I had the best experiences with Susie Wilkey!! I originally ordered a Bronco about a year and a half ago. When my current car decided I couldn’t wait anymore I had to come up with a new plan. Susie was so helpful throughout my ENTIRE process, from my initial ordering of the Bronco, to keeping me informed of any updates, to test drives, to picking a completely different car and making my purchase. She was nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and so easy to work with! Highly recommend anybody to work with Susie!
Simply the best Ford Service i have ever dealt with. my F150 is the 4th Ford vehicle i have brought to Lakeview service over the years, Candy and (more recently) Heather is about as friendly, knowledgeable and entirely centered on the customer that i will go no where else for service. The last service issue was a random noise - you know how those can go - Heather listened (believed me) and got a tech to test drive with me to diagnose (it turned out to be a bearing) . Every time a great experience.
Curtis Wolf and Josh Anzell were fantastic! They hooked me up with the best possible scenario for me. I ended up purchasing a great truck! I highly recommend looking these guys up at Lakeview Ford for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. They will be honest and straight forward. They will work hard to get you the best deal they can. Go check them out.
Daniel, you are the best! Your knowledge of every vehicle I looked at amazed me. As a retired Vice President in the banking industry I’m a big advocate of customer service and knowledge of your product. Thank you for working with me and my time schedule. Going to Lakeview Ford? Ask for Daniel Walker!
Everyone at Lakeview deserves 5 stars for excellent customer service! I had already been to a couple other dealerships and wasn’t impressed with many things. Curtis Wolfe was very professional and got me into a vehicle I absolutely love! I can not say thank you enough! I will definitely go back for any future purchases!
The most impressive thing about working with Susie is how she treats her customers, all equally. I brought down a friend to buy a $4000 vehicle and I brought a $40000 vehicle and we were both treated the same! That goes a long ways for me and my friends/family. Everyone is always very helpful when we come in. The body shop and service were both great as well. This should count as 3 reviews in my book.Thank you very much,Tracy and Susan Salt onAudrey Daugherty
Lakeview Ford is the dealership to go to. They have given me excellent customer service from the test drive to the buy. Susie Wilkey makes customer service a priority and takes the time to make sure the customers needs are met. She is very knowledgable and went over the details of the car very thoroughly. Al in finance was also well prepared and made the whole process quick and easy. I highly recommend this dealership with their professional and personable employees.
I have been searching for the past three months for a vehicle. I showed up, test drove a few, fell in love with my new car and took it home the same day! Curtis was my salesman and he was helpful, friendly and found me the perfect vehicle that exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Lakeview Ford to anyone on the hunt for a new ride! Thank you x1000!!
Chris Crenshaw was amazing gave me amazing car buying experience and stayed by my side all the way through buying process i would recommend anyone who is buying a vehicle. Very polite and professional hooked me up with a sweet deal on my truck. Couldn’t ask for a better sale person to deal with. Thanks Chris.
Thank you, Curtis Wolf!!!Before I sold my car, I shopped online for a couple months and was confident I would easily find what I was looking for not long after selling. Once I closed the sale on my own vehicle I spent a few days in a row looking for an SUV on the small list of Makes/Models I thought I’d be happy with. I just needed to test drive to make my final decision. No biggie…so I thought.Long story short, I visited roughly 15 dealerships within a 70 mile radius and drove off each lot in disappointment for various reasons. I was Ok renting a vehicle for a few days to allow me more time to shop for what I wanted. On the way back to a dealership to return the SUV I was test driving I decided to pull into Lakeview Ford and that’s when Curtis Wolf approached me as I was looking into a few vehicles of interest. From this point on, Curtis remained professional, friendly, very informative and made the rest of my experience so easy through excellent customer service and care. I left in my new ride that evening and couldn’t be happier with my decision to stop at ‘one more dealership.’ It was the best car buying experience I’ve had and I took notice to not feeling pressured into my purchase and also the quality and cleanliness of their used vehicles. Thank you, Curtis Wolf, for all your help from start to finish and also to the rest of the staff that worked with me through the process.Lastly, I love and support our military and learned that Curtis is a USMC veteran with 4 combat tours. I highly recommend you shop at Lakeview Ford with Curtis Wolf. Hands down, the most stress free car shopping experience I’ve ever had.
I am a repeat customer of Chris Crenshaw, I came from one dealership to Lakeview Ford to work with Chris. His personality and honesty are wonderful. He explained everything I needed to know about my vehicle and provided insight through every step of the process as he did the first time I worked with him prior to Lake View. I walk away again today knowing that the vehicle I was placed in is safe and the best vehicle for me to have purchased and that means a lot to me. Because safety means so very much to me!!!!
I have purchased/leased 3 vehicles from Susie she always makes getting a new vehicle fun and easy. Susie always takes time to answer all my questions. I cant say enough good things about the entire staff from the owner to the receptionist they are all friendly and make buying a vehicle from them a welcoming experience!!
I had a great experience with Chip, Troy, and the whole team up there the other day. The sale was smooth, the negotiations were fun and ultimately I got a car. It runs great and the super minor issue it had they are resolving. Everythings been hassle free. Thanks guys! I would highly recommend this place!
I was in search of a mustang gt and wanted to take a look at the pre owned inventory. I was quickly and happily greeted by Louis goerg. I was surprised at how much he knew about the car, listing all the features, options, as well as services they could provide for me. He was knowledgeable and personable while doing it. I would definitely recommend asking for Louis when wanting to find a car.
FANTASTIC DEALER...this is where you want to buy a car. I bought two vehicles here from Devon Rainwater. A Ford Explorer and an F150 both in the past 2 months, and could not have been happier with the experience. The dealership experience is always something I have dreaded when it came time to start looking at new vehicles, but Lakeview put an end to that. The sales team, customer service and finance department all lived up to their promises from start to finish. Devon was in constant communication and what was discussed and agreed on, on the phone, was exactly what happened when I showed up in person. I live an hour and a half away, but will only use Lakeview for my car purchasing needs moving forward. I plan on using them for service as well, and I can only imagine it will be a great experience as it was dealing with the sales team.
5/14/22Picked up my new Edge today. Lakeview staff was very friendly and welcoming. Sorry, I can’t remember all your names 😳 Special thank you to Susie Wilkey for helping me set up my Ford Pass and synching my phone and just learning all the new gadgets on the car. It was great meeting you! I love my new Edge !!Thank you all !!😃Bonnie Sciba
Lakeview Ford has the best team I have delt with in the car industry! From used cars to new cars from Body Work to Service . This team is intergty driven and certainly go above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of!I personally have purchased 5 vehicles from here and Susan Wilkey does an amazing job at finding what I need and ensures the transactions are seamless and painless! Thank You Susie!!!!
I bought a used 2018 Taurus Limited today, and I am absolutely in love with the car. The kind employees at Lakeview helped me figure out a good payment plan, and patiently waited for me to figure everything out. Joseph Varga was the sales member who helped me out. He is a very kind person, and cares a lot about helping people out. I am thankful to go through such a big process with people who are there to make it stress free, relaxing, and pressure free. They did not back me into a corner or push for me to purchase the vehicle, they patiently waited for me to choose what was best for me. If you are looking to buy a Ford or Lincoln, this is the dealer to visit! I want to thank the entire team for their amazing work, I couldnt be happier with my new vehicle!
I want to let everyone know if you need a new vehicle ask for Chris Crenshaw he does a great job very friendly and will get you what you want I went to him looking for certain vehicle and he got it the same day I will recommend him to every body a great car salesman .
Don’t go there, and buy a car. They don’t work with u. They want charge u arm and a leg for a car. When the Kelly blue value say different. I been there three times. They didn’t help me get a car. I guess they don’t want get younger people a car. They can take my 8,000 dollar to finance a car, but can’t take 8,000 to buy car outright. The car was for 8,995. 2010 Chevrolet Equinox. The sound like a foul. Don’t go there, and get no car.
I messaged and asked if they had a vehicle available, they told me yes and I set up a time to look at it the next day as they were closed. They called that morning and told me it had to go through service and detail shop, then I was told someone took it for the the weekend and might purchase it. Had to wait all afternoon for a response, just to find out they are purchasing the vehicle. Very disappointed, got my hopes up for nothing.
2022 UPDATE:I have now purchased two vehicles from Lakeview Ford. This recent purchase experience was just as good as the first. Salesman Devon Rainwater really did work hard to answer all my questions (and, for the price of the truck, you bet I wanted everything perfect). Lakeview also gave me a very fair trade-in price for my previous vehicle. I visited several other Ford dealerships before this recent purchase and, in my opinion, these guys are still the best.ORIGINAL 2020 REVIEW:Excellent truck buying experience on the used side of the lot. Salesman Logan and manager Troy really earned my business. They offered me more for my trade-in than any other dealership on the motor mile and made me a very fair deal on a pre-owned F150. Great communication and courtesy. No pressure tactics just helpful info and suggestions. Highly recommended.
This is the best car or truck bying experience I have ever had; absolutely no pressure sales talk. The ordering process for a new F-250 diesel was fast and easy. In particular our sales rep Devon Rainwater was excellent and very knowledgable. He took care of a myriad of details such as lining up a Linex bed treatment, installation of a fifth wheel hitch and other details I hadnt thought of. Well done Devon; Lakeview is blessed to have you on staff.
Dropped off my old Ford. 2000 Ford Super Duty for the first time to Lakeview Ford service center Monday Dec 27 at 8am work was completed by 11am the following day. Truck had issues with the brakes locking up. Very pleased with the workmanship and response time especially on an older vehicle like mine. Good job Ford Team. Thanks again, truck dives like a dream.
Heather from service was the best part of the experience. She made me feel comfortable and took care of all my worries and concerns. The salesmen were done with me and stopped answering my texts the minute the $ was paid. I needed an extra fob which had in a day from BMW dealership and couldn’t even get a quote from sales guy! I didn’t have a great experience in sales department at all and won’t be referring people there. The process of buying the car should not be this hard. It was not easy had to rearrange my day several times, and a hassle and then I was rushed through everything and it just didn’t feel good. And not to mention I paid cash and sorry but $20,000 of cash with a check engine light is not going to fly with me. My boyfriend was out of town and I had the feeling even though we are both business owners this would not have even been an issue if he was there!!! Communication over all was terrible accept with service department! There were also items left in car I traded in including cash and no mention of it the 4-5 more times I was at the dealership. Heather from sales again went above and beyond as they all should when a check engine light is on a car I just bought in full!!!! I would use service again there but never sales! Suzanne was also really kind, considerate and helpful!
My husband and I recently went to Lakeview Ford in search of a vehicle for our 17 year old daughter. We thought we found a great vehicle, it was a little older but looked super clean and safe for our daughter. But we still wanted to have our mechanic take a look at it, which the salesman had no problem with. Boy am I glad we did. The first thing our mechanic said was “you didn’t buy this yet did you”? The entire rear wheel wells were rusted out It was not repairable. The shock absorbers were barley hanging on as the brackets were rusted out, they weren’t even sure how they were still holding. I of course let the Ford dealership know and had pictures and they thanked me and said it would need to go to auction now. Funny, now it’s listed on their site for $500 less. I just hope someone doesn’t buy this without getting it checked out! Our salesmen may not have known, but you can’t tell me their service team didn’t know. If they didn’t put it up on a lift when inspecting it, they aren’t really inspecting anything. What a joke!
I just wanted to say thank you so much for everything- My car broke down and I needed a new engine, staff in the shop were so kind! Stayed late while I was stuck in traffic, kept communication going, I knew exactly what the process was and a good timeframe. I had no worries at all for such a troublesome issue :)
So as a customer of this establishment I have decided to change my rating because I was more upset about a internal judgement call made by the owner. As a employee of this place for several years 2 different times I felt we should of handled a issue differently and civil. Instead of attacking this great dealership the way I did. So I believe its been 4 years and I still feel to move on I would like some clarity. So I hope the invitations is still on the table to discuss. I WOULD LIKE TO FORMALLY APOLOGIES FOR MY CHILD LIKE REACTION TO MY SITUATION AND LET EVERYBODY KNOW THIS OWNER WILL MOVES MOUNTAINS FOR THE COMMUNITY HE SUPPORTS AND THE EMPLOYEES HE CHERISHES. Happy New Year LAKEVIEW FORD.CHRIS BETTS
Kandi and the entire service crew do a great job. They were able to squeeze me in for an emergency appointment when I had a problem with my truck right before a long road trip. She even found me an office to do a conference call while I waited. They may be a little more expensive than a small repair shop but you will know its done right.
Bought at certified Lincoln MKC. I specifically asked if the cabin air filter had been changed. The sales guy assured me yes and gave me some checklist that all certified vehicles must go though... blah blah blah. I said yeah but can you check that the cabin air filter was changed before we take possession because I didnt see that filter on his checklist. He said he would definitely have it changed... well when I got home I decided to check it... The one on the right side is what they sent me home with on a $25,000 certified vehicle... The new one from AutoZone on the left.
Sensational and genuine experience working with Jason Doss and the rest of the team at Lakeview Ford on upgrading me into a newer car! I had just scheduled an oil change/maintenance check through the service center, and was later introduced to this impeccable opportunity the same day. As a first time car buyer and college student I felt supported and encouraged every step of the way.
I bought a new 2021 F150 within the last 30 days.To come back there after the accident of my truck being totaled out and be told that the A Plan is not available. Was very discouraging But yet I go up north and the Ford dealer here is still offering all incentives. And Told by the dealer here that some dealerships have canceled the incentives BUT is dealer discretion.Needless to say my wife and I will never do business with Lakeview Ford again. Which is sad because we have bought 3 vehicles from there.Lakeview Ford has decided to put profit over keeping customers returning.
My review is speaking specifically of the sale of a vehicle, and the people that were involved in the sale. My review is based on over 15 years of experience in customer service of which, 8 years I have been a Manager. The car that I purchased is a great car. I have no complaints about the quality of the car. I first spoke with the manager Troy during the whole shutdown sometime in April. At first, I was very impressed that he came out to speak with us on a day that they were not open but he happen to be in the office. I was quickly disappointed by a series of events. First of all, when I called and made an appointment, I told the sales rep I spoke with that I wanted to specifically work with Troy because I had a comfortability level with him. She assured me that I would meet with him on the day I arrived. That was a flat out lie. I worked with another guy that to me was a bit pushy, arrogant and was not really that patient with me when deciding on my car choices. I felt like the whole time he was more interested in pushing a sale versus making a connection. Despite all of that, I went ahead with the deal and to their credit, they said they would knock off 2,000 off the list price. I told them what my budget was and I left with the price per month of what I was suppose to pay and felt good. That was sadly changed when I started to sign the papers a week later. When i asked them why was the price higher that what I was told, the guy had no answers and did not even inquire about why the price was higher. I signed the deal and said I would make the adjustments to my budget. About a month later, I went in to talk with the auto body shop because I needed a quote on repairs for a scratch that happen in a parking lot. He couldnt have been more rude and acted like I was annoying to even ask him a price. I called Troy to make a complaint, and I said I need to talk with someone, He never called me back, or even addressed my concerns. Btw, He also never thanked me for choosing them out of the three dealerships that I visited. If I treated our customers like they have treated me, they would not be back. You can judge for yourself and Im not telling you not to go to Ford. This is a complaint based on my experience. I wont be back but I guess this place really doesnt care. Very disappointed Customer.Update:Today i spoke with the owner or manager vince. After reading my report, he immediately reached out and was disappointed with the quality of service offered. To me, that takes a man of high caliber to reach out to a man when the report is not good. He has been most helpful in handling my problem and in my book, thats 5 star work.
Great place for cars and trucks and the service is top priority for customers, 2021 update/ Louis is a great guy to work with he will do anything and everything for you to make sure you are well taken care of, I dont like to stick with one dealership but they cant get rid of me now lol Ill buy another car / suv/ or truck in the future thanks 😁
Update- instead of apologizing or trying to make it right after the way they treated a paying customer they instead remove the reviews from their Facebook page. If I could give this place a negative review. I would. This place is a complete joke. After trying to screw over my boyfriend and I over on a vehicle that we spent $30k on with transmission issues and wouldnt fix it, then tried to give us less than what we payed for the vehicle saying its not worth it anymore, well you are the one that sold us the bad vehicle in the first place. Then we had a meeting with the owner who slammed the door in my face, not allowing me in the meeting with my boyfriend when we both purchased the vehicle together and pay for it together. I will never return here. Do not purchase a vehicle from this place unless you want very poor customer service.
I recently purchased a 2017 Ford Fusion from Jason Doss at Lakeview Ford and had an excellent experience! Jason did everything in his power to make sure I had a positive experience. As a first time car buyer, I was pleasantly surprised by how accommodating the staff was. Jason answered every question I had about the car and I recommend him to anyone shopping for a car!
Bob Earl at Lakeview Ford was great to work with! We really appreciated his flexibility to work within our budget, willingness to work with our trade-in vehicle, and help getting us a beautiful vehicle. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and scheduling the follow-up work was pretty seamless. I would highly recommend Lakeview Ford and especially Bob for an overall great experience. Thank you!
Ford has been my go to place for vehicles since high school, although the same individuals are not there any more.. the same professionalism, kindness hard work and passion is still there.. From the time I was greeted until my same day approval, due to the staff and Lania I am a Satisfied Customer Again.
Sheisty is the only appropriate term for this den of thieves. Brought in a vehicle for an ecm and ignition coil/spark plug change. Charged me way too much, could not justify the price(500) since I sourced my own parts. Let me drive away with a hazardous vehicle with a new issue, then turned around and wanted to charge me 110 for the audacity of bringing it back. The manager was nice but started blaming my vehicles age instead of owning up to the damage they caused. If hell has a spot for mechanics, it has a VIP booth for these people.
I knew exactly what I was looking for in a used Ford Explorer and found 3 dealers who had it, 2 dealers were within 2 hours of home but I ended up making a 5 hour drive to Lakeview Ford-Lincoln as my sales contact, Logan, was very responsive to my questions, professional and easy to work with over the phone as we agreed on what I feel was a very fair price. I also appreciated his meticulous attention to detail as I virtually “walked him around the car” for me to look for wear on the body and major components of the car – I was thrilled that when I arrived on site the car was exactly as he described it over the phone. When my future car buying needs arise again I will reach out to Lakeview even though they are 5 hours away, they were that good to work with from initial call to pricing, trade-in, paperwork all the way through to driving off the lot. Honest, easy and professional – hard to find in the auto dealer works and but gold once you find it. Thanks again Logan and team, great job!
I always take my vehicles here for their routine maintenance and checkups. And any repairs that need to be made, are made here. Friendly staff and willing to help you with questions and estimates and quotes. They also deal very well with insurance companies if filing claims from accidents or more recently the hail damage that we all experienced.
The first time I visited Lakeview Ford, I was basically blown off by the salesman. Fortunately, Mike Swift followed through on the process and got me into a better truck than I was expecting. I had a few issues with the vehicle and they were more than happy to take care of them. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I love the f150 I purchased.
I just purchased a new 2019 Ford F150 Limited from Lakeview Ford. Logan and Troy, his manager were extremely helpful. They are truck guys that really know their stuff. They take a consultative, low pressure approach in their whole process, which I personally appreciate. Logans follow up after the sale has been excellent. I highly recommend these guys.
Great customer service. My car is still under warranty but there was absolutely no issue getting my car fixed. Roadside assistance was very punctual and the dealership took care of my car, no questions asked. They even offered me a rental car. It is all covered under the warranty but sometimes that doesnt matter, some of these places always want to get you for something extra or act some kind of way about fixing your car. Not Lakeview Ford, they are top notch in my book
Suzie is the reason I made the hour drive to Lakeview Ford. She was super helpful ensuring that my deal would progress as much as possible through text and phone calls. Troy, the Sales Manager was also super helpful during the final stages of the sale and post sale fulfillment.I would highly recommend the crew at Lakeview.
Friendly and competent staff. Theyve always been good about shuttling me to and from work also. Good atmosphere and waiting area when you wait for your vehicle to be serviced. They used to offer to wash your vehicle, but havent done that for a while now. I probably would give five stars if they still offered to wash your vehicle.
Absolutely awesome service. My old truck broke down on the way to the dealership and they came and got me. Easily the smoothest car deal Ive ever made. Mike, Traci and the staff are honest and of the utmost integrity. All of my future vehicle purchases will be made at Lakeview Ford.
We saw this van online called on it and received a response within 10 minutes. Spoke with the salesman who promised the vehicle is as clean as it looks in the picture and it certainly was. We drove up spoke with the finance manager who work on a good rate and got the deal done quickly and efficiently. Very happy with the transaction and plan on buying another very shortly. Sales people were all very friendly and helpful and the van was clean and ready to go when we arrived. Thanks for the great transaction.
1. Called twice sitting outside so I saw a bunch of people standing around still got voice-mail.2. Everytime a Democrat goes into office the prices will go up3. We were sick thus us calling multiple times his response please take care of that before coming back inWe needed information on how to order a vehicle.
I emailed the dealership on a Monday to ask about a car that I was interested in test driving that weekend. They responded quickly and even kept me updated throughout the week and that same morning of the scheduled test drive to let me know whether the car was still available which I appreciated considering I was driving an hour and 40 minutes to see this car. Tom Barry was my sales consultant who I highly recommend. He was very patient and was such a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to negotiate on my trade in and answer all my questions. The dealership was pretty busy that day but he did an amazing job juggling my transaction with two others. It was definitely worth the long drive.
The salesmen and detail staff at Lakeview Ford are great. We went to see Joe upon recommendation. Joe is in new vehicle sales. Joe hooked us up with Troy and Logan from the used vehicle sales and we couldnt be happier. Everyone was so helpful and fun to work with. Thank you guys for all you did to send my husband home with just what he wanted. Logan, it was fun sharing stories and photos. We are HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY!
Wonderful experience from start to finish. Susie was extremely helpful and attentive throughout the process of locating, selecting and executing the vehicle transaction. Additionally, all staff were friendly, interactive and always offering to be of assistance. Highly recommend Lakeview Ford-Lincoln and plan to take my future business there, too. A big thanks to their team.
Chip is a great salesman. He was extremely helpful, showed no pressure for a sale, and always responded in good time with the answers to my questions. I saw their pickup through cargurus, then contacted them and purchased it without any issues.I drove to this dealership in Michigan from Nebraska. The vehicle was what was expected and the financing was done to our expectations.Alan the finance guy worked out some details we were not anticipating for our state. He was also efficient and to the point. He does his job well. The process went quickly and without any serious issues. I will look over their inventory when I plan to replace my wife’s van in the next three years or so.Thank you Lakeview for being professionals.
Car itself is very good. Dealership was disorganized and did not value us and especially our time as customers. We spent a total of almost 7 hours at the dealership in two sessions. This was for an A plan lease that should have been simple. The salesperson thought I might be eligible for a veterans discount, but that discount only applied to active military or someone who was discharged within two years. We spent over an hour exploring this option, which someone at the dealership should have known we were not eligible for simply by reviewing the stipulations of the ford directives. Our car was not ready when promised, and after we had spent hours getting all the paperwork done including insurance transfer and ;registration transfer, we were presented a loaner car because our car was not ready. It had not even been washed. We eventually accepted the damaged car with the understanding it will be fixed soon. Waiting to hear from dealer. We were not treated with the respect that professional people of our generation expect. Thomas F, Ignaczak, MD and Kelsey R Ignaczak
Ive always been treated with the utmost respect. Details of my car when being serviced are always discussed in depth. Options are given for my understanding. These characteristics are followed that I think of personally as “old school and really are today in the minority in my experiences with service. Its greatly appreciated and Ill continue to service with Lakeview Ford because of that appreciation.
Scheduled my first oil change and tire rotation with my new Ford Fusion. I was told it would take about an hour so I went for a daily run across town. Upon my return about an hour later, just as arrived at Lakeview Ford, my car was being parked after a fresh carwash. Perfect timing! Im real happy with the service so far!
Drove from NC to buy my wife a car after finding the exact one she wanted and at a price far better than in my home state. Starting from Brooke who was quick to respond to my inquiry to my salesman Logan Stone, everyone was outstanding. Highly recommend this dealership! Top notch!
Never thought I was going to say this, but I really enjoyed the experience of buying a vehicle at Lakeview!First, the dealership was prompt and called me within 30 minutes of browsing their website and indicating interest.Next, the sales rep was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and quickly understood what we valued and what we didnt care for, and adjusted his pitch accordingly. Truly felt that he guided us through the process with data that we needed and without the feeling that he was pressure-selling features they may like but we did not. Since not all the features were present in the same car, we got to see them in multiple vehicles.Third, we got the expected (Edmunds and KBB) fair market value on our trade-in without the usual posturing about how bad our particular car was and why its appropriate to low-ball it (which would have been a deal breaker for us).Related, we got the applicable rebates associated with the new vehicle (which we knew beforehand, but did not have to bring up)We ended up special-ordering the vehicle and were kept up to date through email on status. In general, the salesperson (Floyd) found the right balance of emails and phones to give the right amount of data in the minimally intrusive way.The pickup was a smooth event: car was waiting in polished condition, full tank, etc. The finance person presented us the options without trying to pressure us into buying coverage we knew we did not want. We were in-and-out (though not before a personal introduction to the service team, which we appreciated)All in all, a 5-star experience (a first for us)
I had my recommended 50k mile tune performed at this dealership and paid good money for it. (I like to support local business and I was willing to pay for Ford expertise). I asked that they make sure my AC was in tip-top working order because after a long day at work, I enjoy a cool journey home. They said they would, and when I picked it up, they said they had. Clearly they did not, as the last two days have been 86. Now Im wondering what else they missed. - well they didnt miss charging me for shop supplies! Nice!!
My husband saw a gorgeous mustang convertible that he wanted to get me for my birthday. Unfortunately it was during the covid 19 lockdown. We contacted them to find out the process, and spoke with Bob Earl. He bent over backwards to make the process easy and painless! The body work guys also touched up a few spots on the car and made it look like new! I really appreciate how it all flowed so easily. Thanks again!!!!
Chip helped us pick out our vehicle and was patient through the process with us as we decided on what car was the best fit for us . The process was very quick and painless and we would highly recommend chip in Lakeview Ford for anyone in the area looking for a new car! Great people to work with.
Superb dealership and great quality vehicles. After 17 years, I finally traded my BMW, and having no experience with Ford cars, I was skeptical. I decided to go with a 2017 Ford Fusion. It’s now been a month’s worth of dependability, smooth rides, exceptional infotainment system, and lots of compliments. The folks at Lakeview are courteous professionals who will do whatever it takes to get you into a great car. Many thanks to them for a great deal and making me a fan of Ford vehicles.
Very friendly personnel and impressed with the layout of the service department check in area.My first visit and I had my 2017 escape checked over at 50,000 miles.Have scheduled tire replacement and new brakes for next week. $900 worth of work.Only a small matter but I was disappointed to see that they have not vacuumed out my car today. Something that they had indicated they would do along with the car wash.More relevant will be how They handle major repairs next week. I will posting here about it. Jim Richmond
Like to take a minute and publicly express a great job to Team Lakeview Ford. Its my second purchase from Lakeview Ford, this time into a 2020 Ford Explorer and have to share its the best vehicle to date I have purchased. The team at Lakeview from their owner Vince Pavone to my personal sales associate Suzanne Key, made this experience top notch. I highly recommend Lakeview Ford, its the best of the best.Sincerely,Tom Melita
I went to Lakeview Ford Lincoln and leased a vehicle through this dealership. A mistake was made. Was contacted by the Manager, and the owner and the mistake was made right. Donnie helped me find my dream car and thoroughly went over it with me and explained how to work it. Vince (the owner) so graciously let me out of my current lease so I was able to get into the car I’ve always wanted! They are friendly, knowledgeable and work to get you the best deal so you can get exactly what you want! Thank you for all of your help and I look forward to working with Donnie in future purchases!
They called several times a day after I declined phone calls. Eventually after not stop calling, I went and looked at a vehicle and than mentioned I would want someone I know to look at it on a Sunday so I can have space without a dealership employee hounding me to purchase. They ended up not having the vehicle there and kept mentioning for me to come by on their schedule or during their hours.. never really took in consideration that I dont have a ride there or I am busy with work myself. In addition, they mentioned someone else was interested in purchasing the vehicle so I told them to make a sale with them that I will find something else, since I didnt want to rush into anything.. but they kept running my credit days after, calling, texting and pressuring me into purchasing. I will not be going back to this dealership, not only have I had problems, but so have other people I know have.
Best car buying experience that I have ever had! Troy was my salesman and he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and got my car. He even went on the test drive with me and explained all about the car that I wanted. I will definetly recommend Lakeview Ford...if you are in the market for a used car, ask for Troy!
My wife and and I had a great experience with the process of purchasing our escape.Salesman Floyd worked with us through out the whole deal.We are very happy with our car.Thank you Lakeview Ford , we look forward to you for service and other options that we may incounter in the future.
In 2015, Lakeview Ford’s service department provided professional warranty repairs on my 2013 Ford F-350 truck. In December 2017, the air bag status light within the instrument panel display cluster remained on. Normally, that light should shut off. So, I had Lakeview Ford’s service department analyze the problem. It was determined my truck needed a CLOCK SPRING. Who would have thought a truck has a clock spring? My service advisor was Steve Schneider. He did a great job submitting the needed repairs through Ford as a warranty claim-Ford covered the part and labor. It seems that Ford’s Supplemental Restraint System (SRS), is covered for 5 years or 60,000 miles. But, I didn’t know that. So, even though my original Ford bumper to bumper warranty had expired, Steve went the extra mile and saved me money. That’s excellent customer service! Many thanks to Lakeview Ford’s Steve Schneider and the service department personnel!
So today I went to this dealership to test drive a truck after weeks of doing research online. I wanted to actually see if a truck is what I want to buy. So my wife and I pulled up and looked around at a few of the ones they have there, and soon after one of the employees showed up. I believe his name was Gary but I’m not so sure if that was his name because he didn’t want to tell us his name a second time after we got mad at him. So we told him we wanted to test drive a truck specifically a lariat f150 they have there. He asked if we were looking to trade. We said no. He asked if we wanted to buy today, numerous times, and we said no because we just wanted to test drive it and make a decision later. So he told us that he didn’t want to risk a 35k dollar truck on the road if we were not going to buy it! We were so shocked. How can you tell me you won’t let me test drive a used car because I won’t guarantee that I’m going to buy the truck! I am I suppose to make a decision about which one I want without being able to test it. We got so mad we got in our car. I got back out and told him we were going to speak to his manager and that i wanted his name. He didn’t give it to us , walked away and told us he was getting the key to drive it. We were so angry we went to the dealer next door and we were able to test drive one of their trucks no questions asked! This is absolutely ridiculous and honestly felt like I would not recommend or want to buy from this person or dealership if this is their practices.
Our salesman, Tony L., did a fantastic job understanding what we needed, wanted and could afford. He worked for us and found us a vehicle that was more than we needed or asked for and that was within our price range. The rest of the Lakeview Ford staff was friendly and took their time with my wife and I to ensure everything was in line. From start to finish it was a smooth, no-pressure process!
One of our third row seats does not raise so we took it in to have it looked at. The seat has only been used maybe 6 times since we got the vehicle in 2007. The motor seems fine so some gear must be shot. Apparently the unit is all one piece so the whole thing has to be replaced at a cost of $800! For the amount we use it we will not be fixing it, hopefully it won’t be a problem when we sell it. Seems like it could have been designed better so parts could be replaced instead of the whole unit. The Ford Dealer in Battle Creek always does a good job for us. I believe this is a Ford design problem.
Although I arrived at Lakeview Ford with the vehicle I wanted to take home already in mind, Troy and Suzanne had the vehicle cleaned up and ready for me to inspect. Troy offered a very helpful, low pressure environment which gave me plenty of time to inspect the vehicle without having someone over my shoulder at every step. They worked with me to find the price that worked best for both parties, and their finance department even managed to find a lower rate than I could on my own. All in all, it was five star service across the board and I would recommend Troy, and this dealership to both my friends and family!
We bought a used truck from Lakeview Ford the salesman Gary was great to deal with answered all our questions and made us a great deal, we cant thank Vince enough for everything he did for us, the service dept is the best, as well as the service manager Candy, cant leave out the receptionist, whom probably dont get the recognition she deserves from customers at times, ur the best Denise! I would highly recommend Lakeview Ford to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle, huge selection to choose from, and friendly staff.
Everyone at Lakeview Ford made my experience extremely pleasant, all of my requests were met and they went above and beyond to assure the work was done properly and within a timely manner. I especially would like to mention Clint and Craig for making my visit worry and stress free.
I moved to Kalamazoo back in the spring and needed to have my oil changed and tires rotated in Nov. I called the Ford dealership in the Kzoo area and could not get any appointment for two weeks. Never had this issue with Grand Ledge Ford in my previous city. I called up Lakeview in Battle creek and they got me in the same day. Arrived for my appointment early and they had my truck on the rack in less than 10 minutes and I was out of there quickly. Service staff was very nice and professional as well. Even though it 18 miles and a 25-30 minute drive from where I live, as long as I live in the Kzoo area, I will use Lakeview for all my Ford service needs!Oh, and they didnt pressure me on buying all kinds of things that I know I didnt need as well. I was a service manager for 16 years for several major car rental companies and know when I am being taken advantage of.So again, thank you for your outstanding and honest service. It got you a customer that will be dedicated to you as long as I am in the Kzoo area.
You are asking about a review of my C Max? We really like the car! Getting in and out of it is great for older people as it sits like a SUV not falling down into a seat. The car is roomy, more room in our backseat than in the Escape. We also are in love with the gas mileage--over 35 mpg. Would definitely buy another one.
Traci was our sales person, who was extremely friendly very professional and showed us many options that would fit our needs.we explained what we were looking for, she took the time to find us exactly what we wanted and explained in great detail on each vehicle and all the their special features. The appearance of the dealership was very clean, the people were very welcoming and friendly. We are completely satisfied with our new 2017 Ford Fusion.. Thank you Traci and Thank you Lakeview Ford Lincoln
Don’t leave stuff in your vehicle if you take it to Lakeview Ford Body shop. The body shop did some work on my truck and now glasses and a knife from a buddy of mine who is no longer with us taken.Their response—oh well we are not responsible for items missing in vehicles. The attitude was the worst part. They just didn’t care that my stuff was missing. Not only will I not see my buddy, I’ll never see the knife he gave me before he passed.
I had a very positive experience. I went up and down the Magnificent Motor Mile and I ended up at Lakeview Ford and was approached by Traci and she was an excellent young lady who made me feel very comfortable and relaxed and asked a lot of questions to findout what I personally needed.I ended up leasing a 2017 Ford Fusion and I have been enjoying my new car for a couple days now. The follow-up calls and the aftercare detailing has been Beyond expectations. I highly recommend if youre looking to lease or buy to definitely stop in and check Lakeview Ford out. Honestly I have never leased before and I thought that I would be treated differently because Im not buying a new car. But TracI made me feel as if I were purchasing a brand new car and she was getting a huge commission. If a sales person makes less commision on a lease, you would have never known, because I was treated very well. Linda Roche.
I contacted Lakeview Ford about a vehicle they had listed. It was $15,195 on their website and on the aggregate car websites. I set up an appointment to test drive it the next day. I got contacted a couple hours later via email by Lakeview, stating that the car had sold, but they had two other similar vehicles available. Both were more expensive, and one was higher mileage and a year older! I said no thank you. That evening, the car reappears on their web site and on the Cars.com for $19,889! Same VIN, same stock number and same mileage! Classic Bait and Switch routine. I expected more out of Ford!
Hi all;Just a quick shout out to everyone at Lakeview Ford. They made buying a car or truck extremely easy and professional. Walked us through every step, worked with us on special requests or needs and went the extra mile to make us feel important and appreciated. Thanks all for all you did especially - Chip Iceberg, Troy, Allen Fernatt and Phil Overly
Great service in their service center! I work long hours and they work with me around my schedule. I had a recall on my car and I had to wait a few days for the part to come in. They rented me a car at no cost to me! Fast forward a few months and its time for my 30,000 mile service. Only waited about a half hour and ended up paying $60 less than what I was expecting!
I had a great experience purchasing a new Ford Fusion at Lakeview Ford Lincoln. I knew what I wanted, and the team was able to find it exactly and have it delivered in just a few days. Everything about the lease process was simple and easy, and Im loving my new car. Thank you!
On 31 October 2017, I called Lakeview Ford to inquire if the Body Shop would be able to begin work on my vehicle immediately or if they had a lot of other cars pending repair. I also wanted to verify if they provided Courtesy Transportation back to my place of employment, similar to what the Service Department does. The female that I spoke with who originally answered my call couldnt confirm if the Body Shop was allowed to provide transportation or not, nor did she even know when the Body Shop opened. I told her that I had been told that the Body Shop was now part of the dealership versus being independently owned, she went on to tell me that she wasnt even sure what time the Service Department opened. On 1 November 2017, I dropped my vehicle off at the Body Shop at 7:30 am. I spoke with the Manager of the Body Shop and told him about my call with the uninformed Receptionist and how its alarming that the person assigned to deal with Your Public Customers has no idea what time any of the other departments open and what the policy concerning courtesy transportation is. He told me that he would speak to someone about it and also told me that they had the information for my insurance claim and where to provide the pictures, etc., but they would need to wash my car first so that they could evaluate All of the Damage thoroughly. Well this MUST HAVE BEEN the Best Car wash in history because my Insurance adjuster informed me that they Did Not receive the Claim information from the Body Shop until almost 10 am Friday 3 November, I guess it takes 2 days to wash a car and look it over. I made the mistake of calling the dealership back on Saturday 4 November to speak with the Body Shop since I hadnt heard Anything from them. The Receptionist transferred me to the Body Shop and it immediately went to Voicemail. I hung up and called back and asked for the Body Shop Again, since I needed to speak with someone in person because I had my Insurance Adjuster on another line asking me if I wanted my vehicle picked up and taken to another body shop to complete the repairs, this time it rang several times and it was finally answered by Someone in the Service Department, when I told them I wanted the Body Shop, I was informed that the Body Shop was Closed on Saturday... I guess my conversation with the Body Shop Manager three days before concerning the person answering the phone Not knowing Anything about the Dealerships department hours wasn’t taken very seriously. I am All for having a Family business but if you’re going to hire a relative to answer the Phone, the least you could do is Print Off a copy of the hours of operation for each department as well as explain All of the Dealership Policies with them. Calling 3 and 4 times just to have someone from Another department tell you that the department that your calling for is Closed, is Not a good way to run a business. There is More to a Great Dealership than Just the New Car Showroom... Service AFTER the sale is Just as Important, if Not More! The Next Time I call this Dealership for Anything, I am Just going to Immediately ask to speak with either The General Manager or the Owner, hopefully they Will Know what time the different departments open and will be familiar with All of their policies and I would suggest that everyone do the same to save yourself the additional frustration of having to call multiple times.
I always have a great experience at Lakeview Ford Lincoln! This is the second vehicle that we have leased from this dealership. Both times we picked the exact car we wanted and it was brought in for us with no hassle. The days of spending hours in the dealership hashing out a deal are over. We leased both vehicles by just submitting a request online and Lakeview responds with our choices...it was great...again.Thank you Lakeview, we will be loyal customers for life!
When I bought my Fusion is April of 2016, everything went smoothly. I purchased the maintenance package for 36 months/36,000 miles. When I got the oil changed for the first time, my local dealership (Im an hr away from Battle Creek) said that my package will expire in February of 2015, meaning I was only able to use 1 oil change before it expired. I called the dealership and had someone check into it and they said everything was fine. Went to use it the next time and my local dealership told me that it was expired. Called the dealership again and someone else look into and realized that it was written up wrong in my contract. They had to file a case with Fords extended warranty department to get it honored, which was beginning of last summer. They said they would call when it got cleared up. Didnt hear from anyone for months. I finally called and somehow they couldnt find the case in the system. Filed a new case in November of last year (I actually got a copy of this one), said it should take 7-10 business days. Didnt hear anything for a few weeks, called again and they couldnt get an answer from Ford, but would check on it. Again, didnt hear anything, called a few weeks into January of this year to check on it. I was told that it couldnt be processed because my signature wasnt on the original contact. So I was faxed the paperwork to sign. That was the last time I was able to get Ronnie (who I was working with) on the phone. She doesnt answer my calls or returns them when I leave a message. Pretty frustrating that Im double paying for the maintenance to my car
I had a wonderful experiencing shopping for and leasing my first new car. Traci Bohannon was very helpful in finding the vehicle with the additional options I wanted. She as well made sure I got the most incentives I could, saving me a ton! I highly recommend to anyone if youre looking to buy or lease a new or used vehicle to stop in at the Lakeview Ford Lincoln dealership in Battle Creek, MI
I went there to get my oil changed. The staff was professional and kind as always. Service was done promptly. While waiting, I was looking at the new mustangs on the lot and I was approached by a salesman and had a great interaction with him. I could tell he was also an enthusiast of mustangs and he loaded me up with a lot of literature. He offered to put me in a new 2015 after I told him I just purchased a 2012--but was very cordial about it and knew I was there for service. He let me look inside the car, check it out, and even take it for a drive! Ive never had a better experience getting service on my vehicle anywhere!
Service dept. is normally great and everyone there is very friendly. Communication isnt the greatest though. I was told it should be a 5 hour job, 8 hours later I had to call to check on it. The service rep had left for the day and the technician couldnt be found. I understand repairs can take longer than expected but communication needs to improve. Especially as this is a company vehicle and I dont live in the area. The extra time keeps me from getting work done and prolongs my day.
Took my 2019 Ford Escape in to have a little work done and again everyone was great . Looked into what the issue was and took care of it for me . What a wonderful group of people you have there .They all are ready to take care of you and you car. All smiles and ready to answer what ever questions you may have.Love my 2019 Ford Escape, just wish it had come with a CD player.Thank you again ,Julie Smith
Service staff is good to deal with. However, filed a complaint after my last visit when a salesman walked into service lounge to strike up a conversation / sales pitch with me. I told service manager I dont appreciate being poached by salesmen as I wait for my vehicle to be serviced. It was explained to me that was an isolated incident with new sales staff.
Mixed feelings on my visit here. I was greeted promptly by a salesman as I browsed trucks on the lot. I was disappointed that no detailed brochures were available, as I was wanting to compare options packages and compare available colors and interiors. If you have 2018 trucks on the lot, then brochures should be available to help with option selection in my opinion. This may have been Fords fault and not the dealership, I do not know. When Im ready to buy I will find out if they deal on pricing. Ive bought my last two trucks at this location, but itis under different management now.
Not impressed at all. The gentleman tried to charge my daughter $610.00 for things that were covered under warranty and when I called to inquire about it he was not very professional. Luckily Kandy was smart enough to check on things before he screwed her out of her money.
I have never had an easier, better car buying experience than I did recently at Lakeview Ford Lincoln. Our sales representative Floyd was a complete pleasure to work with, as was the rest of the staff from financing to the parts and service department. If you are looking to purchase a new vehicle, I highly recommend Lakeview Ford Lincoln.
Having previously been through some of the more shady bad credit dealerships around town, I can say with confidence that despite my credit not being excellent, Lakeview Ford went above and beyond to help me find a car, and then find affordable financing for me. Would highly recommended to friends and family, excellent service!
I saw a car online that I was very interested in, but since I live in Ohio I emailed first to ensure that it was still available and to make an appointment. I filled out the contact form on their website and ended up getting an auto-response....from 3 different people. I responded to all of them, asking about the car, but never got a personal response. I continued to get automated follow ups from multiple people, but no one ever actually responded to me. I ended up buying elsewhere.
Great experience. Make sure to ask for Chris Betts. No pressure and feel like I got a very fair deal. We had gone there earlier and the car we looked at was not really what we wanted and asked Chris to call if anything came in. He called only when something met our requirements.
As a Michigan resident currently serving in the military and stationed in Maryland, I was here in Michigan for 2 weeks and looking for a vehicle. After a poor experience with another Ford Dealership in Lansing, I found a vehicle at Lakeview Ford and contacted them. I spoke with Sharlena Jenkins and made an appointment for that day. I drove from Jackson to Battle Creek and met with Sharlena. I cant begin to describe the positive experience I had with Sharlena and Lakeview Ford. Shar was extremely professional and helpful even googling the number to my credit union so that I could get a document I needed. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful. Alan in the Finance Department was great also with no hard sales pressure tactics. The whole experience from start to finish was awesome and one of the best car buying experiences Ive had. I would recommend Lakeview Ford and especially Sharlena to anyone interested in buying a Ford either new or used. I cant thank Lakeview Ford enough for their courtesy and professionalism especially considering my limited time in the area before heading back to my duty station.
Bought my car from here in December, and had a great experience then so I thought I would be loyal and bring it back when its time for repairs and maintenance. Since I work 8-5 during the week, like most normal Americans, the only time I can really take three hours out of my day for stuff like this is the weekend. Made an appointment online, listing oil change, break inspection, and break squeaking problems as reasons for coming in. Reveive a call confirming my appointment on Friday, no mention that theyd only be completing an oil change. Arrive on time for my appointment, go to check in, and am told that there isnt a technician here on the weekends, so theyd just be doing an oil change, and Ill be needing to bring my car back during the week. Are you kidding me? Why is that the first time this is mentioned to me? I drove half an hour over from Kalamazoo just to be told theyre just doing something I could have just gone to Wal-Mart for... I will NOT be bringing my car back for future service, and will take this experience onto serious consideration when I go to buy my next Ford.
Came here looking for a very specific vehicle. Was informed immediately that they are very hard to come across used but to feel free to browse the inventory they have while the searched. Drove four or five different vehicles and didnt really like anything. Turns out they had what we were looking for at another dealership that they had driven over. Wife fell in love with it so we ended up buying it.
I have been a Honda and Toyota owner for the past 10 years and recently decided to give Ford a chance. I met with a sales associate at Lakeview to discuss possibly purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned or leasing a new 2015 Fusion. We reviewed the options and the associate went to speak with his manager regarding pricing. He came back within about 10 minutes to review his Lease Offer offer with me. The offer was approximately $3,000 more and .5% higher interest than a comparable Honda Accord I priced out earlier that morning.I told the associate that the numbers werent going to work. We both stood up and I extended my hand to shake his. He turned his back towards me and walked away. It was a disappointing service experience at best. While I am perfectly ok with not being able to negotiate a deal I am happy with, I am not ok with having a back turned towards me when I am trying to be curteous. Had the associate shook my hand we could have parted ways agreeing to disagree, instead, I left unwilling to give Ford another chance.

2022-04-06I worked with Lania when I decided to order a 2022 Bronco and I cannot recommend her enough. She was incredibly easy to work with, reliable, and made the whole experience feel simple. She walked me through every step and was always available when I had questions or requested updates. And once it came in I was able to bring it in and get a tutorial on how to remove the top. Best experience in car buying I’ve ever had!

2022-04-22Loving my 2021 Ford Explorer Platinum Edition! Lakeview Ford and Devon Rainwater did an amazing job finding me what I wanted and getting it delivered timely. I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted and looked at multiple SUVs and trucks. I was ready to close the deal to order an Escape and then Devon showed me this Explorer that had been ordered and the buyer chose a different Explorer that was on the lot. Devon knew what I was looking for and this was the perfect car for me. The rest is history! I’ll definitely be going back to Devon and Lakeview Ford for future vehicles.

2022-06-23Gonna be honest here. I drove over an hour to go here because I hate my local dealership and almost quit the Ford/Lincoln brand. This dealership changed everything. Decent pricing, excellent customer service, and no mind games or tricks. I felt like family. Susie was my salesperson and was fun and understanding of what I wanted, and made sure I was listened to! I am a new Lincoln owner and I’m so excited! I will buy all of my Ford/Lincoln products here.

2022-04-23Devon was hands on from the beginning, helping me to design the perfect truck to help maximize my transport business. Worked hard to close the deal with the options I was looking for in a new pickup. Thank You Lakeview Ford!

2022-07-12Crooked and shady… They do not keep their word.We bought a used Ford Mustang. When we test drove the vehicle there was a bad shaking to the vehicle. We decided to purchase the vehicle with the agreement that the shaking would be fixed. We signed a paper stating the dealer would fix the shaking. When we went to pick the vehicle up we were told the shaking was fixed. We took it for a quick test drive and it seemed to be better. However, after signing paperwork and driving the vehicle home, the car started shaking again. We took the car to have the tires checked at a tire store and it had 2 bad tires. $1300 out of pocket for new tires and the shaking has been fixed. I have reached out to Troy, the GM, multiple times to see if we can be reimbursed for the cost of the new tires. This seems only fair since the dealer was supposed to fix the issue (which they did not). Not to my surprise - I have not heard a peep from Troy… they need to learn how to be honest and stand by their word. Extremely disappointed!

2021-11-13Lakeview Ford and it’s employees are the best when it comes to satisfying your car needs….Susie Wilkey was our salesperson-she was always on top of communication, keeping us informed of the build date, release date, shipping of our 2021 Badlands Ford Bronco….we received pics of the Bronco when it came in from both her and the general sales manger, Troy Bernard, who was also with us every step of the way for the ordering, purchasing, and final delivery of our vehicle. Susie was very thorough showing us every detail of the car, including the Ford Pass app and it’s functionality. Her product knowledge was highly impressive!! The dealership has the most welcoming environment from the moment you walk in-rockstar treatment from start to finish. Allan was also so patient, exhibiting expertise from the finance side of the deal. We are 100% satisfied customers-we couldn’t be happier with our Ford purchase and experience!!!!

2022-04-10Just picked up my new truck! Never have liked buying new automobiles. However this time was a much better experience . Highly recommend My sales rep Suzy W. , she made my buying experience quick and easy. Ordered truck exactly as I wanted and only took 2 months to build . Everyone I dealt with on pick up day was friendly ,courteous , and very respectful. Previous dealings with service department on my last truck were also great. Overall 5 stars!
