Price went up 60 cents from the time I got out of the car to pick up the pump, I asked the lady i pulled up at the lower price. She said she got the call and did it, all she had to do was wait for me to pump. I was the only one at the station.
Their air machine sucks. 3 minutes for $1. Outrageous! It takes longer than that to fill 4 tires. Other than that, its a clean gas station with friendly attendants.
Always be able to use my Kroger card and I get a discount and Ive always enjoy my visit when I go to the Kroger Fuel Center and the staff is always very courteous

Employees need more training and be fast especially in cold weather they need to move customers fast in make them wait in the cold because the employee don’t know his job

No better no worse than any other gas station. This station had higher prices but since I was using points it brought it down to prices at other stations.

2022-07-21Incorrect Business hours. Drove here because it said they were open till 11 PM but when I got here at 10pm they were closed. Talked to the store and they said the hours have been the same since the pandemic.

2021-02-26Nice gas station but how am I saving with my Kroger points when its 30 cents more at the Kroger gas station than it is down the street? and not to mention the employees make you wait out in the freezing cold wondering where they are when theres nobodys at the front counter. 🥶

2021-09-11Went here to fill up on gas and the employee did not use my august fuel points like I asked and he said he could do it. He did not put the points on there so I end up paying full price. Ask him about it then he say he cant do it. Never again will I come back. If you didnt know how just say that dont lie

2021-02-17Terrible service. Horrible. My vehicle was parked right by there building. There are ways of servicing the customer. Asked if they was my truck next to the building. Yes maam thats my truck. I cannot give you service unless you move your truck to a pump. Well .... The pumps are all occupied and 2 cars in front of me and on behind me. Where do you want me to move? Really . All I need is a few things to purchase. Sir you have to move your vehicle. Where too . Unbelievable

2018-10-25I go here all the time. Ive never had a problem with the gas and the staff is friendly and helpful. If you go here you should get your fuel points ready because that is the most affordable way to get gas in the area. I would say its the place to easily get in and out if you need to.

2017-12-26Krogers gas prices are the best around. Personnel are always friendly and courteous. Area is always clean and up-to-date. Never a problem always well lit. I love this gas station.

2019-10-10Friday, October 4th, I used pump 15 which locked my card into the machine and took a few scans to get working. The next day I get several calls from my bank saying fraudulent activity has been noticed. This is my gas credit card and hadnt been used in a week plus. I called Kroger, no response. I called the fuel center and got we dont put skimmers in pumps. Well no s@!#...but somebody else likely did!!End result, called Dearborn police, made a report, and will never come to this station again! Please be aware, this is beyond sketchy!

2018-01-01I explain to the attendtant who was there at the time. That this was my first visit and explain to me however thing works. She was kinda negative to me as well as telling me she couldnt change a $100.00 bill yet there were alot of vehicles there. I couldnt understand that! Yet I saw a customer give her more then enough to change it.. Yes .30 cent off for gas was good. But they way she ended up treating me and playing favoritism towards some of the customers. I didnt find that polite at all. If you can tell one person to have a Happy New Year or any good comment tell everyone that instead of having a nasty attiude. This would be the attendant that was there at about 3p.m. Then she told one customer that was a GOOD STATEMENT! WHAT WAS A GOOD STATEMENT BECAUSE OF HIM WEARING MICHIGAN GEAR OR WHAT? THEN THE GUY IN FRONT OF ME SHE PRATICALLY YELL AT HIM BECAUSE SHE WASNT READY FOR HIM... POOR SERVICE....

2016-07-03The area is always clean however THE FUEL POINTS ARE ALWAY OFFLINE! Whats the point in getting fuel points if they can NEVER be used. For the past 3 or 4 weekends they have always been offline.
