Comment: Ive been with this team for 30 years! Theres a good reason for that - they are outstanding in their customer service. Nancy & Jose are so patient (explaining things, again & again when I needed!), so quick to respond, very respectful of costs, and they have covered me for every need I ever had - even things other Insurance Co. s walked away from when risks were too high. OK, climate change has affected us all now, but this team has always found me resources if they were not able to cover me directly. They go over and above, and Ive always felt SO SAFE in their care. I cant imagine anyone doing Joses and Karinas customer service any better., and Kristi herself is superb. When i purchased a little mountain cabin, she drove nearly 100 miles to check it out for me and has been its agent ever since. Five stars!

Comment: I usually deal with her associate Jose Carrillo, who has been hands-down excellent.I am a recent new-home owner, and needed home-owners insurance, as well as full-coverage on my car. Being a home-owner I needed to increase my coverage greatly in order to protect my assets. Jose is very patient in answering all questions, but before that he really breaks down all potential concerns and provides all information needed to make the decision best for you. This was of crucial importance to me because I wanted to make sure I was well-covered, but I also didnt want to overspend on coverage I didnt need.I truly cant say enough good things about this guy and this office. My boss uses them and he uses nothing but the best. I feel extremely fortunate to have an insurance agent office such as this one having my back.
