Comment: As a first time home buyer, I feel so grateful to meet Lance and Lance Jr. two months ago. At the beginning of our house search, we had no idea where to find a good buyer agent. Luckily, we met Lance in one of the open houses. He was so helpful throughout the process from the get-go.He made sure he knew all of our needs and requirements first, and provided tons of advice through regular calls and texts. He actually recommended expanding our search to La Palma when there are limited nice houses in the market with our budget, which is where we ended up!
