I’ve left a review already. But I’ve had non stop issues with my car. They claimed my car was never in a front end accident and they won’t cover anything under warranty. I bought this car in 2021 and when I had it repaired myself I took pictures. Do not trust their inspection. I sent the manager pictures and he never responded.
While traveling from Mississippi to Michigan, my brand new Ford had its radiator hose come off and I lost all my fluid, in Illinois. I had made it to a dealership, Sutton Ford in Matteson, Illinois, with my 6 year old son to have my car looked at where I was told I can not be helped. As well as less that helpful treatment. I managed to get the hose secured and fluid back in my car and watched my temp for further problem. After making it to Michigan, I immediately took my car in to Lasco. I told them the situation and I was taken in. My car was looked over and I was told it was all good, but before I left to go back to Mississippi to bring it in and they would put it up and thoroughly check it and it’s connections. Without an appointment. And they did. It was a so nice that they took my special circumstance into consideration and helped me out. Every person I dealt with was friendly and I never felt like a burden as I did at Sutton, in Illinois. So thanks for the help, Lasco. I bought my first car from you about 30 years ago and you hooked me up so many years later. Thank you so taking my and my sons safety seriously.

I took my truck to get serviced and i wanted to find out what my trucks trade in value would be, I have asked this place twice to appraise it while it was being serviced for the same thing , three times, yes three times. Well I seen a vehicle there that I would like to inquire about. After sharing this with many of my coworkers, i am advised to go to another dealership . I think I will take their advise.

My wife and I have been shopping for the perfect truck in our price range for a while and Scott Cooley at Lasco became our main man. When I inquire about vehicles he is raw about the numbers along with being truthful, honest and not pushy. I truly think it was because he took time to know our situation and wanted the perfect match for our needs and wants. My husband and I went into Lasco Ford earlier this month to look for a vehicle for our son. We weren’t sure what we wanted and we knew inventory was low so we were not optimistic, understandably.Your employee, Kayla, greeted us immediately, we told her our concerns and she was very accommodating to show us what was readily available. She was not pushy in recommending anything, but actually told us that we may have to wait for our vehicle of choice and that she would wait right along with us. We have NEVER walked into a car dealership and then walked out feeling like we were still taken care of without purchasing a vehicle.Kayla is who we would ask for when we come back for a vehicle for my son and our family.
Cory Becker was great to deal with during my new F150 purchase. At first the truck I drove there to buy was already sold, which turned out to be available the following day and I was able to pick it up. We bought a Ford Fusion from Michael Bailey a few years back. He made the buying process easy and painless. We needed a car fast after our vehicle had mechanical issues. When you are in a pinch and need a vehicle quickly, it can be stressful to find what you want in the price range you want. Michael did a great job of making the process so easy for us, it relieved that stress. He helped pick out the vehicle and started the buying process before we even got to the dealership. Once we got there we were in and out quickly! I would trust Michael to pick out a car for me sight unseen, that is how good he is at his job!
Purchased a vehicle less than a year ago from here. The vehicle has not been in an accident, not driven hard or improperly, since I have had it. However now there’s a huge suspension issue with the vehicle that is obviously an existing issue when the vehicle was purchased. The only work I’ve had to do to the vehicle at this point is the regular oil changes. Nothing else yet. However in less than a year basically the whole front end needs replaced when nothing has happened to cause such damage. Upset that I was sold a vehicle with an existing problem, and Lasco had no answers other then my warranty was up and they could do nothing for me.
Kayla McNutt is the best salesperson I have had in a long time. I told her exactly what I wanted and the price I was willing to pay and she managed to get me what I requested. The finance manager Ben Willey was awesome also. I would highly recommend Kayla and Ben and Lasco Ford to everyone.
I purchased a Chevy Cruze certified. Unpin test drive I noticed an oil smell.-service stated they overfilled oil when they did the oil change and how the car came with this great warranty.-Upon leaving with the car the power mirror did not work but, it was suppose to because it was certified that was inspected.-took car back to the dealer, they discovered it had an oil leak, fixed mirror and tried to charge me $200 even though it was unplugged and certified that it worked.I requested the car be sent to a Chevy dealer due to the fact their service stated possible timing chain issues that only a Chevy dealer could fixLasco then sent my car to their Mitsubishi dealership they own.-that dealership found not one but multiple oil leaks on a car that had been certified 2 weeks prior.-1 week from getting it back from the Lasco owned Mitsubishi dealership the car broke down in Saginaw and it was the valve cover( I was told it was probably damaged when put back on)- Lasco Ford claimed they were giving me an extension on the certified warranty.A couple weeks after that I now have a bad hub, come to find out Lasco didn’t even activate the warranty. The warrant finally got activated and it’s just a powertrain warranty. This dealership is an absolute nightmare to work with. They care nothing about the customer. They have like 10 managers and they all give you the run around for days when you call. Buyer BEWARE
Lasco Ford was an amazing dealership from start to finish. With the market being the way it was, it was taking forever to find myself a truck at a reasonable price. I was starting to become discouraged until I found a listing at Lasco and even in one of my top colors I was looking for which I never expected to find and thought I would end up just settling. Scott Cooley was very professional from start to finish. I called to check availability and drove straight there. He came out and met us with the keys, took my license, and after a short test drive and some negotiation, I was out the door with my first vehicle ever purchased. What a first vehicle but also what a first time buyer experience. I will always be checking Lasco first when I buy moving forward and if you are heading there ask for Scott Cooley cause he is the man!
Poor service and even worse management, check to make sure you get what you paid for before you leave. Have been going to Lasco Ford of Fenton for regular maintenance on my Ford vehicles. Pay for a tire rotation and oil change, only to find out a few days later the tires had not been rotated. Contacted the maintenance manager at the time and he said he would give me a discount next time I come in. Go in next time to no notes on my account and find out the manager had been let go for, “doing things like that.” Pay for the same service for another vehicle with the same result. Now I either can’t get ahold of the manager in charge now or when I do he says he is going to contact another manager and never gets back to me. Attempted to contact management several times and left many messages.
I haven’t purchased any vehicles from Lasco, but I do order all of my parts from them for my Fords. After a nightmare experience ordering parts from Ford’s corporate parts website last November Lasco went above and beyond on multiple occasions to help me get my order straightened out despite the order not being with them directly. I was able to get a full refund from Fords corporate parts department and redid my order thru Lasco’s Parts department. All items arrived in a matter of days. Major shout out to Ryan in parts with Lasco in particular.
I sent an email to the address I believed to be the general manager describing my experience and never heard anything back. It wasnt the worst buying experience I had, but it was not smooth or efficient. There was somehow a mixup on how many keys there were (tag said 2, but only 1) This was discovered after I declined to purchase the warranty through them which i ultimately did when offered a discount. There were several paperwork mishaps, an inability to describe to me exactly what is considered taxable to arrive at the out the door price, the warranty was filed under the wrong car which delayed me getting fixed the Sync system that was unusable. There is no way this was not a known issue with this vehicle. Communication with Ben Willey after the purchase was non-existent and I had to mostly straighten out the issue with the warranty myself. I had to put way too much of my own effort into things the dealer should have offered to solve and was not offered any consideration for my trouble or any of the mixup (keys, car issue, etc.) Will not likely return.
We had an awesome experience with Mason Sylvester ordering a brand new Explorer! This guy definitely knows his stuff! Huge car guy (and bench press guy too by the looks of it). We love working with Lasco Ford - every part of the car buying experience here is enjoyable.
Every time I called up to Lasco, the service manager, Ashton, and the diesel tech offered me a lot of help. They were easy to contact, gave me the time of day, and have helped me on a lot of big diesel questions. I look forward to supporting this location with my business in the future.

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my new Ford Explorer at Lasco Ford in Fenton. Mason was the sales agent who assisted me, listened to what I wanted in a vehicle, and helped me find the perfect car. He was very professional and personable and I highly recommend him and Lasco Ford for any of your car needs!
We called ahead and put a deposit on a vehicle, after the salesperson assured us that the vehicle was in good running condition. Drove over 2 hours to find out he lied - the truck wasnt running right.Having driven all that way, we made an offer about $2,000 less to cover the sensor or engine repairs. It also had bald tires. They countered with $500 off, which was insulting.Finally, the salesperson at the next desk overheard me expressing doubts about the vehicle and that we were probably going to drive home empty handed. Thats when it really went downhill. This guy pulled out all the stops and pushed high-pressure sales tactics. Im not young - I know all the tricks. As a female, it felt super condescening. At that point, I was done and we walked.Very disappointed. Felt like we were lied to in order to get us in the door, and then an older guy steps in to apply high-pressure tactics to try to squeeze a sale out of us. Very sad.
I generally deal with Ford dealers in my immediate area so until I recently listed a car for sale by owner and was contacted by a person in sales here, I didn’t even know this dealership existed. I am giving this review based on interactions with this one employee which I don’t normally do unless that interaction is extremely memorable one way or the other. Unfortunately my interaction with this employee was a very negative one. I am giving this dealership as a whole the benefit of the doubt and giving them a higher rating then my interaction with one of their employees would warrant.I have a Ford Fusion for sale by owner on the CarGurus website. I received a message from a Kayla asking if she could see and test drive the vehicle and asked when I would be available to meet. Within a few minutes of getting this message I replied back that the Fusion was available pretty much anytime and to let me know what worked for her. I tried to keep my schedule open knowing she wanted to see the car. A day went by and she hadn’t even read the message I had sent which I thought was odd. I sent her another message asking if she was still interested in seeing the vehicle. Kayla then replied and apologized and said yes she was still interested. I immediately sent a response saying that we could choose a public place for her to see the vehicle and that I just needed to know when she wanted to see it. Two more days went by where I again didn’t hear anything. At that point I started doing a little research given the limited information I had and I was able to determine that Kayla worked at Lasco Ford, something she failed to share! Unhappy to learn that Kayla had contacted me in a way that made her appear to be a private buyer I sent her another message. I told her that her lack of response regarding my vehicle indicated she really wasn’t that interested in it and that dealers like Lasco have contacted me and given me lowball offers so unless she was prepared to give me my asking price then please don’t even bother to respond. After not hearing from her for days now, this morning Kayla replied apologizing again for the delay then blamed it on the CarGurus platform for not making it easier. She then finally shared she worked for Lasco and proceeded to give me an offer $5200 less than the $27000 I was asking. I asked her if she actually read my previous note asking her to not even reply unless she could give me my full asking price. She then sent me a message asking me to bring the vehicle in for an appraisal immediately followed by another saying she could send someone out to my place for one. I warned her that I was going to write a Google review based on this interaction and that every time she responded her rating was going lower because she wasn’t listening to me. She then asked what type of offers I had received and I shared that hers was the lowest dealer offer and that I hadn’t accepted higher offers from other dealers. I then sent Kayla a message saying she totally wasted my time and that she was not to contact me again. She replied with “Great ! SELL TO THEM THEN ! have a great rest of your week : )”. Kayla, not being upfront from the beginning that you were representing a dealership, delayed replies, then not even paying attention to what I was saying gets you one star. I can’t imagine the rest of the dealership is this poor so they get some grace in my ranking.
Purchased a Gold Certified Preowned vehicle and only received one key fob. It was not disclosed prior to purchase that there was only one fob. Vehicle was delivered to me as dealer is not in my vicinity. Supposed to receive 2 sets of keys per paperwork from CPO program. ** edit- the service manager contacted me provided payment for a 2nd key fob so increase review to 4 stars
You can go to any Dealership and they can all offer you the same thing, their price may vary by just dollars. What makes the difference is the Frontline. The salespeople are what bring the consumer continually coming into the front door after the small print on the fancy add falls short to deliver. I found a diamond in the ruff with Dakota a few years back when I bought my first used vehicle from him after his first year with the Company and thru his persistence, he has stayed in touch. I was ready now to change to another vehicle and we had been in touch and he moved heaven and earth to get me into it and at a price I was happy with. Even drove to get me at a car rental agency as I had sold my car before I knew what I wanted my next car to be. Rest assured, I will tell anyone on the hunt for a vehicle,(new or used) try Dakota Page, he will put his best efforts into finding you what you want and no baloney. I thank him from the bottom of my heart. A true gentleman!
A salesmen named Dylan Carrol helped my husband and I buy the perfect car for our son to take to college in the fall. I bought a vehicle march 2021 and was in love until not even 24 days i had to take back bc the interior passenger side inside was conpletly wet, my cupholders filled with water etc. Took it in right away tokd there was nothing wrong then a couple months after it rained hard again had water coming out of the sun roof buttons took it in again right away, and of course by now the warrenty is bad and lasco wants 1800.00 bc the third time i took it ii. They said its the sun roof window so now today car soaked affain and no help from lasco but they wont do anything i will not buy From lasco again and it was all ford cerified etc.
Stevie was really easy to work with. It was my first used car purchase, first out of state purchase, and first not-in-person purchase. She walked me through the whole process, sent me pictures and videos of the car, and was up front about issues. She even kept me in the loop post-purchase with photos of the car getting loaded up on the trailer and continued to help me getting paperwork after the car was delivered. The Shelby is epic. I wanted to buy a car I saw on TruCar. I worked with Brad and John, did a test drive and it went well, but then they raised the price $250 over the TruCar price and said no bargaining whatsoever was allowed.I see now their price is discounted on Trucar another $150, but they still wont call me.I got cash and want the car. Just let me know how to get a car for the price you advertise.You could sell a lot of cars that way.Update:I ended up buying the exact car I tried to buy from them.2 weeks, 3 price drops, and a different salesman had them begging me to take it.I dont like that they wont put a car on the lift to let you inspect the underside.Update2: I bought my next beater with a heater from AL Serras discount lot and I must say that the process was much easier, they looked at it on a lift, inspected the tires and brakes, checked for rust issues, and corrected some issues the car was having. I was pleased with the process.
In 2012 they sold me a used 05 mustang GT for $15k plus a $3k Powertrain warranty. They claimed they had gone over the Powertrain and it was all good. After 3 days the engine developed a knock and they refused to honor the Powertrain warranty because its considered a pre-existing condition if it happens within 90 days of buying the warranty. Several rocker-rollers had damaged their cam lobes and was only quiet for 3 days because they put heavier oil in the engine. I had to replace the cam before the car could be driven. There were several other ways they f@#×d with me but I think this gets my point across. Not only will I NEVER come back here for anything, they soured me on all dealerships.
Have bought 3 cars from Lasco Ford in Fenton and theres no place Id rather go to for a seamless customer experience. Most recently, Mason helped us with a Bronco build, make the selections that would fit our family the best, and has walked us through updates the entire time. The entire team at Lasco ford goes above and beyond to make the purchase and service processes on your vehicle first class. Hats off to a great team.
Awesome leasing experience with Lasco Ford! I drove a little over an hour from my home to deal with my familys favorite sales manager Ed Montgomery. We ended up ordering an explorer to our exact specifications with Garrett and he took great care of us. The wait for the vehicle was longer than expected (at NO fault to Lasco Ford- supply delays are everywhere these days) but Garrett and Ed were always available immediately! They quickly returned any of our texts and calls with answers and updates through the ordering process. This was our third Ford lease/purchase vehicle with Ed. I highly reccomend Ed and Garrett for a honest and trustworthy sales experience. Thanks a lot! We are loving our new explorer!!
I am lost for words. Ive never been greeted so wonderfully by a salesman especially by the wonderful gentleman Dakota Page. He has changed my my life, and day. Scott Cooley was our sales person. He listened to what vehicle we were interested in purchasing or leasing and explained the limited supply of vehicles available. We purchased a used vehicle at a reasonably fair price from that limited supply. Unfortunately we needed to make a return trip to get a second fob which was not in the vehicle when we left the dealership.
Went to the dealership to get out of my old car that’s lights looked like a Christmas ornament, something about a teacup looking flashing sign. Anyways, salesman Dakota Page managed to put me in a new mustang. Now I get to drive with the top down with the nice cool icy breeze

My wife wanted to turn in her Ford Edge early. You said you were interested in buying it and invited her to come up. We have about a 30 mile drive. When she got there she waited, and then was told youre not interested in buying any more Edge vehicles. What a waste of our time.

Service is by far the worst I ever been to. Steve in service is the only decent person there I bought my Ford fusion over 2 months ago and its been in service all but 5 days of that. Have had a bad back for 5 years, my car was very uncomfortable but luckily I managed to find this gem of a dealership where Dakota managed to put into the incredible Ford Edge Titanium. It’s a life changer and had one heck of a salesman. After my purchase he let me call him catfish.
Unbelievable service. I live on a small island off the coast of the U.P. and Dakota Page went above and beyond and drove it out to me and loaded it on a boat and sailed it to my house on the island. The showroom and lots at Lasco Ford are well taken care of and everyone I met was friendly, from my salesperson to those holding doors open for me with my baby son.I made an appointment with Dakota Page to look at several vehicles there and I was really pleased with my experience. I was early on in my car buying research and he was respectful of that, even showing me a car I hadnt been considering before and not pushing me on making a decision that day. His approach was the one I was hoping to have going into car shopping.
Lascos in Fenton is a great dealership to purchase a car. They are ready to help you purchase a vehicle with any background history. Ive purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership as well as my youngest daughter. Im going to keep telling family/friends. They have a great staff and a nice waiting room even for the little ones.Just make sure you set aside a day for it... shopping/ test driving and paperwork can be lengthy... so you might want to bring yourself snacks.Make sure you shop online first to see what you like - write down info/✔carfax. Youll make your visit shorter.Also printed pay stubs at least 4 current... also a MUST TO INCLUDE GAP INSURANCE ! I totaled my car that I had less than 2 yrs and they paid my loan off and received money for a down payment for another vehicle. 😊.Ive worked with the same salesman all 3xs and Im very pleased with each purchase.Try not to go on a Saturday if you want to avoid the crowd and longer wait. I absolutely LOVE MY CAR! 😊

Product from Lasco Ford was surprisingly in good condition when it arrived , (was shipped in a clear plastic bag)The packaging was ripped and torn and the mounting screws could have fallen out, in the future this type of part should be shipped in a box. that said part great, packaging not so much
Very good experience. Zack Burnash was my salesman and he was very straightforward about some problems with a couple vehicles I was looking at. I showed up thinking it would be a couple-day ordeal due to past experiences with other dealerships but I found a car I liked in my price range and drove off with it within a couple hours. Zach made sure to put some gas in my tank and take the car through the wash before handing me over the keys. I’m happy with my new vehicle and glad I gave Lasco a chance.

Service department is worthless. I called Tucker Blaney (service rep / manager) requesting to schedule the installation of a sway bar on a F series vehicle. Waited a week. Never heard back. Emailed Tucker Blaney. Waited a week. Never heard back. Called the general service department (vs. calling Tucker directly), spoke with another service representative who did not hide the fact they were quite disinterested in my request and the painfully easy money this job would have been. Rep said he would call back with quote. Waited a week. Never heard back. At this point I went with an aftermarket (Hellwig) bar, installed it myself, and life has been good since. I went so far as to find myself another dedicated Ford dealership (one who, shocker, actually returns calls) to bi-annually grace with my wallet for various service items on the a fore mentioned vehicle.
Kyle and Brian were very helpful in my purchase of a used F150. They were reasonable and worked with me to come to a deal that worked for all of us. The team at Lasco is very professional and I never felt pressured to buy. If you buy one of their wholesale as-is vehicles you can save a decent amount of money (If you are confident in you own inspection abilities) and willing to make a few repairs after purchase. I would gladly work with them again the next time Im in the market for a vehicle.
After only 7.000 mile i had to have engine coolant sensor and head temp sensor replaced engine went into limp mode. Truck sat for 4 days went to start it and all this happened. Cost me 870.00 to be fixed lasco wanted 1700.00 to fix it. This was a certified truck engine code was cleared
Made an appointment a week out with a service tech to have some issues diagnosed and fixed. Made it very clear with the tech that the plan was to have the vehicle diagnosed in a day. He said no problem. Dropped vehicle off via early bird the night before so it was ready bright and early. Was notified that they would need it for 2-3 days BEFORE THEY COULD DIAGNOSE IT. The service tech Paul told me that he had vehicles that he still hasnt diagnosed from Friday. (My call was at 8am Tuesday) Had I known this when I made the appointment I never would have wasted the trip from Flint to Fenton and back. Never bringing another vehicle here again.
I have been a Lasco customer for several years now....this is my third vehicle through Lasco, but my first custom order. Everything about the experience was exceptional. My salesperson, Madison, did an outstanding job making sure the build was exact, and keeping me updated from submission of the order, through build, delivery and pickup.I am thrilled with my F450, and with the unparalleled service I received. Kyle by far was the best sales rep I have worked with throughout the years of buying cars. I couldnt be happier with the attention to detail time taken and patience. He worked hard to get me the absolute best deal possible which was even better then what my credit union was able to do. If youre in need of a vehicle I highly recommend talking to Kyle. This man made a dream come true for me. Kyle worked hard on this deal to get me in the car that I wanted and was persistent at finding me the absolute best deal possible and would not settle for less. For that I appreciate him. Bought a 2021 Ford F-150 Platinum, three days after receiving it the warning lights went off like a Christmas tree. During a video walk through I had briefly seen a check engine light but was assured nothing was wrong with the truck by sales personnel. After informing them of the issue I was told to contact Ford and this was a warranty issue nothing they could do. Have been left with a truck I have been able to drive a week and a half in the first month of ownership and no offered assistance from those I purchased through. Will not buy from them again and recommend anyone stay clear.
To our salesman Mike Martin, Thank you. We went in to see a Certified 2018 Ford Explorer just to look at it. Mike was very patient with us and not pushy whatsoever. So We end up purchasing it, and noticed some things here and there a couple weeks after the deal went through. Rear passenger USB cluster gone, some interior covers and plastic pieces missing here and there, things like that. Long story short its up to me to notice these things prior to purchase and do my due dilligence. They werent obligated to fix anything and I knew that, but Mike made it happen when I brought these concerns to him. Also, one wheel had bad curb rash, and they fixed and reconditioned ALL the wheels to look like new. You guys exceeded expectation and Im impressed. Thank you!!
I ordered parts for my GT500. They sent me an email that the order was shipped but it was not. After two months I cancelled my order and Ive been waiting the refund for another TWO MONTHS!!! They keep telling me that they are going to send me a check. Today I called for the forth time and they said the same, the parts manager is going to reach out to you but nothing happens. Ill reach out to my attorney to clear this up because this is ridiculous. DONT BUY PARTS HERE!!!!!!

You get treated like royalty from start to finish. Walked in at 12:30 and walked out at 2:30 with a new ride. Service department slacks on helping , honestly felt like they don’t care . After buying a vehicle with a trade in realizing they absolutely under valued my trade in and then sold it for 4.5 thousand more than what they gave me . If you want honest people I’d go somewhere else .

Ed Montgomery was great. I was a bit nervous as this was my first ever NEW car purchase. Eds Communication was top notch. Took all the time I needed to understand the entire purchasing process. I was having trouble figuring out how to get a hold of certain documents because of Covid and lines at the Secretary of State. Ed Montgomery walked me through it all. The rest of the his team at Lasco Ford in Fenton was amazing when I finally came in to get the vehicle. I recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to take a moment to reach out to Ed Montgomery.
Great place to buy a car, however the service side, is very unorganized, and has little to no communication. I set up an appointment for warranty work, took it in, and didnt hear anything for 2 days, so I called them. They tell me that they havent even looked at it, so I asked what was the point of seeing an appointment. He says,so we can get it into the parking lot, and get to it when we have time. I asked him why he didnt just set up the appointment, for when theyre ready. He saysyeah, I guess we can do that I still havent gotten the call, a full week later. That means they fully planned on just having my car until they felt like looking at it. I asked for a courtesy car as well, and was denied.

I wasnt really looking for a new truck since I still loved my current truck. But Lasco contacted me with an offer for my truck. So I decided to have a look.Although my sales person Theresa Stechschulte never did tell me how to pronounce her last name, she did manage to find me a great deal on a 2021 F150 in Rapid Red, paid off my previous truck, took the time to explain all the new tech in my new truck and did all this fairly quickly. Ask for Theresa by name, but good luck asking by last name.
We rented an Expedition while on a trip over Thanksgiving week, really liked it, so we started researching online. Lasco Ford kept coming up with the best inventory, and prices, so we reached out to them while still out of town. Their online rep Emily Krezka reached out to us, helped us find what we were looking for, then went above and beyond in trying to pull off a surprise delivery. Their pricing was great, and Emily is fantastic to deal with. Definitely recommend them !!!
Pushy sales reps and sales managers. You can tell them one thing and they’ll completely ignore your wishes. Felt like I was trapped there, it shouldn’t feel like that when you’re shopping for a new car. I didn’t proceed there because I felt like I was being taken advantage of. They need to learn what the word NO means there.
If you have had an unpleasant experience here before, try it again. We were going to go to another Ford dealership but our son had just bought a new vehicle at Lasco and had a great experience, so we decided to try it again. It was great! Our salesman Garrett treated us just like he would want to be treated when buying a new car. He is knowledgeable, honest, and paperwork savvy. There was no pressure. The business manager Mike and financial person Nick, were also great to work with. It was the best experience we have ever had in buying a new car! We will continue to deal with Lasco from now on.
Start by saying that I didn’t buy a car from here because of the sales person that contacted me when I expressed interest on the site. Told them I didn’t want to trade my car but kept trying to push me into getting it appraised. Also the car that I expressed interest in he wouldn’t give me any type of anything that he could work with me on it. Mind you that this place is 3 hours away from me so I wasn’t going to waste an entire day for nothing because I didn’t even know if I would be able to walk out with something because of the lack of information. Not to mention the multiple calls and texts every day while I was at work. Prices seem average.
Highly disappointed in the thoroughness and quality service of Lasco Ford. We recently bought a vehicle from them and was extremely disappointed in them. My husband test drove the vehicle and noticed several areas in the interior that needed to be cleaned. We said we wanted it detailed. Our sales person said she would make sure it was done. However, it never did. It was disgusting! My husband contacted them but only to be ignored. If you want a dealership who only cares about a sale, congratulations, you have a winner in Lasco Ford. We will never buy from them again!

We worked with Stevie in sales and Steve in finance and they were both INCREDIBLE. I manage people in the sales/service industry so I have high expectations and they still exceeded them! Stevie first introduced herself with a video about a month ago when I inquired about a truck. I immediately showed my team and they said - you better buy a truck from her, she’s awesome. She was thorough with details throughout the entire process. It’s my husbands truck but I handle the finances, Stevie and Steve did a great job adjusting to each of our personalities to get things done. Worst customer service! First I was set up with a saleswoman that wasn’t in the office so they took a message come to find out she was in the hospital giving birth. That would be a long wait for a return phone call. Then started talking with another salesman and then at the last minute he past me to another because it was time for him to go home. 3rd salesman was great until the end. They showed me 1 offer and told me I had to wait til the next day for the banks. Did not hear from salesman until the next afternoon he asked for a paystub and I literally have never heard back! Seriously never heard back! Awful customer service and their loss because I was going to buy it.
My wife and I had committed not to buy a vehicle for another year, as our Traverse only had 39k miles on it. We were just looking. It was a snow covered Lasco Ford new car lot. Our salesman Corey was outstanding in getting snow off of 3 vehicles. My wife had done the webpage look up, so we knew what we were looking for. Corey was patient, knew his products, and most important to us - the Ford rebates available to us. We decided while at lunch, what we needed to walk away, as new vehicle owners. Lasco and Corey made us an offer we couldn’t give up. We purchased the new Escape AWD that day. By the way, I was a dealership Finance Mgr for 13 years, but didnt mention that to Corey. We were handled with the utmost professionalism by Corey and the Lasco Staff.
I purchased a vehicle from them and that process went smoothly. But once I needed service it went down hill. No loyalty to their customers. I took it to Hines Park Ford and they treated us like royalty. .and it we didnt even purchase the vehicle from them. Will difinetly purchase our next vehicle from any dealership BUT Lasco.

I applied for a vehicle last night and am now the proud owner of a 2019 Ford Fusion. They took care of my concerns, worked quickly, and were able to make a deal for me that would benefit my family all within the day. The online process was hassle-free. Their communication was prompt and the service was beyond satisfactory. I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Explorer from Kayla. She presented herself very professional and it was a very good experience. The vehicle I bought turned out to be the first one I drove. She was not overbearing when I left the first time after telling her I was going to look around. She provided good answers when she could and got correct information when she needed to do research.
Beware of the smiles and kindness that hides nothing less than the predatory sales tactics of the mortgage companies. After 5 hours (funny how they saw to it that I didn’t leave) I signed a very bad deal. I bought a $30k truck that came to a $43k bill. They never said dealers have a strict “no cool down” policy. 30 minutes after I drove away, I called to cancel, 30 minutes. They said no. I showed up the next morning when the doors opened. I was in the middle of an anxiety attack at the predicament I put myself in. I knew the financing had not yet been filed and (with some effort) any documents could have changed back. RJ, the operations manager gave all sorts of reasons why he couldn’t. More like lies and he wouldn’t. Good people shine when things go wrong, they shine only when you sign.
I just bought my new F-150 from Lasco Ford, but the experience started way before that when I was just looking. My salesman Zach somehow saw the truck I was looking at and the he shot a video showing me the inside and some of its Features. I thought that was a cool thing to do. I texted him and said I wish you would have had it running when you made the video, he said give me a minute I’ll do another one and in less then five minutes I had another video with the truck running and he showed me even more features. I told myself at that point I’m going to buy a car from him, if the price is right. I got to the dealer the next day and they made the price right and on top of everything else Zach delivered the truck to my house in Detroit. Overcharged me $400 then told me they would refund it and then refused to call me back. I called every day for 2 months leaving messages with to response and still no refund. Tucker is the hardest person to deal with he never returns calls and always is coincidentally with customers until you ask to speak with a general manager and then magically he is available. I will never ever return to this dealership. Worst experience I’ve ever had.
I was referred to Lasco Ford by cargurus.com while looking for a new vehicle because I was rear ended on a local highway resulting in my car being totaled. I had been without a car for 3 weeks and desperately needed to settle on a vehicle to get back on the road. I settled on a certified pre-owned 2017 Ford Escape. I opted for a certified preowned vehicle So I wouldn’t have to worry about buying a used car. I dealt with Stevie who was very helpful and we made a deal in just a few hours.(very good sales lady). The very next day we had snowfall and I went to use my windshield washer and wipers and I realized that the sprayers were broken and didn’t work sufficiently to clean my window in order to see. My boyfriend ended up figuring out the problem and noticed the wiper fluid lines were disconnected. A week later I attempted to pick up my boyfriends small children that need to be in car seats. When I attempted to buckle them in I realized that two of the seatbelts in the back seat were smashed and inoperable. It seems to me that either Lasco’s or Ford’s pre owned certification is not what you think it might be and their lack of concern for a main safety feature is troubling. They have offered to replace the seatbelts and also offered a rental while the vehicle is being fixed, but it has been two weeks and there has been no resolution yet. What’s most troubling here is that I was in a rush to get a vehicle and trusted Lasco Ford to sell me a fully inspected car. Which didn’t happen.. and then now has also left me hanging for a couple weeks with a car that can’t have any kid passengers.
I am extremely satisfied. This was my first experience buying a car brand new. The sales representatives Kayla and Chelsea, were very helpful and dedicated to making sure I left satisfied. They maintained a stress free experience. They did everything they possibly could to make buying a new car as painless as possible and succeeded. I cannot express my gratitude enough. I will continue to push and recommend people that I know to both of them. I will continue to buy from them because of their outstanding customer service. Thank you again.
Never had such a difficult time buying a vehicle in my 32 years of life. I’ve got great credit and actually have cash for my purchase. Was passed around to 3 different salespeople. Asked for a sales manager and my request was refused. I understand that the vehicle I wanted to purchase was “in high demand” but the last salesperson was very rude, her name was Stevie. Dakota tried to help me but seems he was just to busy and he tried to hide the keys but the vehicle was sold before I got there as I’m an hour away. I appreciate his efforts to help me out and make a sale. I guess I’ll just shop at another dealership that wants to help me make the purchase. Unfortunately I’d highly suggest shopping elsewhere.
Kayla was the sales member I worked with at Lasco Ford Fenton. It’s took about a week of searching and finding the right car and payment plan to get into a 2019 Ford Fusion. I drove from Lansing to Fenton, Lasco has an amazing sales team and sales personal. This is my 2nd vehicle I have gotten from this same dealership and the service is OUTSTANDING. Absolutely phenomenal service and vehicle! The company itself seems well organized and structured but the best sales guy by far has got to be Kyle Brown. He was so personable and easy going and knowledgeable that he made buying a car over 3 hrs away from where I lived feel seamless. He gave me a tutorial on a bunch of features in my vehicle after I purchased and helped me drop my rental car off also. Great guy! The pricing was great. Service even greater. Awesome dealer here!
I have had a complicated few months, my husband was suddenly paralyzed. I was having a hard time finding an affordable vehicle that was handicap modified. I also had four years left on my car. I called Theresa at Lasco in Fenton and explained my situation. She went above and beyond helping me. She found out what cars can be modified, who was the best company to do the modification, and how much it would be for each vehicle. Not only did she help into a new car that could be modified she helped my mother-in-law get a car also. No interest for 72 months! So I am buying a new car with no interest!!! I couldnt be more grateful for all she has done for our family....Thank you Theresa!!

The item was shipped very quickly and they sent a followup email to ensure everything was good. This is great customer service and I will be doing business with again.

I took my very well maintained 1999 AZ truck in to find out why check engine light was on and it was running rough. It was diagnosed and I was told a couple things with fuel system and ignition coil.My truck got the repairs and now it has an engine knock and the rear brakes locked up. Neither of these problems were present when it went in. The service guy and tech both commented on how well maintained and clean this truck is.Now I am told not to drive this vehicle and to tow it. How is it I drive in and have repairs and now am expected to tow it home. I was told now I need an engine. I suppose a brake job too.So far no acceptable solution from the dealer. Whats your reputation worth Mr Lasco?DennisFollow up, after holding them accountable and not becoming belligerent, I got resolution to my problem.My money was refunded and I got a good deal on a new car. I talked with the owner Mr Lasco and we came to an agreement. I am still not happy with the service but am with the ownership.
Called Saturday and spoke with a Matt or Mike Bailey, and I told him I was extremely interested in a specific truck and wanted to put a deposit down. He told me he needed to get manager approval for a deposit and that he would call me right back (which I never heard back and truck has now sold.) Business must be so good at this dealership as well as others that they feel that they dont need to actually follow up with customers who have given them 3-4 buying signs on a phone call.
I was very pleased with my experience at Lasco Ford. I was hesitant about trading in my car but Chris Schram really took care of me. He worked very hard at getting me the best deal. The process was a little long but he was very patient. It felt really good leaving the dealership in a brand new car. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to him. Hes the best!!!
This was my third purchase from Lasco Ford, and I couldnt be happier, the sales team, and finance team did a great job! It was all done in a timely manner as well. Greg Reid and Emily K. did an awesome job getting me into the exact car I wanted. I had always drove GM vehicles years back, and after my first Ford Ill never go back, the quality is top notch. I will also add that the service department gets a five star rating! Lasco dont change the way you do things because you have a customer for life here.
My wife and I got a lot more car than we expected for a lot less than we thought we were going to have to pay. We drove up To Lasco Ford after shopping around at a few dealerships in the metro Detroit area that didnt seem all that interested in getting our business. Lasco was like landing on an alien planet. The culture was completely different.Our salesperson Ben had half a dozen cars picked out in our price range for us to look at when we arrived. The selection at Lasco is great. He sat us down with New Vehicle Internet Director Paul to crunch the numbers. Paul worked very hard to put us in car that had the options we needed but was still within our budget. He actually saved us a lot of money.They far exceeded our expectations and easily beat the deals offered by other dealerships. Plus, they are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and straight-forward. It was by far the best car buying experience Ive ever had.
Did not expect to walk into such a rude experience today at Lasco Ford. To tell someone their bad choice on a previous vehicle when trying to lease a brand new one is just ridiculous. Didnt even show me one truck before declining me. I was there for less than an hour. Didnt see one vehicle, but the financing manager or who ever approached me with no intent of helping at all. I feel bad for the sales guy because he was nice and wanted to work with me. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the manager who was rude to me and didnt even give me a chance. But explained enough to me that other people who arent so upside down in a vehicle can make the purchase better than myself. She was absolutely unreal, didnt stay longer than two minutes to argue with her.
I just purchased a car through Lasco Ford, and it was the best experience. Dakota Page was SO helpful and was kind and respectful the entire time. I had already tried to buy a truck at three other dealers with total disappointment. When calling to inquire at other dealerships, I had been met with rudeness and condescending tones throughout the conversations that took place. Dakota was the total opposite!! Great place.I shopped at 3 dealerships before coming here, and each before I felt cornered and pushed but not at Lasco Ford in Fenton. The customer service was wonderful and I got into a car the same day, everything was quick and painless and I didn’t feel any pressure. They were able to get me the payments I needed and the staff was knowlagable and confident in the product they were selling. You can tell they stand behind their cars - and for good reason. If you need a car quick and one that’s not going to break the bank, look no further.My original sales rep was RJ - almost minutes after requesting an appointment online he contacted me and got me in the next morning easily. When I arrived he already had the car pulled to the front and running. Absolutely amazing.I ended up finishing my sale with Dakota - from start to finish he was attentive, knowlagable and overall a friendly person. He talked me through every single thing and I didn’t at all feel pushed or getting that typical sales man over confidence. On 11/10/2020 I ordered a part off of the company parts website that was listed as 70% off. On 11/11/2020 I got a notification that my order had been cancelled and a refund would be issued. There was no explanation to why the order had been cancelled. I checked the website and noticed the pricing of the part had went up and the part was still available to be ordered. On 11/12/2020 I called and spoke to a parts rep who claimed he was owner of the website. He admitted that he had made a mistake and posted the wrong price on their website and that he would not honor the price that I purchased the part for. He claimed it was his website his rules and if I ordered through Ebay I might have a case. Of course I had not ordered off EBay and only off Pasco Ford Website. The parts rep advised if I wanted to reorder the item at the higher price I could. The mistake in the price was not my fault but of the person who is advertising on Lasco Ford website. The customer service I received was poor and I hope that the type of person who is running your parts website is not a representative of the person or persons who are allowed to operate a business in any way they want with no repercussions. I wish that my issue would be made right, but per the person I talked to he did not care if I provided a negative review. Update spoke to parts manager who informed me who is going to work to resolve the issue thanks.
Had a bad experience purchasing a certified pre-owned vehicle. Tire pressure light was on for initial test drive, not addressed, still in when purchased, tire was assured up but continued to lose air. 3 days later check engine light came on, 2 weeks to get in and then engine was acting up. Sensor issue was initial code but engine had coolant mixed in oil and engine had to be replaced. Ford covered the repair but it took 2 months for them to do it, fortunately I qualified for a loaner car. 2 months later I pick up car and the engine light is still on, they never replaced sensor after replacing engine. Another day and sensor was replaced. Prior to picking up they had not even checked tire, found nail in sidewall and they wanted to charge me for the tire. Several days of fighting to get tire covered. Not a good experience and I wont be going back, even for free oil changes.
Lasco Auto Parts is an exceptional company. They made sure that my part was correct. They verified everything was correct and shipped my part very fast. They have excellent communication and provided tracking for my shipment. They have very good prices. This company will get my business again and I highly recommend it to others.
Had to replace my A/C compressor. Lasco Ford had the part in stock at a very reasonable price for a diesel engine. Got the part in quickly and one piece. Has been in the truck for a couple of weeks now and has been great. I have not been able to charge the system yet, but the fact that I am no longer driving around with a rattle can rolling around sound coming from the engine compartment is a wonderfully silent sound to hear. Thank you!!!!
I am solely giving the 4 stars alone to Natalie in the service department. She was awesome and kept in great contact with me for the week my car was being repaired. She provided me a quote and stuck to it. Very professional and great attitude! As for the service department, not as impressed. They conducted the diagnostic and provided the initial quote, stated this would correct it but would find out through the week that I need more repairs. Upon being told it was fixed, I proceeded to pick up the car, car wouldnt start and in turn needed one more repair while I waited. Outside of this, my car seats, dash and doors were filthy from the service techs grease and dirt during the repairs.
I had the pleasure of working with Ben Willey. He was very informative throughout the whole process and answered all the questions I had about the vehicle and while buying process. He made the experience hassle free and worked hard to get me into a new F150 and out of my GMC terrain. Great salesman who I would recommend for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
I have shopped here two times for my vehicles. The first time with Paul C and the second with Scott S. Both salesmen were knowledgeable, informative, and not at all pushy. The process was made easy for me and they were able to get me everything I wanted both times. I have also utilized the maintenance services and everyone there was also so kind and helpful. My fiancé had her oil changed on Friday 01/29/21, the service person was not listening to what she was saying, he was focused on selling her services that she clearly said she was not interested in purchasing. My fiancé had to repeatedly say that she only wanted an oil change and a tire rotation, the write up person wasnt listening and kept up the sales pitch, in the process she felt pressured and nearly started crying. The write-up person even said that they would not do the oil change unless they added some sort of oil additive, she finally said ok just do it. Let me say that again: The write-up person even said that they would not do the oil change unless they added some sort of oil additive. Well, they added the oil additive but they will not ever see this vehicle ever again. I am not happy because I recommended that she go to Lasco . And lastly; that free car wash the talk about? Well, my fiance didnt get that, she said that she was happy to get the heck out of there so she didnt want to be subjected to any more Lasco BS.
Today on my way with the kids to a camping trip my van broke down. I just happened to be down the road from the dealership when two amazing men from the dealership drove past.They stopped and helped get me back on the road. Very grateful and so happy that Lasco ford has great employees. From the bottom of my heart Thank You.

To start off, Ive never had this kind of experience in all of my years when getting work done on a vehicle. We brought in my husbands F150 in to get some recalls done and the oil changed. I came there Friday in the afternoon to pick up the vehicle and as I walked into the service building I was politely greeted by a gentleman by the name of Alan who was working on a vehicle in the lane. He asked how he could help me and I explained that my husbands truck was finished and I was here to pick it up. He directed me to the cashier and when he seen there wasnt anybody there, he immediately jumped behind the counter and got my paperwork and took payment. I asked about how the whole sanitizing works with the COVID problem we are facing right now and he explained everything the dealership does to sanitize the vehicles that are getting worked on here. Which I was very pleased to hear as my husband has autoimmune disease which we were very worried when bringing in the vehicle in the first place and is why I was picking it up instead of him. He offered to re-sanitize the vehicle without hesitation when I told him about it. He went and got the vehicle and to make things even better he washed it! Most places I get my vehicle back and it is dirtier than when I brought it in. He parked outside and sanitized everything that someone might have touched when working on it. I felt very bad for him as it was probably close to 100 degrees but throughout all my nagging and questions he was very polite and helpful. This one employee has earned my families future business from now on. He treated us like family instead of just another customer. I look forward to coming back and seeing this young gentlemen as he is a great employee. If anyone of his superiors sees this please thank him again for me. I will never return to this dealership. To begin at drop off I stood and waited for someone to help me for 10 minutes. I could see multiple people talking in the office behind the glass. They all ignored me. Finally a porter came out and I asked for help. He instructed me to fill out a piece of paper and leave it on my dash. I noted on the paper that I had glass breakage on my rear passenger side, needed to know if my warranty would cover it. I left the paper and I met my husband who was waiting for me. He then went in to explain the glass issue to a person. He also waited for about 10 minutes being ignored by everyone in the bay. He had to flag someone to help him. They told him they would take pictures of the glass and it would be up to Ford, good enough. The oil change went fine. A month later we still hadn’t heard from the dealership. My husband had dealt with Steve McGowan, he left a message with Steve Friday morning, never received a return phone call. He called again the following Monday, left another message. Monday afternoon he called and spoke with Tucker, he told him he’d look into and let us know. Tucker then called back and said I was out of warranty. My car is 6 months old, with under 9000 miles. We were told the warranty goes by the built date, which was Nov. 2019. Tucker then said we had to a call Ford. So my husband did. We were referred to another dealership, Szott in Holly. They immediately knew the problem and said they have had other cars with same issue and have been able to have the glass covered under warranty. We have an appointment with Szott this Friday. This is my first and probably last Ford. We still have not heard from the service manager at Lasco Ford, horrible customer service.
Excellent service, especially after I was treated poorly by another Ford dealership; treated poorly by the dealership that I have purchased my last 3 cars from over the last 20 years.Cody and Megan out at Lasco definitely made it right, I got my service taken care of more expediently than I could have hoped for. The staff out at Lasco is extremely friendly and very professional, I look forward to doing business with them in the future.
I ordered a part for my Transit which showed up 2 days ahead of schedule. UPS had damaged one item so I contacted Lasco; they were very helpful and willing to do what it took to ensure I was satisfied.I didnt realize one of the parts I ordered requires mounting hardware that Ford doesnt include. Through great communication with Lasco, I offered to repair the minor damage from shipping and Lasco covered the hardware I needed - hard to find such great service these days!!!
I recently had my oil changed and tires rotated at the dealership - which went smoothly. The new service area is very spacious and comfortable. Upon waiting waiting for the service to be completed, I was informed there was a software update for my 2013 Ford Focus transmission, so before leaving I made an appointment to have the service done. Upon arriving at 7:30 am to drop my car off the morning of the appointment, the paperwork was ready, and there was a loaner vehicle waiting for me - the whole exchange took no more than 10 minutes and I was out the door. I was updated twice during the day regarding the status of my car, and when it will be completed - the vehicle was completed the same day. Picking up my vehicle went just as quick and smoothly as when dropping it off. Julie was very polite and contentious throughout the process. I have been a Lasco customer for 5 years, and I can tell you from personal experience that there is a great emphasis being put on customer service. Excellent service experience, thanks Lasco Ford.
Zach was amazing to work with! I told him everything I was looking for in a car—all the way down to the price I’d be willing to pay and he made it work for me! He was super nice, was a great communicator, and made sure to follow through on any promises that he made. I’d definitely recommend anyone to head on over and find the right vehicle for you! Because they’ll help you out in all of the ways needed. Loving my new 2014 VW Jetta already!

2022-05-07Our Salesperson, John Hank was by far the best salesperson we have ever dealt with purchasing a new vehicle. From the first conversation on the phone, John was helpful and very polite. We live 3 1/2 hrs from Lasco Ford in Fenton, so John made a video of our truck both inside and out. The video was actually very good quality and you knew that John knew his product. He wanted our business and was willing to work with us on a deal. Once we arrived at Lasco Ford, John and the staff at Lasco Ford were very friendly and exceptional to work with. I would highly recommend John Hank and the team at Lasco Ford.

2022-02-28Cory at Lasco made the buying experience a breeze. With the chip shortage it was hard to find in stock trucks that you could view and look at the various packages in person. After numerous build sheets and going over every option multiple times, I finally submitted my order. Cory kept me up to date and provided me with any information he had on the order. The pickup process was smooth and only took a couple hours, even with setting the truck up before leaving. Would definitely recommend Cory and the team at Lasco to anyone looking for a new Ford.

2022-05-09I had a great experience with the Lasco team. They found me good financing and provided me with friendly service. They kept me updated as to the progress of everything. Then they delivered the truck to me. I was then taken through the entire truck and explained everything. Then they helped me download the app and got me setup. After all that they drove my trade in back. The followed up with me to see how it was going and to see if I had any questions. I did and they gave my answers right away. Thank much.

I’ve wanted a Ford truck for 5 years now & finally got my dream truck. The process was smooth, price was awesome & the staff was excited for me; made me feel like it was my birthday. I worked with Mason, he was knowledgeable about the pros and cons of different trucks, engines and trims. He never seemed too busy or frustrated with any of my questions or concerns. He went above and beyond helping me create the dream truck I found on Instagram and bringing it to life with suspension, wheels, tires, floor mats & tint. 2022-05-04I just recently purchased my third F150 which I just so happened to find out of state (I live in NY) The truck/trim that I was looking for was very specific so after having no luck with my local dealerships I began searching elsewhere. When I saw the name Lasco Ford pop up I immediately knew of them as I had seen their YouTube reviews before of various trucks. Upon contacting the dealership I had connected with Hunter who right off the back I felt truly wanted to do right by me and get me into the truck of my dreams! The week of my purchase I was traveling to Florida which made things a little tricky but Hunter was clear throughout the process and could not have been more accommodating at the time. He worked with me every step of the way and left me feeling confident with my purchase and the entire experience as a whole. I can’t thank Hunter enough for his hard work and overall phenomenal customer service. I love my new truck and will certainly be contacting him and Lasco when it’s time for the next one!

Right now with it being a tougher climate to purchase a new or used car in a timely manner, I am really happy that I came to Lasco and worked with Stevie Skalski. The first meeting was very informal, we discussed what I wanted in a vehicle, and was able to pin-point my criteria down to really 3 types of vehicles that I would consider. Initially we went with custom ordering new, but when the perfect certified pre-owned vehicle still fitting my criteria became available Stevie called me right away. I drove away with it two hours after test driving and I have been so thrilled since. I usually dread the car buying process but this was quick, easy, and actually very enjoyable. Would highly recommend Stevie and Lasco as a whole!

Cory Becker, our salesperson, was knowledgeable enough to answer the laundry list of questions I had throughout the order, build and delivery of our new truck.
