fired.

2020-09-08Found some great deals in there clearance section. They had last years display Christmas trees marked down. I scored am $449 her for $30.xx. Staffed was extremely helpful with my purchase and assisted with getting everything loaded up.

2022-01-26Always easy to find a parking spot and it never seems to be that crowded. They accept amazon returns so Ill be in here occasionally and shop around and while i think it can be bit over-priced, you can find some cool items and when you combine them with the discounts you can get, its not too bad.Sometimes, even with the lack of customers, they only have one or two cashiers working so its possible that youll have wait in line, which can be annoying when its just you and one other person in the store lol

2021-12-20Great variety of products and offers. I was able to get a waffle maker and also slow cook pot for around 25 USD, this after using some coupons and of course the Kohls cash 😁🙋🏻♂️... Gotta say mom and grandma were lucky receivers of those! They would keep same prices in store and online which is awesome 👍🏼
