Hence, Im satisfied with her service. For sure, if I were asked whether I revisit this storage or not, I should revisit it when I need storage services!! My family loves Lakes Urgent care. Dr. Sarah Presley saw both of my boys days apart for sinus/ear infections and she is WONDERFUL. She is gentle, kind and explains everything she is going to do in kid friendly language so they feel comfortable. The nurses and staff at the front desk are welcoming and polite too.
Very friendly and efficient staff. Had results for Covid/flu test back within 20 minutes. Everyone we interacted with seemed knowledgeable. This will be where we go in the future for any urgent care visits.
I’ve been to Lakes Urgent Care several times now for Covid tests, and they are always organized, it’s clean inside, they’re thorough, and the people there are very friendly and efficient. I like that you can make an appointment online too. Definitely recommend!
We appreciate the office enabling us to have the quick Covid test, even though we have no symptoms, as I am to travel to see grandchildren in 2days and I also just donated platelets at Red Cross, next door, yesterday. We especially were grateful to get negative results! Thank you.
Went to Livonia Lakes Urgent Care and had a great experience! They got me in and out in no time. I was seen by the medical assistant Jessica and the provider was Sarah Presley. The care provided to me was sincere and thorough. Definitely will be returning!
Dr. Lisa Norris is extremely rude. Prior to todays unprofessional experience I would’ve given them 4-5 stars because the front desk staff and other doctor we’ve seen were all pleasant and professional and great with my children. After testing positive here 10-12 days ago we’re back today since we’re all still coughing to see if we’re still positive. Dr. Lisa Norris came in and preceded to tell me that it was unnecessary because we look fine. Mind you we looked fine when we tested positive. I asked Dr Norris does that mean you won’t test my children and she threw her hands up in the air and said whatever you can do what you want and walked out the room. I got my kids and walked out the exam room and she says I was telling them to come in and test you kids and when I told her that she was completely rude and unprofessional because were patients she said sorry you feel that way. I will never return here. That’s a doctor that we’re supposed to trust!!! Never will I come back here.
I was just at Lakes Urgent Care today for my second time. I saw the same nurse, Kirby and the same PA, Sarah Preseley. They are such warm and welcoming people. In addition, they are very efficient. I would recommend this urgent care to all my friends and family.
I went to this Lakes urgent care in Livonia today, for a back lumbar injury. Sarah the PA, was rude comes in the room, introduces herself and starts talking like she has already diagnosed me. I came there for X-rays for a peace of mind to rule out if I had a back fracture? We went back and forth about that. She tried to prescribe an Rx for me and couldnt with the other meds I was taking for my pain. She tried to contact my primary doctor, and was on hold the whole time I was at urgent care. I got the X-rays done, her assistant tried to position me the best she could, unable to stand up straight so, not really good images. Im four months post- injury and couldnt get in to see my doctor so, I went there. This place is not recommended for serious injuries in my opinion.
I had a wonderful experience, staff was very friendly and quick to get me in and out! I will use this urgent care again if ever needed! I also will recommend them to family and freinds!
I needed to see my primary Care doctor and they were too busy to see me so they suggested I go to an Urgent Care I went to Lakes Urgent Care Livonia and they took me in within a few minutes. I saw a PA (Nour ) she was great, friendly, diagnosed me within minutes. I had a question about my prescription couple of days later I called and Nour was busy but she called me back as soon as she was done. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends!
The staff is friendly and caring and didnt have a long wait time. The doctor listened to my concern before my examination which was very thorough. My experience at Lakes Urgent Care was awesome.

I came in very sick with pneumonia. I felt rushed and blown off, and was misdiagnosed and given a short antibiotic course which allowed my pneumonia to come back stronger a week later.
Very professional staff. Short wait time, maybe 15 mins. Got my xray, got a boot and was on my way. Waiting room and exam room was very clean!
Always friendly and thorough. Whether it be an unplanned urgent visit or sports physical, staff is always great. The providers are thorough, dont rush in and out. The front is friendly and efficient and the wait is never bad. I took my mother there after she had a bad experience at 7 & Newburgh urgent care, and she couldnt bieve the difference. Great experience both times I’ve been here. One time was for sick and the other for injury. Both times I was seen promptly and felt comfortable with their doctors diagnosis and recommendations. Staff was friendly as well. Highly recommend to anyone in the area
Very quick clean and friendly place. I definitely recommend them if your in the area and need to be seen and its not an emergency. When I got my covid and flu swab the nurse did very well. She was gentle and told you what was going to happen step by step so there was no surprises
My son was having stomach issues on a Saturday morning. I brought him here and everyone was very kind to both of us. Help was given very quickly and we were did not have to wait long at all. When we were leaving one of the women at the front desk gave my son a toy motorcycle to help him feel better.
I went to Lakes Urgent Care last night and was greeted promptly. I had a reasonable wait time. After getting to a room I was treated quickly. My entire time spent there was leads than 2 hours.
Everyone very nice! Doctor took the time to answer all my questions...they let my wife wait with me....very quick service. I highly recommend!
I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly, efficient and professional the staff was. Being new to urgent care, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the staff certainly exceeded my expectations. Will definitely recommend this location to friends and family members.
We had to wait for over 30 minutes though we were the only patient to be seen. The front desk person/receptionist was not friendly at all. When we inquired about the waiting time, she just said “it will be soon” and shut the glass door. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you are in a hurry.

Always professional and friendly. The doctors are AMAZING!!!! Im terrible because I cant remember the doctors name that treated me today (male), but he saw that I was worried something awful... He was very calming and reassuring. I was so grateful that he walked in the room. He was just what I needed. Lakes Urgent Care is THE BEST hands down!!
Quick, friendly, efficient, compassionate. Beautiful people rendering excellent medical care. If you have an afterhours medical situation, these highly trained professionals are waiting to take care of you. I very much appreciated my experience being constantly considered. I dont like going to the doctor, but they made me feel as comfortable as possible. My experience with them was the best of what medicine should be, even if youre a reluctant patient.
Why does staff/doctors seem so disinterested here? I suppose it is a fine place to go if you have a flu or a cut but I have visited other urgent care and this is nothing special.
Waited 3 hours to be seen for 120 seconds and get a z pack sent to a pharmacy. Some of the staff was friendly, only reason for 2 stars.

The receptionist was very professional. But however the Doctor was very unprofessional. I went in because I had a toothache and my face was swollen. He called himself checking my mouth with a flashlight from across the room. Which was impossible being that I couldnt really open my mouth. I remember seeing him when I came in, he was sitting behind the receptionist making faces like what is she doing here. I was only there for any where between 12/ 15 minutes. Great 2 stars for the receptionist and the time.
Easy peasy- scheduled online for an appt the next day. In and out, waiting for results. I was told I would get them next day, which is today. My mom went to the one in W Bloomfield. She was able to go same day and got results same day too. So I recommend both locations.
The physician who saw me was overall very thorough and explained my treatment very well. I didn’t feel when I left I was confused or unsure how to take the medication that was prescribed for me. As for the medical assistant that checked me in, she was unprofessional in her demeanor as well as appearance which is opposite from my past experiences at this location as they’ve always been very friendly and dressed appropriately.
Three hours waiting and no physician show up, i took day off my work because of pain in my stomach and ended up in the waiting room of lake Urgent care
Have never received such fast service in a clinic/doctors office in my life. Everyone was extremely professional and friendly. Both the PA and doctor showed concern and were very thorough. Would definitely go back again.

Chalet the nurse was super awesome she did the job well. My son Santino 5 1/2 years old needed his chin glued she took extra good care. Used strips to keep it from opening up bc of the spot it was in.
Great urgent care. Took my Mom in for a possible broken wrist (and it wasnt thank goodness). Everyone was so friendly and did a great job of taking care of her. Not too long of a wait once we got checked in and the whole process was great! Would definitely recommend going here to anyone!
Ive gone here for myself and my kids many times. Theyre usually very fast and thorough. Weve always had great care and no issues. This is our go-to urgent care for sure.
This is the best urgent care I’ve ever been to. The staff are kind, helpful and professional. Wait time is minimal and the care is excellent. The office and exam rooms are clean and everything is run efficiently. Highly recommend!!
I was not treated well for my knife cut wound , they glued it with a skin glue and let me go. No followups, no medication. When i sensed it getting infected I rushed to another Urgent care, where they prescribed antibiotics. The wound is swollen and infected as no proper medication was prescribed at the first place.
I was seen right away, and both Dr. Rosenbaum, and his assistant, Max, were very friendly and thorough in their exams. My prescriptions were phoned in immediately, so I was able to start treatment without delay. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who cant wait to see their primary care physician.
Tonights visit to Lakes Urgent Care was in stark contrast to a visit to a different urgent care facility several weeks ago. Everyone tonight was friendly and attentive. Staff were willing to introduce themselves and listen to my concerns. I am glad Lakes Urgent Care was available when I needed them! Five star service all the way!
There is a well and a sick waiting room which gets 5 stars alone! The staff is nice and they are efficient. The rooms are clean. The providers are knowledgeable and have positive bedside manner. This is the only urgent care I trust in Livonia!

I have gone to this Urgent Care twice for my young daughter. Both times everyone is very nice, comforting and helpful. Would recommend this place to others without question.
Awesome. Had Lumbar Surgery a week before and ended up with a bladder infection. There were times when I couldnt tell if the surgery was the culprit or not. Complications? Went to a well established hospital emergency room two days before. Same where I had surgery done. They gave me meds for pain and sent me home. Extreme pain continued. Claimed the catheter they used might have been the agitation of the bladder caused my UTI. The doctor here at Lakes Urgent Care suggested one of two things. Having a catheter at nearby hospital inserted or antibiotics. No choice for me. Antibiotics did the trick. Overnight. Thanks all involved here at Lakes Urgent Care Livonia making me catheter free today.
The staff at the front desk were the best ever. The Dr. That assisted me was the worst ever. I went because my foot was swollen. He polked the top of my feet with my socks on 3 times told me its not swollen and said just go home and put my foot up for a day. Did not want to do any x-rays and looked disappointed when I advised him I wanted them. This was a waste of time and money. When he got the x-rays back he stood in the door and said everything is normal. I am going to dispute the payment when billed.
I was in and out quickly. Also Dr Loren Chudler is amazing. He cares about his patients and knows his stuff. The staff was great. I’m grateful for their positive attitudes and top professionalism

Took my toddler here today since there were good reviews but we did not have a good experience with Dr. Mansour. The check-in and wait time was fine, the nurse was nice and helpful and seemed more knowledgeable than the doctor. He asked me the same questions at least twice and did not listen to my answers, cut me off. I brought my son because he had been coughing for 30 min straight before we took him and wasnt breathing well, doctor only tried to look in his mouth once (my son didnt want to let him), listened to his lungs and that was the end of the exam. Didnt offer any rsv or covid test even though the nurse said 4-5 kids were in today for rsv symptoms. At the end he was seriously googling a congestion medicine for children and showed me his Google result on his phone. I believe there must be good doctors here based on reviews, and staff was great but Im not sure what was going on with the doctor we saw...
Staff are very helpful and welcoming. I went there with my parents for a rapid COVID PCR test. They were organized and there was no delay. I asked for a different layout of the report and the physician there was understanding as well as the other staff, and had it done in couple of minutes with a smile on their face.
Sarah the PA was very helpful and nice. She made sure we had no questions unanswered.
Never, ever going back. If I had believed the doctor who didnt bother to look at my eye up close, I would have lost vision in eye. She proclaimed I had a sty from. 3 ft away. The pain was excruciating. I went straight to Henry Ford Emergency who immediately sent me to the Eye clinic for proper care. Dont waste your time

They’re very helpful, when I went to a throat doctor office to see a physician assistant (Bc they don’t have doctor available yet), that lady was offended I ask her why she don’t do strap throat test, and said “we’re not urgent care”, and they screwed my prescription, so I went to this urgent care. The doctor here is super helpful, he was explaining to me there are several criteria for prescribe antibiotics without testing, but he still did testing for me (rapid and the lab one both), as I want to know what happened.
I absolutely recommend anyone to go to Livonia Lakes Urgent Care! The staff at the front desk are very professional and friendly. Dr. T gave us vital information regarding our visit without us asking questions. She was engaging and truly helped us get a Covid test with results within 24 hours. What a wonderful place! Was in and out in less than an hour, and all the folks who helped me with my shingles situation where are wonderful!
We went in because I suspected my son had an ear infection. My son happens to be on the spectrum and still has problems communicating with us,so I took him just in case. Turns out he did not have an ear infection but the medical assistant (I didnt grab his name but he had long blonde hair), was INCREDIBLE with my kiddo. My son started having a meltdown (he has a fear of the doctors office) and the med asst was quick to get him a fidgit toy. He spoke to my son and was just so good with him. I cant say enough about how great he was with my kiddo! As a mom with a special needs child, you get used to the stares and the judgment and even having to explain his asd even at the doctors office etc. He made me feel so at ease and made my son feel at ease too, which was even better. He needs a raise! The doc was great too, I was just very impressed with the medical assistant. He made our day!
This was my first experience here as a patient. I don’t think it could’ve gone any smoother than it did. I was in and out within 15 mins and not a second was wasted. Kassie was very professional and kind. The MA’s are excellent and clearly know what they’re doing. Dr Hakim was both thorough and did I mention, he was very dreamy. He gave me Grey’s Anatomy vibes. Overall, 10/10! This will continue to be my go-to urgent care for both myself and loved ones.

I went in today for a covid test, very fast polite professional people. Its the only urgent care I go to.

Staff was rude and not consistent in giving out information. I called to confirm I could have a rapid covid test done so I could have a procedure and whoever answered the phone said yes and that I needed to see a doctor for that and to make and appointment. I made an appointment for later that evening. It says to arrive ten minutes prior which I did and then I sat there for over an hour and then I was taken to a room for the test. Never saw a doctor and was told that I wouldn’t be getting the rapid test because I didn’t have symptoms and they weren’t doing rapid tests anymore anyways. I said I would pay out of pocket and they flat out refused. I know lots of people need tests but then why not say they weren’t doing rapid tests anymore. Arielle was beyond rude when I called to speak to a supervisor about the issues. I’m not normally “that person” but when I spent over an hour there because of something they told me to do and I was following their procedures and then for them to tell me they weren’t going to do it after all of that if very frustrating.
I was checked in and seen quickly (most appreciated). Doctor performed x-rays and referred me to Orthopedic specialist. They gave me a disc with the x-ray images. I checked the disc when I got home and it was BLANK. So I went back to Urgent Care to get it corrected. They assured me the disc was updated but when I went to my specialist appointment, the disc was still BLANK so x-rays had to be redone - ugh! Apparently, this is a very common problem with this site based on what I was told. It’s a shame because I would have 5 starred them otherwise.
The facility was clean and staff were very professional and courteous. I didnt wait long to be seen by the doctor. He diagnosed my problem and wrote prescriptions for the problem. I will recommend this urgent care facility to everyone.
Everyone that works there is great. Super friendly and they were amazing with my 3 year old. Very thorough and don’t seem like they’re just trying to push you out the door like some urgent cares.
Was recommended here by my mom to come here Sunday when I cut my hand really bad. The medical assistant and doctor were both very friendly and patient with me. I ended up having stitches and was nervous. Thank you 😊

Great experience from entrance to exit.Update: I returned in under a week for a broken bone. The service was once again fast, professional and friendly. I had an exam, x-rays, was splinted and wrapped in under an hour. A special shout out to the two young women at the front desk who are absolute gems!After two visits I cannot recommend Lakes enough.
I showed up near closing and the doctor and nurses took their time to check on me and even order x-rays. Doctor called the ER personally and referred me to a doctor there. If it werent for their time and care I wouldnt have gone and found out I needed emergency surgery. Highly recommend this office and team. I am very grateful to them.
This place is a scam. I call to see if they could do Surgury clearance? The doctor said they could. Charged my insurance, only to tell me I couldn’t be cleared because of my ekg and I needed to see a heart specialist. I had another ekg done somewhere else and my heart is fine and nothing is wrong with it. The nurse that did my blood work didn’t know what she was doing. Wouldn’t recommend this place. Come to find out urgent care facility’s can not clear you for Surgury. But they will not tell you until after they charge your insurance. Watch out lots of scams going on behind this.
Everyone was professional, friendly and they were willing to see me when my own doctor was not. The wait was less than five minutes and the medication I was prescribed didnt put me in the poor house. I would go back given the same situation.
I came here for flu-like symptoms. At around 10am on a Wednesday.The staff was quick, and I was seen by an MA/Nurse in about 2 minutes. I was accurately diagnosed, and my prescriptions were correctly e-prescribed to my preferred pharmacy (which doesn’t always happen, trust me). The Doctor was very nice, fast, and it was overall a great experience.

Went in Sat for a broken finger. They were short staffed with a 2hr wait. They were fast and efficient. I was in and out within 2hr. Ive been here a number of times without any issues or complaints. This was the first time Ive had to wait more than a few minutes.
Every single staff member was very friendly and professional. It was easy to set up an appointment for a covid test online and go in. I was in and out within an hour. So helpful!
Quick in and out for antibody testing. I did not feel nervous at all. Very well sanitized. I loved the fact that the staff sanitized the clip board and pen after my use. Also, hand sanitizers are at easy to reach places. Staff is friendly and did not make me wait long. Thank you, staff and Doctor. Great job!! Two thumbs up!!
Friendly staff, nice building and waiting room. By the time I finished filling out the paperwork I was already being seen. The doctor gave me clear and concise treatment and direction, and all support staff were professional but also had a healthy humor and helped me feel better in my mind as well. Didnt require me to have insurance, and didnt destroy my savings. All in all, a perfect experience. Thank you, lakes urgent care.
I was impressed with the medical staff when I took my son there today. The girl at the front desk was very prompt and attentive, the medical assistant was Very comforting for my toddler who does not like being at the dr at all, gave him spider man stickers for cooperating well and the physician was also obviously knowledgeable and very kind. I would definitely recommend this Urgent care for any of my family and friends.
I got excellent car and didn’t have to wait to long at all to see the doctor. Doctor explained everything to me very well and stressed I needed to seek the ER if things to improve in the next 48 hours. The doctor was very nice but firm about what I needed to do, especially with all my other health issues. Very pleased with my service the two times I have been to this urgent care facility.
Quick and easy, in and out in under 25 minutes. Maybe it was the time of day, but i was very pleased on how efficient my visit was. Environment is up to date and very clean. Will absolutely go back if the need ever arises again.Edit: in under 10 minutes I had a Covid test and spoke with the doctor. In 20 minutes they had my test results for me. Again the staff and efficiency of this urgent care center are top notch
I’m so happy I went there to be seen today. Dr Chudler was more than helpful. Very nice doctor, listened to what my concerns were and was able to treat me within 15 mins of me getting in and filling out paperwork. I would definitely recommend Lakes Urgent Care, and Dr. Chudler.Office was very clean and receptionists were very pleasant.
Sunday wait time was under 3 minutes. Just took my book out of my purse and I was called back. Professional and knowledgeable yet friendly and comforting. Would give 10 stars if I could.
Lakes urgent care was conveniently located. When I called the receptionist was pleasant and answered my questions. Upon arrival the office staff was pleasant and efficient. I was taken in only a few minutes after registering and again the staff was pleasant and efficient. Dr. Children examined me for a minor ear problem, he answered all of my questions and ordered the appropriate treatment. The whole visit was professional and efficient. I would not hesitate to use Lakes Urgent care in the future if the need arises.
We have used this place for various reasons for every member of our family (2 adults and a now 5 year old). Theyve always been fast, courteous, and helpful. I would (and have) recommend them to anyone asking urgent care.
Ive been going to this urgent care for 4 years. The staff is amazing and normally I love the doctors. I saw Dr. Sinclair today and she lectured me about the over use of antibiotics. Then she sent me home with two scripts. One for a nasal spray and the other for Zyrtec D. She said if things got worse I could follow up with my PCP. I explained to her that i do not have a PCP and that my symptoms have progressively gotten worse since Monday. She told me I would have to come back to see them or she could give me a referral to a PCP, either way there was nothing more she could do. When arriving at the pharmacy they wanted to know why the script was filled out incorrectly and if I still wanted the Zyrtec because it was an over the counter medication and insurance would not cover it. I called back to the Dr. to figure out what to do and she would not help me in any other way except to say come back if it gets worse. I paid my co-pay today then she wanted me to pay $40 Otc for a allergy medication and $10 for a nasal spray when Ive been taking 4 difference kinds of both at home. Then return in 5 to 10 days for another co-pay and script. Worst visit Ive ever had at this urgent care. Im not expecting her to write me every script but I would hope she would listen better to my history and know that I waited until the OTC wasnt working thats when I came in for more not to be prescribed more OTC medication. I will return but not to see this doctor again. She wasted my time, insurance, and patience today when I felt miserable.
This place was awesome! Phone etiquette was amazing and they accommodated me last minute. Once I was there the environment was clean, staff was really nice informative and even with everything going on with this pandemic they were very attentive and professional. Super helpful and even though I went just for testing the doctor made sure to stop in and answer any questions I had. I’d recommend this place for any urgent needs!
The staff was very personable and friendly. My mom has dementia and it normally very difficult to work with her and staff on doctor visits but the staff enabled a easy visit. They were very professional and timely. I would definitely recommend this facility for your urgent care needs.

Lakes Urgent Care is very professional. I was seen quickly and the Dr was very kind. Michael who did my Covid test friendly and knowleable.
The entire staff was wonderful. From the front desk staff, to the MA & PA - they were all very kind, patient and professional. Truthfully, we ended up there out of desperation (our regular urgent care couldn’t see us, and another other had a long wait) but am SO happy with the outcome! will definitely be going back!
Being in the health care field myself, Im very critical in my assessment of a health care facility. I found Lakes Urgent Care to be clean, organized, with a pleasant staff and professional providers.I had been using a different Livonia Urgent Care until there was a very unpleasant experience with their billing department. I switched to Lakes and will never go anywhere else for myself or family, should the need arise.
After going to 3 other urgent cares with chest pains, I finally found a place that took me seriously. Dr. Sadek was really sweet and helpful. :) thank you!! Very sweet MA as well
I went in for a cough that would not go away after a week so I went in to see if they could give me something for it. The medical assistant came in the room and checked my vitals and asked if I was vaccinated and I said no way. Next the doctor finally came in and asked if I was vaccinated and again I said no Im not. He went on and asked WHY I didnt and I simply told him I dont want it. He then kept pushing me to say why I didnt want it. I finally said I dont think its been out long enough for people to know the long term effect and that I see it as people being used as lab rats. Its just my opinion. He immediately said that he disagrees and blah blah blah and that I should reconsider it. First of all that is NON OF HIS BUSINESSS why I choose not too!!!!! Second you should NEVER try and force your opinion on other people. Third I was there for a cough NOT FOR COVID!!!!! This Doctor was beyond annoying and I would have ripped him apart for being unprofessional but I kept my cool.

I needed to take my two boys in to be seen today and we just moved to the neighborhood so I googled the nearest urgent care and boy am I so glad I did because this is the BEST urgent care that I have ever been to!! They were super fast and got us seen right away. The nurse made my sons laugh and feel comfortable the whole time. The doctor was very thorough and really connected with my boys which calmed their nerves. Having three boys I have seen my fair share of urgent cares and we have always felt rushed and not important but not today because luckily we found Lakes Urgent Care Livonia. They even gave my sons a prize for coming in! Thank you for being so kind and thorough in this fast paced world!! You guys are awesome!
I really like Lake Urgent Care. They are efficient and the place is clean. Fast service. Unlike other urgent care I went to. I had an x ray and I was out in less than 30 minutes. NO LONG WAIT.
I went here due to a cut I sustained on my face from a fall from an epileptic seizure. I’ve had them before. Eric Rosenbaum spoke to me. In the waiting room. He kept telling me I needed to be hospitalized because seizures can cause brain damage and that my cut required a surgeon. I told him I just wanted stitches for the cut. He said “well I can look at it” then he left the room. It was on a Friday at 8:30pm, and they close at 10. After 5 min of feeling it was going to be a waist of my time and a copay, I left. And went to St.Mary’s across the street. There was no surgeon required for the stitches needed to my cut. A regular doctor did them. Thanks for nothing Lakes!
I woke up Sunday with severe vertigo. After calling my PCP I decided I couldnt wait and went to Lakes Urgent Care Livonia. They got me in quickly, did a thorough exam and sent in a prescription to my pharmacy. The doctor explained everything to me in a manner I could understand. I have complete confidence in the doctor. Also, I felt safe (coronavirus) and everyone was pleasant and helpful. Additionally, the doctor made a follow up phone call to check on me! Im happy to say the medicine prescribed is working great!
The staff and doctors was very nice. We did wait but 5 minutes in the lobby. Total visit was about 30 minutes and that included xrays and training on the use of crutches. We will definitely visit this Urgent Care whenever needed again
Lakes urgent care always has such a wonderful team! My family and I are always in and out quickly with needs met when we have to go. I appreciate the close attention to our issues, especially with my young children! Thank you for always taking such great care of us.
One of the worst urgent cares around. Went in because I was extremely sick. The “doctor” spent maybe 2 minutes in the room and guessed i either had strep or mono. Didn’t test me for either, only felt my swollen throat and sent me on my way with antibiotics for strep. 5 days later my entire family got sick. I was still very sick and went and got tested for COVID at the hospital and I was positive. The doctor never even bothered to test for anything and therefore I exposed my entire workplace and family to COVID because of the carelessness of the doctor here. Very disappointed.

Lakes urgent care was great. My son ended up breaking his wrist at soccer. We went to an urgent care by the field first. After waiting for 40 minutes without any idea of when he would be seen we left and went to Great Lakes. In and out within 45 minutes. Dr. Sinclair and the medical assistant where great with my son.
Only complaint is that although I specifically requested, and the doctor ordered the throat swab they did on my daughter to be sent for a culture, it was never sent so someone dropped the ball. It is even on my paperwork that a culture was ordered. Other than that, the wait was not long and the staff was helpful and pleasant. The doctor was very nice and took her time. Next time I will double check that everyone knows if a culture is supposed to be sent out before I leave.
This was our first time here. One of my kiddos was sick. The place is super clean, and the technology is top notch within the facility. Everyone was very friendly and we were in and out, with our prescription called in, in no time. I will definitely return if we are in need of an urgent care facility. Thank you!
It was convenient to make an appointment online. The wait was really long though. I had additional paperwork to fill out because I had never been to this location, so I understand that wait. But I sat in the exam room for about 40 minutes before the doctor came in.

Very clean. Great employees! Went in with my 4 year old w dislocated elbow, they made her feel very welcome. We were in and out within’ 20 minutes. Would recommend to friends and family.
Only 1 person allowed to enter at a time.Temperature check upon entry. I saw the doctor changing gloves. Staff had mask on made me feel more comfortable during these time and having to go to urgent care. I was hesitate to go fear for my wellbeing . I felt safe. Efficient service, doctor was thorough and answers all my questions, staff were pleasant, reassuring, and sincere.
The people here were so nice and helpful. The aid was very friendly and fast and knew her job well. The docter came in quickly and did a thorough exam and she explained things clearly. She was very knowledgable and did everything she could to make my daughter feel better. She addressed all of her symptoms and was very compassionate and caring. We will definitely go back here every time my kids are sick. And no long wait in the waiting room, in the exam room, or after.
Overall the experience was quick, efficient, and staff members were friendly. I went in on a Friday night around 6 PM. My overall visit was less than 20 minutes. I was in and out. I got all the information I needed. The only reason for not 5 stars is the payment portion. I had no copay, but when I received the bill for the visit, there were fees like a new patient fee and a weekend fee. Definitely will keep that in mind when I return again, but overall this place is a lot better than some other places in the area.
Staff was great, wait time was minimum. I was in town visiting for a month or so, I only wish I didnt have to pay the urgent care premium to have my meds renewed for broken ribs. Since I have no primary car here, Id have to return every three days for a injury Im told (and know well) will take 5- 6 weeks to heal. All in all a great experience given the circumstances.(editing my terrible spelling)
I like that they have a sick person waiting room and a well person waiting room. I waited a very short time to be helped. Doctor and staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. Was in and out quickly with X-rays taken and read and discharge instructions given. Everything appeared to be clean and tidy. Will go back again when needed.

I work crazy hours so I’m never able to get into my regular doctor. Lakes urgent care is the next best thing! They make sure to really listen to what’s going on and that you fully understand everything before you leave. Great urgent care and friendly staff. Definitely recommended!!

Fast service and amazing team. I happen to come to this urgent care because my normal UC office changed their hours, and was closed when I needed service. So initially I was kind of reluctant, (even considered waiting to see my primary care doctor the next day) but then decided to go to this UC anyway. Sometimes places can give you are hard time being a new patient. (At least that’s how I feel sometimes) However this place was different. The process was seamless and I definitely will be returning if I ever need after hour care again.
The staff was wonderful with my 11 month old daughter. They were fast, thorough and very helpful. The office was clean and they got us in quickly to the room and the doctor came in shortly after. I even had to call them back to get a different prescription because our pharmacy was out. The doctor gladly called a new one in and even called me back to tell me that everything was now good. I will definitely recommend them to friends and go there in the future if needed.
I walked in and was greeted with a huge smile and genuine concern because I had already been there b4 all I had to fill out was a quick review and reason for visit. Within 4 minutes a lovely young lady (cant remember name) came right in took my vitals, she was as pleasant as a summers day she finished in just a few mins and told me the doctor would be right in. As quick as the door closed, it opened back up and Dr. Rachel Baker walked in, Just as beautiful on the inside as she was aesthetically! I described my problem -she examined me and Honest to God I was just as content and in the best mood even considering my dilemma! Dr. baker assured me if there was any other problem or if my problem was still there in a week, just come right back! I love these people!! most sincerely, I was feeling rotten, miserable and simply beaten up emotionally and physically before I got there. When I left I felt like there was sunshine even though it was colder than the North pole. As I was driving home contemplating the great experience I just had going into Urgent Care, I was smiling and I said a special prayer to God and gave him my gratitude for once again taking care of me and thanked him especially for the treatment, experience and sincere care I just received from Lakes Urgent care in Livonia. I urge any of you reading this to please forget about waiting in an emergency room for a few hours If you are able go right to Lakes Urgent care in Livonia on Five mile rd, I guarantee you too will be compelled to sing their Praises. Ive been here often for everything from sinus infections, to strep, and even my sons sports injury. Always quick service, Ive never waited longer than 15 minutes to be seen, and they were so good with my son! He was miserable and they offered him a toy from their bin and he was all smiles after that. Always great service and I recommend for anyone in need of non-emergent, quick medical assistance. The staff was very pleasant and customer service friendly.The doctor was nice although he mis-diagnosed me as having rotator cuff issues. He didn’t order x-rays, he just diagnosed me based on a certain arm movement. I was Prescribed Motrin 600 pain medication and muscle relaxers, none of which helped. He suggested physical therapy. Two days after my visit to Lake, I went to an orthopedic specialist and it is there the doctor discovered it was my neck causing the issue, not my rotator cuff. The doctor ordered xrays and more tests. I have a pinched nerve. I was Prescribed steroids, a stronger muscle relaxer, physical therapy and an EMG procedure. Now this is what I view as being thorough. Although the doctor was pleasant at Lake, he did not do a through job of getting to the root of my problem. That’s not good at all. I specifically told him the pain was under my arm and goes to my fingers snd I have numbness in my fingers. This is not symptoms of a rotator cuff problem. What if I had gone to the physical therapist and told them it’s my rotator cuff? I would have been seeing them for the wrong reason and my issue wouldn’t have been addressed. That would mean a waste of time and a lot of money. I just believe he was in a rush and made a rush diagnosis. Not good at all.
I was sick and needed to be seen fast. I was taken back within 2 minutes of arrival and seen by the doc within 5. Within 1 hr of entering the clinic I was at the drugstore getting the medication I needed to heal! My only suggestion would be that the doctor wear some sort of identification.. I never learned his name or his credentials.. NP, PA.. MD?
We visited Lakes Urgent Care because daughter developed an ear ache on a Sunday afternoon. We were seen promptly. The nurse was friendly. The doctor was thorough and took extra time to draw my daughter a diagram of an ear to show her why she had pain. We had a script emailed to the pharmacy and checked out without any issue. We were very pleased with the care we received.
No wait, quick, polite. Tested for covid for a travel requirement got the results the next day.
My wait was a little long for a TB test. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. My result paper was filled out incorrectly however and needed to be corrected. The MA did this using white out which is not a legal way to make a correction to a medical document.

The front desk staff were very sweet & polite. We were seen very quickly, especially for a holiday. But I brought my 3 year old son in because he was crying in pain from his ear. He has a history of ear infections and we have seen an ENT twice. He didn’t have typical signs of an ear infection (fever, ear tugging, runny nose) but he was in excruciating pain. The doctor checked him out and said that his ear was extremely red & inflamed. But said to just give him pain medicine around the clock for the next 3 days. But didn’t prescribe an antibiotic because he didn’t think it would help him with his history of ear infections. I called our regular pediatrician the next morning (today) and got him into their office. Our pediatrician quickly diagnosed Swimmers Ear and prescribed a steroid antibiotic ear drop. He also agreed that it was crazy for the Urgent Care doctor to tell me just pain reliever for the next 3 days. I won’t be returning to this Urgent Care. And I’m glad that I trusted my intuition to take my son in to get an antibiotic.

My experience at Lakes was great. From the minute I walked in the office staff were very nice and very helpful to the PA and the doctors that ended up seeing us at the end. we walked out with the proper prescriptions and feeling better within 24 hours. Thank you for all your care and all your help!
Iris was so caring and lovely! The doctor listened and seemed caring. I would go there again. The young lady at the front desk was also very attentive and kind to me. I got there at a good time. My wait time was only 10 minutes!
Lakes Urgent Care Livonia was thorough, professional, knowledgeable and quick. Dr. P. had an engaging bedside manner, while remaining professional, she explained the treatment and the aftercare in detail. She generously allowed me to ask as many questions as I had; I never felt like my visit was allowed only so many minutes and the doctor was in a rush. After a quick check-out with yet another personable staff member, I was relieved that my medical situation was addressed, and not as serious as I thought it might be. I also knew what to expect over the next several days. I would not hesitate to return to Lakes Urgent Care Livonia for other maladies.

I went to urgent care today with bad neck pain and had the pleasure of meeting Dr Sinclair (who lucky for me is a DO!) and was able to relieve so much of my pain with her techniques! I am so grateful! I was seen right away and the nurse staff were so great as well!
Lakes Urgent Care is the BEST, by far!Ive used other Urgent Cares in my community before Lakes opened, but never felt I received the care, medical advice, or treatment I needed. One actually had no X-ray machine 😳 when I injured myself in a fall.Everyone at Lakes always greets me with a smile, and the confidence I expect when my health is in question.
The wait was short. The nurse was very efficient and friendly. We didnt have to wait long for the doctor. His exam was thorough and efficient. He told me what he found and immediately set up X-rays for me. The nurse took me to the X-ray station and she took the appropriate pictures.She then took me back to the exam room. The pictures were ready and the doctor took me through the healing program and gave all the follow information and I was on my way. It all took only 1 hour from the time I entered to the time I left.Everything was Excellent.
First time walking into this Urgent care. I had been sick for a week so I was feeling miserable. My wait was 5 minutes!! Then I got into my room and had immediate attention. This staff is awesome!! They were very thorough, gave me meds while I was there, breathing treatment to get me feeling better and srnt my scripts to my favorite pharmacy. I was out of there start to finish in 20 minutes!
Surprisingly quick, but very thorough. Front desk person had an extremely calming demeanor that instantly set the tone for a pleasant experience. The person that worked up my son, at one point, apologized for rambling on with her explanations, but I found her to be very informative. The doctor carried on his examination in much the same way; very thorough, informative. and made sure we understood the situation before leaving the office. An extremely satisfactory experience!
Love this place. Always fast, friendly, and concerned about your health. If you do have to wait...they will keep you hydrated with the refrigerated bottle water in the waiting room. This office is warm, inviting and takes your privacy seriously with its separate waiting room away from the sign in /sign out area.

Waited nearly 3 hours for a 1.5 hr promised test. Apologies were offered.Poor direction on arrival. Once brought in, test took 3 minutes.My sense is they need to review their flow proccess and deploy staff in hall to direct patients.

Whenever I’ve felt the worst this clinic has saved me on multiple counts. They are speedy to get you in a room to be seen, kind and personable staff. I feel at ease when I come to get cared for and leave feeling like I got the best personal care. Hands down the best urgent care I’ve ever been to.

Came in 2 days before Christmas! Facility was extremely clean, staff was friendly and the wait wasn’t long at all. Doctor was nice, addressed all my complaints & gave me antibiotics to help (Ear infection & viral infection) ! Truth is I had gone to another place and was told I was fine. So thankful I came here! I received a message today that my old brother passed away and needed to leave to Lima Peru ASAP..i contacted Lake Urgent Care Livonia and explained my situation snd need a Covid Test in order to travel international.Their reaction at ones were treat me like their own and provided me with the test results in 20 minutes, no I can travel to Lima Peru and see my family and be with my old brother before his final departure to be with God..
I’ve been here several times myself and just took my 8 year old son in. The doctor that saw my son was super friendly with him which I really appreciated. Each time I’ve gone we were seen very quickly and were on our way to the drug store to pick up our prescriptions. This is my go to urgent care establishment!
I went to Lakes 3/22/2021 and still dont have my covid results from Lakes. I went 2 days later to CVS to get rapid test and was called in an hour. I tested negative with CVS but I needed to know that. Go too CVS for a rapid test it may take a day to get in but so worth it. I wanted to now the test results so if I needed the anti-body treatment I could get it.
I was referred by a close friend to Lakes urgent care in livonia. She said they were super nice,clean and efficient. Lakes made an already potentially terrifying test so simple and easy. I was very impressed by the dr and staff.

Went for cut on foot. Clearly said only thing I’m allergic to are sulfa meds. The only script they gave me was for a sulfa med. Glad I caught it before I took it! They were not busy (and very nice) but concerned that they gave me wrong thing ….
Quick, friendly, economical. How refreshing!I live 4 miles from here. I went in on a Friday morning at 9:10am. The lobby had about a dozen people waiting and I steeled myself for an hours long wait to be seen.I was home with my $12 scrip by 10am. To say I was pleasantly astonished is an understatement. I haven’t been billed by my atrocious insurance company yet, so who knows what my out of pocket will be. But in terms of getting medical attention in the least painful way, you cannot beat this. I will definitely make this my first stop for medical attention in the future.

My first time visiting off of Google search and I’m glad I went in. I was miserable with sinuses(turns out I had a sinus and ear infection) all week until I became fed up and decided to see someone. I’m very glad I came here. The building is very nice and the staff is super friendly and professional. My visit was quick and efficient. I had gone in for a broken toe, to make sure it wasnt worse then I thought. Facility was very clean. Front desk was great. Got me in. MA was in and quick. Dr. Was great, did a thorough exam for an broken toe. X-rays. All the staff was personable, friendly, and fast. Glad I found them.

2022-06-04Wow this was my first time at this establishment. I was in and out rapidly. Everyone was professional and treated me as if I was their priority. The doctor was extremely courteous, professional and had taken the time to answer all of my questions. Hopefully Ill never need an urgent care anytime soon but if I do I will definitely return to this location. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for urgent care. So much faster than a hospital and also less expensive. Thank you to the entire staff.

The doctor that I saw was friendly, knowledgeable and helped me get what I needed to start feeling better. I did not wait long in the waiting room or the exam room, I was checked out and on my way home before too much time had passed. I will definitely go back to Lakes for any future needs. 2022-04-14We have been here many times, particularly for COVID testing over the last 2 years, and weve always felt really good about the care they provided. Today was no exception. Nobody wants to have to go to Urgent Care, but from the moment we arrived the level of care was exemplary and everyone was so professional and so kind. Highly recommended!

2022-07-14I brought my daughter in and the service was exceptional. They apologized for a brief wait when I expected to be in a room for hours.Maddie was great with my daughter and I got no crying out of my 3 year old. I found my new urgent care!The rest of the staff was great as well!

2022-06-21I highly recommend Livonia Lakes Urgent Care, it was the best experience I’ve had at any urgent care or hospital in my 40+ years. Dr. Norris took her time to fully address my symptoms and provided a very honest, thorough, and helpful response. Everyone I interacted with was professional and genuinely seemed to care. 2022-06-03This was my first ever visit to urgent care. The staff was great. Check-in was smooth and there wasn’t a wait. Dr. Palmer listened to my concerns and didn’t rush me or dismiss what I said. Great bedside manner. I will return…if there’s a need to.

Thank you Dr. P for singing all the lyrics to Paw Patrol to calm my two year old and make him comfortable while receiving treatment. Everyone was professional and I was in and out in less than an hour. My family appreciates the staff at Lakes!

2022-04-22Making an online appointment was easy. Upon arrival the staff was prompt to greet me, very polite as well. Paperwork completed and I was in that my scheduled appointment time, mind you I arrived early. Very positive experience, if you are looking for a covid test this is the place to go.

2022-05-04Brought my grandson and it was the best experience at an urgent care that I’ve ever experienced, everyone was so polite and my grandson was so scared but from the front desk to the checkout made him feel so comfortable. Dr was so informative and was very understanding About my grandson being afraid I only wish this had been his first experience. I definitely recommend this urgent care.

2022-03-16Wait time seemed excessive for the small amount of people there. Check in and check out were easy, polite and efficient. They had 2 waiting rooms, keeping sick patients away from well patients which was appreciated. The MA was a bit obtrusive and cold. The provider was very warm and knowledgeable. Would request a different MA if we were to return.
