Kevin and his team did an amazing job. I tried to get quotes from 4 different local shops. 1 didnt bother to answer their phone, 1 refused to quote over the phone, and the 3rd came in at double the price Kevin quoted me.They were done in half the time I expected, Kevin was very friendly and professional, and they even properly diagnosed the issue past what I thought it was and fixed properly. I didnt feel like I was being taken for a ride. Just a guy with a shop doing what he loves.Thanks, Kevin. You and your team are the ideal repair shop experience.
He managed to squeeze my vehicle in an already extremely busy schedule and the work on my a/c was completed in under 2 days! Very knowledgeable, honest, and friendly!!! Definitely will go here from now on with any issues I may have in the future!
Brought my 98 Camry to them to fix a leaky oil pump gasket, they were really busy post-covid but we eventually got an appointment. Picked up the parts and dropped the car off. Got it back a few days later, but the oil was still leaking from the same place! Ended up taking it back, and told them that it was still leaking from the exact same place. Kevin was skeptical at first but agreed to look at it again. Got a call back about a week later to come pick it up, and they admitted that the gasket wasnt seated properly. Let me tell you how much work it took to get back to that gasket. First you have to remove the upper engine mounts, then the alternator, then you have to remove the harmonic balancer (which is a massive task unto itself), then the timing cover and then the timing belt, and then you can finally get to the oil pump. Once the oil pump gasket is fixed, you then have to put the timing belt back in a very specific way that is easy to mess up. This is a huge amount of work to have to do twice for a really small mistake. However they admitted it, fixed it, and didnt charge me another penny. To make mistakes is human, its what you do after you make a mistake that matters. KP&T made it right. I would recommend them to anyone.
I brought my own parts, something I like to do, and they have no problem with it. Brake rotors and pads installed at a great price, work great. Will keep coming back
KP & T Auto Service were absolutely altogether awesome! My car died on me while I was at an auto store trying to find out what was wrong with it. On a Sunday evening between 7:30pm - 8:30pm my car was towed to KP &T Auto Service. To my great suprise, my vehicle was ready the next day before 2:00pm. And best of all, they DID NOT over charge me. I recommend this fabulous KP & T Auto Service to anyone having issues with their vehicles. THEY WILL DO RIGHT BY YOU!
Keith has always treated me a “person”, most mechanics, when they see a woman, see dollar signs. I’ve never felt anything but trust and respect from him. He does great work at a fair price.
If you own classic and cant work on it yourself, this shop is the place to take your car to. Prices are fair work excellent, nothing but the best parts are used on your car. Hes never to busy to answer any questions you think of on the phone. He takes his time working on your car because he doesnt cut corners, his work is worth the wait. Kevin has been working on mine and my family vehicles for over Ten years now. I honestly cannot say enough good things about him. When coming to his shop, you can expect to be treated with absolute honesty. He will NEVER try to get you to have more work than needed on your car. You will find the cost to be reasonable as well. Great place for service. They got me in for a alternator replacement right away, and had the job done fairly quick. I would definitely suggest them to anyone and will be going back as needed.
Kevin was on time, on budget and went out of his way to fit us in. We are full time rvers and prefer the family owned businesses. The franchises are all rip offs, with their upcharges. Would certainly use them again.
My husband and I travel for work with pets. I was having a hard time finding a diesel mechanic that could work on my air conditioning on short notice. Called and left a message with Kevin and he called me back within the hour. Took my truck right in and had it back to me, fixed the next morning!! Not only that, but he went above and beyond making sure I had a ride too and from his shop within 10 minutes!! Dont hesitate to take your vehicle into him!! As the daughter of a mechanic, i know a good one when i see him!
Had a tight deadline for my rear lift gate latch to be replaced and they were able to make it work even if that meant working outside normal business hours. Would definitely recommend

Fair rates, okay turn around time. For a repair requiring a $450 part and about 3 or 4 hours of labor I was charged $800 and it took 3 days. Pretty good, I would take my vehicle there again.
Have had both our Dodge Dart and Journey in for breaks and other misc items. The guys are great and prices inline for the work.Have more things that need to be addressed and they will be doing the work.Still Need to stop in for a cup of coffee.
Great diagnostic service, quickly identified the problem with my axel/trans and fixed it in good time after my Craigslist mechanic screwed me. Kevins advise is respectable and the prices are better than fair.

2022-04-08I have been to KT&P twice now. ( a forever customer from now on) This is an amazing establishment! Great people, great service, great price and they are HONEST!!! (Yes you read that right) they are straight forward, timely, professional, and courteous! Both times my car was dropped off, I was kept in the loop the whole time and both times I couldn’t believe how quick they fixed my car! Basically, if you need an auto shop, this is the one! Thank me later.

2022-01-11I like to keep things local first if shops are reliable, flexible, professional and friendly over big chains because thats how you keep the community you live in thriving. I was able to purchase my own auto parts (front subframe) and schedule an appointment (a month out - shop is very busy) with the drop off for repair. The prices are fair (market rate for labor). During the subframe replacement, Kevin found other parts that needed to be replaced and kept me in the loop. It took about 5 days, but mainly because it was during the week of Christmas and parts delivery from Nissan took longer than it should. Overall I am very satisfy with the service and price. I wasnt sold services and parts that I did not need unlike some other auto shop I have been to around in the Canton area. I will recommend and use this shop again as Kevin is honest, humble, and trustworthy with the repairs. It is worth the extra wait coming in for service, unless its an emergency repair due to road safety and the schedule doesnt permit. I would get my ATF flush and coolant flush done at this shop too if they offered it, but it is not a service that is currently available. Completed Services: Front Subframe Replacement, Subframe Suspension Links Replacement, Oil Change+Filter, & Wheel Alignment.

2021-10-11I am very please with this business and will definitely be returning and recommending.I had an issue with my van, was asked to bring it in the next day to be looked over, within a day my van was fixed for a GREAT price and back on the road. Friendly staff also makes for a smooth interaction. Thank you guys again for fixing my van so quickly for me.

2020-11-12Kevin was great very professional. Did everything possible to fix rear rattle noise. Fixed it up with a couple new shocks and did a great job on the horn and brakes (and fixed all other random pieces falling off my car without even asking!l and no extra charge to make sure rattling noise was gone, and it was!!!)Prices are great, some of the best near 48111, and great professionalism and hospitality.Will definitely be returning for all my car needs.Thanks Kevin!!
