Kroger in other cities:
Be sure to bag your own groceries. Every time they bag my groceries Im missing items. Theyre on my receipt but when I get home they somehow disappeared. Too often has it happened to be coincidence. It never happens when I bag my own groceries. Next time Im misding groceries, Im coming up to the store and taking back what you stole from me. I dont care if I have to go back in the isles and pull it off the shelves. I will not let you thieves rob me anymore.
This store used to be wonderful, but it has definitely changed. It’s partly my fault for not checking the expiration date, but it’s also the meat department’s responsibility to their customers to not sell rotten meat. I purchased lamb on November 19th, with an expiration of the 10th. I didn’t notice until tonight when I tried to cook it and noticed the smell. I’m extremely disappointed.
Would give zero stars if I could. Placed an online pickup order so I could quickly grab groceries on my lunch break. Used the “on my way feature” and arrived right at the start of my pickup window. I waited 30 minutes (after seeing other people get their pickup orders just fine) and an associate approached my car and told me it would be 20 more minutes. That was all fine to me - however, after 30 more minutes of waiting I called the store and was told that my order would not be ready until 4:00. Even better, they don’t have a manager at this store to field customer complaints or process refunds so had to wait an additional 45 minutes on hold with customer service to get my money back.TLDR: Avoid this store at all costs, they dont care about wasting your time and have the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Meijer is better.
Consistently messes up pick-up orders. Switched my order with someone elses and wanted me to wait for them to bring back and was going to give me those groceries! When I asked for them to be repulled was told dont know how long it would take. Asked for refund they said only corporate issues refunds and it would take 10 days. It took 2 weeks!
Extremely lazy employees. I was at self checkout and had 8 gallon jugs of water and kindly asked the employee if they could scan them. The employee looked at me and stated that they can only scan them if I had 12 or more. He also seemed pre occupied doodling on a piece of paper. So I had to scan all of the gallons one by one. Mind you I was at the register right next to the employees desk. I went to the customer service desk and let the employee there know the situation. Her name was Chris.
Nice, clean store throughout. The dairy department is the best of all the Krogers Ive ever shopped at. Clean, organized and stocked. The dairy manager was very kind, and helpful and located the items I was looking for. Will surely be returning to shop at this location.
Literally every time we go to this location the lines are down the isles, they have 3 sections of self scans yet only 1 is ever open??? There literally self scan why are they closed?? Store is poorly stocked and shelves are normally a mess, lots of items out of stock. If you can go to a different location I would recommend it.
I was at this store and received horrible service! The Lady in front of me realized that she had forgotten several items once it was time to pay. She asked the cashier to suspend her order so she could do some more shopping. The cashier (Sharon) decided to wait for the customer after five minutes I asked her to suspend the order so I could ring up my items and she told me no it wasn’t possible. Then after another five minutes the other cashier told her to suspend the order because she couldn’t keep people waiting. She then couldn’t figure out how to suspend the customers order, the customer finally shows up and asks why Sharon didn’t suspend her order. She had no idea the line was being held up. Then there was a payment issue and the customer needed to get her debit card and again she asked for the order to be suspended and again Sharon did not. I have never experienced anything like this ever and after this I will not return to this Kroger!
Usually clean which I appreciate. Staff are not helpful and when asked for help they act like its the worst thing and roll their eyes. My recent trip is the reason I gave a 1 star. The cashier Velinda ignored me when I asked for help at the self check out. Another staff came and helped me instead but when I checked out I had issues with my card and asked Velinda for help she questioned my card for no reason and also ignored the concern I had of the extra charge on my purchase. Totally unprofessional and terrible customer service!
I literally never come here. I go to thr Kroger by my house and I was in the area and I regret it. The cashier at register 14 around 1030/11 was tall and looked and spoke like a man but definitely was a woman, was completely rude to my 2 year old for touching the plastic divider while I was paying. After I heard her say It i told him no once I saw him doing it and he stopped. Then I heard her loudly say to the people she was ringing up OH MY GOD so I said it wasnt a big deal and left. That was absolutely ridiculous. You shouldnt work in retail if youre unhappy and you cant control your self.
I am glad we dont live in the area to have this as our kroger. On Saturday 9/5/20 around 430pm, We were in the area so i wanted to stop in to get fruit we needed. The bagged Kroger peaches and plums had so many flies in and around the bag, it looked as though no employee had gone through them to get rid of the bad ones. Then upon checking out at the self check out, the woman working was VERY RUDE. I was asking for help and with the amount of eye rolling I seen, attitude, and the way she spoke to me, no employee should act or talk to a customer like she did to me. I was over all, highly disappointed. I am happy this isnt our local Kroger!
So on 10/16/20 around 10:15am I called in to put in for a 4ft party sub sandwich with the Deli for Saturday 10/17/20. At first they advised they wouldn’t be able to do it but I explained to them that I had call the day before and was advised to call Friday morning instead. I was very specific in what I requested for the sub. I wanted half ham and half turkey, and on half of the ham I requested American cheese, and on half of the turkey I requested cheddar cheese. I also requested only lettuce and tomatoes on the sub no type of dressing/spread or anything. However they did put some type of dressing/spread in the sub. Even the bread used was hard. I was not happy with the outcome nor was the sub sandwich good. I shop at this store plenty of times and never really have issues here but this really disappointed me. I can say I would never order a party sub from here again.
Probably the cleanest and nicest Kroger in the area. We live close by and this is our go to store. Its usually well stocked and once you figure out the layout, its a nice store. Never had any issues. Have purchased sushi here a few times and it was pretty good for grocery store fair. I will be getting it again. Checkout is a little easier because they have two self check out areas with 6 or so scanners at each area. Weve always been able to get in and out without any trouble.
Store was clean and fairly well stocked, also pleasant to navigate despite the recent chaos! However, I was painfully surprised with the number of people, employees included, who had masks on but werent properly wearing them (either hanging by their chin, or not properly covering their noses). Come on, people.
RUDE STAFF! I give this store zero stars. This is not the first time that the staff is rude and inpatient. I forget and keep coming to this Kroger, because it’s kind of close to me. I like Kroger products this store Merriman and 5 mile there is always RUDE. This time was the at the register. No need to be like that. I am considering not buying Kroger at all. You know what there are many other stores you have a consistency to be RUDE. Without people that comes to your store you can’t get the staff you need is all interconnected. So you lost many customers lately and will continue having bad reputation. I know several people that prefer driving 15 minutes to have a better experience somewhere else.
This is the store that I normally shop at. I am so tired of planning out my meals and writing my lists and then getting to the store just to see that they are out of a lot of items. And I shop at different times throughout the week and weekend. It is consistently an inconvenience especially being pregnant with two toddlers.I’m also a big fan of ordering and picking up which is no better here. People who are not there for grocery pick up, park in the spots. And of course the items I order are consistently out, making the $5 fee worthless because now I have to come back at another time when they have restocked the item. Other stores have been so much better at substituting than this store. For example, I order organic celery. They are out of the brand, and so they substitute with a non-organic one even though there are other organic celeries to choose from. They’ve also given double items and charged for it, added items that I never even ordered, etc.Overall I am just really frustrated and irritated that they don’t know how to order enough of items that are obviously popular or popular during a sale. I have taken a lot of my grocery shopping elsewhere knowing that if I take a trip here, they will be out of what I need.
For the 1st time ever, I didnt receive a text or an email requesting approval for substitutions for my pick up order. Among my order were 3 items that were inedible and unacceptable as replacements. I drove back to the store to return them. Was passed off to 4 people. One of them, CHRISTINE, the store managers treatment to me was reprehensible, almost Jerry Springer like. She accused me of eye rolling and putting my finger in her face. Eye rolling, sure, with a mask on, its the only way to communicate frustration. Finger in the face was entirely untrue as both my hands were full and that isnt something I do anyway.Needless to say I was forced to take my unusable items and leave the store. If you frequent this location, 5 mile and merriman, Livonia, Mi... Watch out for CHRISTINE, you wont get any respect or customer service from her.
This is where my family does most of our grocery shopping. The store is clean, modern, and well organized. The staff are generally very friendly and well trained, able to point me in the right direction if I have questions. Its usually pretty well stocked, but its a busy store and sometimes theyve run out of something I was looking for. Theres always enough checkout lanes open so that the lines are never super terrible, though at peak hours youre still going to wait, just like anywhere.
Great produce and deli section. Little throw back everything else, as I found most items I wanted there seemed to be quite a few sections short on items. I went on a Tuesday around 11am and I did see a lot of stocking going on, just curious why there was so much going on. Overall a good shopping experience.
This is a good store. Its well designed. I like that the produce section is right in front when you walk in. This place is very busy, especially on the weekend. The checkout lines move at a decent pace. The parking lot seems to be small, but thats from being so busy. Not the easiest for quick trip.
Prices and selection were just fine. Lots of cashiers so checking out was nice and easy. Id like to see them expand their International food section. They used to have a greater selection. Now they mostly have Asian and Latin. They used to have some Jewish foods and others. This could be improved.
I love my Kroger they are always friendly and helpful. I left my fruit at another store 25 miles from my local store & was able to get those items at my local store with my receipt. I just want to say thanks to two customers reps for working with me. Another thanks for making my experience easier & again as always shopping with my local team.
Im usually in and out pretty fast even with a small line of people. The cashiers arent always friendly (they will ring you up without even saying hello) but thats not an issue when using self-checkout. Store is usually well stocked and this keeps me coming back. The produce doesnt always look the best and the deli counter can be really slow even when not busy.
Management is rude and disrespectful. I bought a watermelon that was bad. When I called to see about bringing back to exchange I was treated very badly. Basically called a liar even when I said Id bring the melon to show them. Dont bother were not replacing it or giving a refund. Last time I shop there.
Love this Kroger. Love the starbucks inside. Always organized. One of the main areas I love about it is the cheese section. It reminds me of holiday market in royal oak. the bakery is awesome too! they never let me down for birthday cake orders. the lady there is so nice!
What a pleasant experience!!! The greeter Marcy had free coffee and donuts, orange juice. She thanked me for choosing Kroger. The employees at this particular store are very friendly and helpful. The bottle and can return area was spotless. With machines running smoothly. It appears to me that this store is well managed. Shelves are stocked, the isles and floors are clean.Thank- you for all the attention to detail that is maintained!!!Dave Wester
I used to love this store. After my mom and dad died, I would buy flowers here for their grave and the Starbucks workers practically knew me by name! This Kroger’s food and produce were second to none. On January the 10, I slipped and fell walking out of the store and hurt my back. I filed a claim with Sedgwick Claims & even reached out to the Phillips Edison Company, the landlord of the property. No one wanted to even offer me free groceries or reimbursement for my visit to ER or my medication. I guess I can do my shopping elsewhere. We do live in a world where not many folks care or exhibit love & compassion for others. Today I’m going back to my parents’ grave. I still talk to them as if they are here and I still feel that I can even cry to them when I feel wronged. Today is such a day. Be careful walking to and from this store and if you can, try practicing love and compassion to someone; we all need it and it’s never wasted. Thank you for reading.
This kroger always has top notch service and products. The produce is always fresh and available. The lines tend to move quickly and there are always enough lanes open. They have done their research and know how to run a store smoothly. The employees are pleasant to be around and very helpful. This is my preferred store to go to. It is a busy store but it never stops me from getting what I need as they are well stocked in my experience. The only downfall is that the parking lot is a little small as they share their space with other businesses, but thats minimal, much better than some of the other grocery stores located in Livonia.
Rude Staff, one employee told us to count our bottles because the bottle machines were full, and the lady at the counter could write us a receipt for them. Once we counted them all the lady ran over to tell us that they dont do that, and pushed other customers out of the bottle area and locked it saying it was closed.Ontop of having to walk our cart full of bottles back, there was a live bird flying around the bakery section and pooping on the baked goods.Severely disappointed longtime costumer, will be shopping elsewhere
I love this place. The quality of their food be dank. They make these delishhhhhh crumb pies. Apple, Cherry... oh laaaaaawd. Their fresh food is really good. Their prices arent terrible. Their selection is very good. The services and general facilities are very good quality. If you actually enjoy shopping at a place then its usually because theyre doing something right.
Pharmacy is excellent. They have your meds in a day or two if not in stock. Explain about your drugs in comprehensive manner. Get a call when SCRIP is filled. Can have scrips automatically filled or put on profile to call in when you need them. The pharmacy staff is professional and friendly. The Manager runs an extremely efficient business which is client centered. The dairy, deli, meat & seafood, produce, cheese & bakery are generally fully stocked and of fresh quality and have helpful personnel. Often, however, there are shortages in some of the other areas of the store.
Not pleased at all. The store was out of a bonus customer download item and the woman at the customer service desk told me they dont give rain checks for the items. She offered no alternative, said they would restock, or offer anything that would be compatible. Not friendly AT ALL. and acted like she really didnt want to be bothered with me. I will be trying a different location as there ARE others nearby.
Holidyg/=ay is coming up in 2 days. The store is packed! Only half the registers are on and being operated... and several of those are U scans There were literally NO carts. I managed to find a tiny cart. I could barely get my items into it. Asked 3 employees if they could help me get a large cart. They all had no clue what to do. Im in this store for several hours... there was NO STUFFING. NONE. I couldnt believe they didnt stock up on it ...... considering Thanksgiving is only days away. I finally got to check out. Im in line FOREVER. When i start ringing up stuff and its bagged... it no longer fit in my tiny cart so an employee had to hunt one down. There were literally 8 people in line behind me.... waiting. I finally am done! I get to my car and realize that my eggs are smashed and i was only given the top half of my receipt. Go back in.... wait in yet another line for ONE INDIVIDUAL handling customer service..... to help me. It took 10 minutes to get the eggs for me. Then about 20 minutes later I was given 5 sheets of paper with copies of my receipt. Hopefully Ibotta will accept this!!Used to love the store until i realized how little they value the time of their customers. Every register should have been active and given their employees additional hours!!!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!! They wouldnt issue rain checks for multiple items that they were out of. Shelves were CLEARED out. Cashier Sydney refused to complete my order. Manager Tangie felt it necessary to tell me she was on overtime and didnt have time for my needs (3 rain checks). So horrible. Dont shop this store.
Asked three employees if there was anymore of this product my grandma wanted the first two said they had no clue and couldn’t direct us to who would know. Finally we asked a man named Kendal and even though (I didn’t realize until we had already asked) he was off of work, he was so kind and went and got us exactly what we needed so thank you!
I was able to experience Krogers wonderful expired Gift Card technology today! I have never experienced such an efficient money sucking technology before. As it states on the card, Protect this card and treat it as you would cash, and Scan here to RELOAD! The next time I need more cash to go away, I will surely RELOAD!Thank YOU! No, thank you, Kroger!
Closest grocery store to my home but I do not believe that we will shop here ever again, why?1) About the 10th time in the past few months that there have been no carts in the store.2) Often out of staple items, milk, chicken SUGAR??3) MOST IMPORTANT. Tonight at 7:00PM, No carts again, store was very crowded; three cashiers each with six to eight customers in line, two baggers. When a woman complained about the carts both baggers went to the parking lot leaving no baggers. A year ago there would have been six to eight cahiers each with a bagger. Not blaming the staff but the company.
This is one of the larger Krogers Ive seen and the selection here is quite good. The produce generally looks good, there is a large baked good section and this location has a small amount of bulk goods to buy. The natural food section is the biggest Ive seen in any Kroger and there are so many choices for milk alternatives, I sometime had a hard time spotting what I needed! The cashiers generally get you through quickly and courteously.
I would love to give this Livonia 5-mile rd Kroger five stars because their fruit & veggie are always beautifully displayed. The bakery section is Awesome! Its one of my favorite Kroger stores. However, their ladies restroom is absolutely FILTHY! Ive brought guests & they agree! Kroger needs to outsource a cleaning crew for the ladies restroom. Even at 7:30a.m. the restroom is absolute filth!
My continued shopping at Kroger is up for grabs...this location is suspect..given the situation that happened to me on October 25th While shopping another shopper attached me in deli area..and was witnessed by a Assistant Manager Heather ..she got shopper away from me but would not remove the customer that threatened me and yelled slurs at me..its very upsetting that kroger feels powerless to remove shoppers that act this way..they were cautious about calling police.. Heather said to me this is livonia...it will take police too long to respond..so why call them..she radioed Store Manager Eddie...he was apologetic ..but still was unable to control situation.. was apprehensive about calling police... while they let this nut to continue to shop...I dont feel safe shopping this location any longer..so I wont..in fact I reported this to Kroger michigan Coprate office in Novi..and still havent heard a response...lacking the response to this serious situation..I will take my business elsewhere..too many other grocery stores ..to put up with this..
So being a fan of sushi and feeling a bit hungry, I caved and decided to get myself some salmon nigiri. I was relictant on my previous trips because the meat of the fish didnt appear fresh- the meat looked a bit grainy as if it had dried out. But I bought some today, and the chef at the Snowfox bar was kind and welcoming. Im not a picky eater. But I will not be buying sushi in general from there again, and heres why:The meat is obviously a little dried out and easy to pull apart like string cheese. Ive also spotted a line of black that were deep in the flesh between the meats fibers that no knife could have gotten to with the way the cuts were made, nor without damage- which there was none. These marks came from within the meat itself and not through external means. On the surface of the meat there were also flecks of red and green; signs of unwanted spices and flavorings used from other dishes that transferred from cross contamination. And the rice has also started to dry out, becoming tacky and rubbery on the outside. Some grains were even hard!Deciding to hazard a taste, I passed over the pieces with black flecks and chose a cleaner looking piece to try without anything else present to the naked eye. Immediately I was greeted with something unpleasantly hot and spicy despite the presence of no flakes in what is supposed to be an otherwise gently-flavored and subtle dish. Remebering something a little funny from earlier I saw at checkout but didnt think anything of it, I checked under the tray and... Yep. There it was. Evidince that the previous tags were ripped off. The ingredients from the previous tag in comparison to the actual dish seem to be for different dishes! Do they just recycle the trays? Ive included images of my purchase- youll notice three of the pieces of sushi were removed because Ive promptly trashed them. And to be honest, $13 seems a little pricy for something that doesnt look as fresh. (Sorry for bad quality in advance, it is the phone)What is supposed to be three or maybe even four stars for the actual overall store has been reduced to two due to bad and unsafe practices in their partner Snowfox and their sushi bar. Some people have a sensitivity to spices and are allergic to them even such as myself. That on top of what appears to be soiled meat with some sort of growths within the flesh could get people seriously sick. Get a health inspector and have Snowfox give their employees a review, because I am seriously disappointed and very concerned for the health and safety of their unknowing customers. Stay safe, everyone.P.S.- For those of you looking for cheap, fresh, genuine sushi, I suggest for you to look elsewhere. My number one reccomendation- if you dont mind literally stepping into a slice of Japan for a meal- is One World Market near the city here in Livonia. Never in all the years that I have been going to the little food market with its small restaurant tucked in the corner have I ever been disappointed in them, and your jaw will drop at the quality of their products and their prices and may quickly become a new favorite place for a treat. My personal reccomendation is their Salmon Bowl. Good luck from keeping your mouth from watering!
Ive been shopping at this store for qiute a while now. Evrething you need is here, organized and clean. Employees are nice. But ever since, I havent like taken notice of their sushi bar (Snowfox) before. Up until about 2-3 months ago, a new crew was there. The chef was friendly, approachable and accomodating. Same goes with his staff. I love sushi and would really like to try them. Stayed for it to be made. He was very adept with his knife and he knows what he was doing. He maintains cleanliness and after making one of this. He washes his knives and boards immediately for the next dish. And working with gloves of course. Iam very particular about the food I eat and how it is prepared. All ingredients are very fresh and if you cant find it in the shelf, hell make it for you. Now Iam one of Snowfoxs regular. He has a very happy disposition and serves and values his customers very well.If given the chance to have a bigger space to work on. I thimk he can do more than just making sushi. He can make a lot more products to sell.
Thank you to a young lady named Toiya who helped me do a return and exchange quickly, and thank you to a woman named Cindy who helped me find the toothpaste I was looking for, she found it immediately! You two ladies make me appreciate the Kroger grocery store even better! -Heather, shopping in a hurry on Monday afternoon
Worst experience I have ever had with any Kroger! People dont know how to ring stuff correctly & what customer service is at all in this store! Throwing groceries that have already been paid for by me out of the cart. Nobody smiles or even looks like greeting you into the store or at the checkout. They do however smile sarcastically to each other, discussing amongst themselves what happened at the register so that service person needs to - citation do a lot of unnecessary work for me at the service desk
Was trying to get to an self check out register and one of their employees cut me of walking right infront of me, and then their other employee stole the machine I was walking up to use. The attendant at the machines didnt say anything to him...very rude not good customer Service will be looking to use another location or different grocery store all together.
I love the fact that every time I stop by there at 5:30 after work for a chicken family meal they never have any chicken. The woman behind the counter is the most rudest nastiest person you could ever deal with their. No offer to make any more or that theres anything else coming out of the broaster. Of course why would you have family meals ready around 5 when people are getting off of work and would be stopping by to get groceries and a meal. Best to cook it first thing in the morning for breakfast and whatever. Ill go to Meijer from now on.
This place is horrible at staffing, they have a million people walking around who are supposed to be stockin yet nothing is stocked. Secondly there are never any baggers. I had to personally bag the women’s groceries in front of me who was a single mother, and then bag my nine month pregnant wife’s groceries as well. So I called the store and asked to speak to a manger told her what happened and suggest that they need to hire more people or staff differently and she hung up on me. Real nice Kroger, hire a trashy manager who can’t handle a concern. I will be calling coperate and your store until the store manager handles this situation.
Better than Meijer! As a girl from the west-side of the state, Meijer is the place to shop. But on the East side theyre horribly dirty and crowded! I always left feeling depressed. I hesitated switching to Kroger because of my west-side loyalty, but I did it a few weeks ago and wished Id done it sooner. This Kroger is so nice, so clean, friendly, and I dont leave feeling sad but instead energized! They have a really great produce selection, a great less-processed food section for those looking to eat healthier, and a clean/organized environment. Im continually surprised at the products Im able to find here. It also helps that this store is not a super store like Meijer which leads to the long lines and gigantic parking lot. Flow is a lot more controlled at Kroger. I urge you to check it out :)
Pretty average for a Kroger but the deli gets 1 star. Its terrible. Took 15 minutes to get through 2 customers when 4 employees are behind the counter but only 1 is waiting on eight customers and then they act like that wait is ok because they believe they are the ones doing you a favor. Just pitiful.
The deli department is the slowest deli department that I have ever in my life been to they lose your meat and then you have to wait because theyve already started on another customer to let customers done for them to redo your meat so deli department most of them need to be fired and rehired with at least 5 years experience before you get the job and you have to do the cutting slicing or whatever and under 1 minute the manager last night either his name is Gary or Glenn was very nice I give him a five star rating but the rest one and under
So much produce was gone early in the day and a few moldy fruits openly sitting there. Stocking the fruit/veggies need to improve!! When I asked for fresh non-moldy cherries the clerk made an excuse that were not perfect instead of trying to fix the issue, while she carried away 7 bags of moldy cherries. Not the first time this has happened, but we continue to go bc of location.
Aweful!!! My register broke so i had to be moved. Supervisor Portia called srcurty over because of 2 measly coupons! I was in shock. She pulled items that werent mine from somewhere & put them on my order without even asking me. When i asked her about the items, she got all mad threw up her hands & said she wasnt doing my 2 coupons. When I told Manager Anthony about all the trouble I had, he & Portia had a laughed right infront of me. Anthony wouldnt take my 2 coupons. It took me 45 minutes to try to check out. When i said I was going to complain, Portia sad go ahead. Neither one of them care at all about their customers!
I have shopped here for 5 years, and after today I may never return. The lady refused to cash a payroll check because SHE AINT GOT IT. She said she had just made a money drop, and refused to get money. They offer check cashing for way larger amounts, so I was confused by her response. This isnt the first bad experience, but I will be the last. The bathrooms are alway disgusting, the produce is awful, the staff is not very attentive, and the place is very cramped.
As of this review, this Kroger location is undergoing an expansion, renovation, and remodel. Of all the times that I have shopped here, I have always been appreciative of the Kroger Value brand; the variety ranges from healthy to junky but the food never seems to disappoint me.The appeal of the store (before and during the recent makeover) is very contemporary with large font messages for easy guidance and neat-looking aisles. The various employees (deli, sushi, customer service, registers, baggers) are mostly sociable and friendly in doing their job. My only complaint would be that self-service check out can be problematic when trying to scan the barcode (we have had difficulties trying to get the item scanned in the past).
One of the best kept stores in the area is the 5 mile and merrimen Kroger. They do a great job employees are pleasent and they have updated frozen food section that has a lighting system that cycles on and off and I have read that helps the quality of the food stored therein
The elderly black woman in the customer service area has a VERY HORRIBLE attitude! Ive come on more than 3 different occasions & there always some reason why she cant cash my check...cant imagine Kroger cant cash a crummy $300 check...Go to Walmart, Meijer, Target...literally anywhere else!
So tonight I was at the self check out I left my change by mistake came back told them what happened as much as I shop there they wouldn’t even help me unbelievable!! And You need to talk to your customer service desk people about their attitudes and being a little bit more friendly at the desk when you return the items
Moved to the area last October and have always shopped Kroger. Unfortunately I will Never step foot in this particular location again. It is filthy disgusting and extremely dirty inside and out everytime I have gone. The staff are very sloppily dressed, behavoirly trashy, ill spoken and beyond RUDE. The MANAGEMNET SHOULD BE REPLACED IMMEDIATELY!!!!
David the store manager looked like he was on drugs, and smelt like heavy paraphernalia, an employee named Portia had the audacity to yell at me after trying to find help multiple times throughout the store aswell, recommended not to go here and if so stay clear of Portia she’s a snitch...

2022-04-09Grocery shopping 🛍 🛒 😌 ☺️. I have another brand new blog. Googlers I have pics 📸 2. Trying out a different location for the major grocery store chain Krogers ⛓️. Nice people working 💪 👷♀️ here & good service 👍. Allow some time ⏲️ when shopping 🛍 here. They are really busy. Plenty of people buying groceries & shopping 🛍 at this Livonia plaza. Well my grocery cart 🙃 is full. Time ⏲️ to go 🚶♂️. Be sure to visit this store as well as the plaza. Curbside pickup! Helping family 👪 members with their groceries. Krogers has a pretty good service pickup for post📫 pandemical times ⏲️. Had a little mix up with our order. Krogers supposed to give us same price if they void 😒 something out. 2022-04-22Kiki in the Bakery Dept saved the day. My baby turned 6 today and I went to SIX krogers all for them to be booked and busy and she fit me in and made this beautiful cake for my son. She was so kind and even honest about what she could and couldn’t create. She made this happen with 24hr notice. I really appreciate her for this. It’s actually prettier than the pic I showed her. My son Was so happy about his dinosaur cake. THANK YOU KIKI. YOU MADE OUR DAY!!!!!!!

2022-06-07Busiest location in this area. Long drive up wait times! Parking lot is very small and cramped. Hard time finding parking. Prefer to go to Northville location for drive up service.

2022-06-183 strikes, youre out. Its the 3rd time Ive gone where there have been absolutely enormous lines, people with carts FULL, and they simply cannot cash these people out in a timely manner. Wont be back! Save yourselves the time and hassle.

2019-04-07This is one of the best Krogers. The dairy department is always clean, stocked and organized. The produce is fresh and colorful. I sometimes stop at this one on the way home when I get the chance. The entire store, no matter how busy, is always clean, organized, and a quick in and out. All the staff in all departments are friendly and helpful

2022-06-21Consistently has 20+ minute wait for checkout. Not overly busy, just managed horribly. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

2022-03-11Worse customer service ever. Walked in to return cans and bottles and proceed with my groceries for the week, and as I am walking past the customer service desk one of the representatives told me the bottle return was already closed for the evening. I asked at what time the room closed and she replied 8 PM. I looked at my phone and it was 8:01. Instead of arguing with her I proceeded to go one mile down the road to Meijer. They not only are taking my cans but will also receive my business in $500 groceries. Been shopping at the 5 mile location for 20 years, and I will never step back foot in there again. Thanks!!

2022-06-27Today is the 2nd day I found the service desk closed. There was no sign for the hours. I asked if it was closed for the day last week & they just said yes. Today I asked what the hours are & was told that it would be closed another week since the person that works it is on vacation. I said you should put up a note & was told that theyre short on help. Too short on help to write a note? How insulting. What a nasty manager!Bottle room pretty crowded early Sunday morning. 3 different times stated for pharmacy on Sunday.

2022-06-21Usually pretty goodSometime hit or missFriday bought a bag of orangesThat were rotten and had to go to my chickens on Sunday and be very careful at the pharmacy as my thirteen-year-old received three times the dose of his medication and Kroger not even enough decency to return a phone call to a customer so for the safety of yourself check everything at the store
